本发明公开了一种保温板微珠混合喷胶喂料装置,其特征在于包括外圆筒、内圆筒和漏斗,外圆筒为上下开放的竖直圆筒,漏斗与外圆筒同轴从上方落入外圆筒,漏斗上缘与外圆筒上缘连接,漏斗上方设有至少两个入料管,入料管沿漏斗轴线周向等距分布,入料管轴线在漏斗轴线上相交,内圆筒为下部开放、上部带锥顶的与外圆筒同轴的竖直圆筒,内圆筒置于外圆筒内部,内圆筒外壁与外圆筒内壁间保有竖直的环形流道,内圆筒通过筋与外圆筒相连,内圆筒内设有与其同轴的方向朝下的喷头,喷头连接有穿过内圆筒或锥顶侧壁后再穿过外圆筒侧壁伸展到外圆筒外的喷管;可实现颗粒混合与粘接剂同步混合。

一种保温板微珠混合喷胶喂料装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种制作保温板用的玻化微珠的混合工具,特别是涉及一种保温板微珠混合喷胶喂料装置。
背景技术
在建筑领域,保温板作为保温材料随着技术的进步不断地更新换代,以玻化微珠为基材的保温板以其优异的特性逐渐成为市场主导,玻化微珠颗粒是由矿砂在电炉加热方式下膨化产生,颗粒表面溶融气孔玻化封闭,光泽平滑,内部是多孔空腔结构,具有质轻、绝热、防火、强度高、吸水率低等优点,而且理化性能十分稳定,使用寿命长,非常适合作为新型建材行业保温板的轻质骨料,生产时将玻化微珠与粘接剂等混合搅拌,然后压制成型,制得性能优异的保温板材;由于玻化微珠颗粒的大小不是均匀的,在转运,震动的条件的影响下玻化微珠很容易按颗粒大小分层,这样就会造成保温板材各处大小颗粒分布的不均匀,影响到保温板的质量,这些技术问题仍有待于技术解决。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种保温板微珠混合喷胶喂料装置。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种保温板微珠混合喷胶喂料装置,其特征在于包括外圆筒、内圆筒和漏斗,外圆筒为上下开放的竖直圆筒,漏斗与外圆筒同轴从上方落入外圆筒,漏斗上缘与外圆筒上缘连接,漏斗上方设有至少两个入料管,入料管沿漏斗轴线周向等距分布,入料管轴线在漏斗轴线上相交,内圆筒为下部开放、上部带锥顶的与外圆筒同轴的竖直圆筒,内圆筒置于外圆筒内部,内圆筒外壁与外圆筒内壁间保有竖直的环形流道,内圆筒通过筋与外圆筒相连,内圆筒内设有与其同轴的方向朝下的喷头,喷头连接有穿过内圆筒或锥顶侧壁后再穿过外圆筒侧壁伸展到外圆筒外的喷管。
进一步的,所述入料管上部连接有料斗。
进一步的,所述筋大于8道。
本发明在制造玻化微珠保温板时,用于玻化微珠的预混。使用时,将按颗粒大小分组的不同大小颗粒,分别通过入料管落入漏斗,各颗粒在漏斗内正上方交汇冲撞混合,由漏斗玻化微珠落在锥顶上变向沿锥顶四散进一步混合,与外圆筒侧壁碰撞后再次混合流入环形流道并沿环形流道向下落,喷头喷出的粘接剂呈伞状雾与环形分散的颗粒交汇,实现颗粒混合与粘接剂同步混合,再模压形成,制得的保温板一致性好,效率高,期间筋也可以起到冲撞混合作用。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例如图1、2所示,该一种保温板微珠混合喷胶喂料装置社哟外圆筒1、内圆筒2和漏斗3,外圆筒为上下开放的竖直圆筒,漏斗与外圆筒同轴从上方落入外圆筒,漏斗上缘与外圆筒上缘连接,漏斗上方设有至少两个入料管4,本实施例为三个,实际数量可以根据需要混合的有几种尺寸原料来决定,入料管上部连接有料斗5,入料管沿漏斗轴线周向等距分布,入料管轴线在漏斗轴线上相交,落料抛线轨迹也交汇,内圆筒为下部开放、上部带锥顶6的与外圆筒同轴的竖直圆筒,内圆筒置于外圆筒内部,内圆筒外壁与外圆筒内壁间保有竖直的环形流道7,内圆筒通过筋8与外圆筒相连,筋可大于8道分散颗粒,提高粘接剂雾的渗透性,内圆筒内设有与其同轴的方向朝下的喷头9,喷头可喷出伞状雾,喷头连接有穿过内圆筒或锥顶侧壁后再穿过外圆筒侧壁伸展到外圆筒外的喷管10。

1.一种保温板微珠混合喷胶喂料装置,其特征在于包括外圆筒、内圆筒和漏斗,外圆筒为上下开放的竖直圆筒,漏斗与外圆筒同轴从上方落入外圆筒,漏斗上缘与外圆筒上缘连接,漏斗上方设有至少两个入料管,入料管沿漏斗轴线周向等距分布,入料管轴线在漏斗轴线上相交,内圆筒为下部开放、上部带锥顶的与外圆筒同轴的竖直圆筒,内圆筒置于外圆筒内部,内圆筒外壁与外圆筒内壁间保有竖直的环形流道,内圆筒通过筋与外圆筒相连,内圆筒内设有与其同轴的方向朝下的喷头,喷头连接有穿过内圆筒或锥顶侧壁后再穿过外圆筒侧壁伸展到外圆筒外的喷管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温板微珠混合喷胶喂料装置,其特征在于所述入料管上部连接有料斗。
