本发明公开了一种改性骨水泥,由以下质量百分比的原料配方组分组成:2‑5份五氧化二磷、10‑12份生物活性玻璃、5‑6份聚氯乙烯、8‑10份微晶高岭石土、4‑6份磷酸氢二钠、3‑5份聚乙烯醇、4‑5份四氧化三铁、4‑6份氯化钾、50‑55份硫酸铵、10‑12份碳化硅晶须、6‑8份尿素、5‑6份石墨粉、3‑4份聚丙烯酸钠、3‑5份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、4‑5份卡拉胶、5‑8份二氧化钛、3‑4份羟苯乙酯、2‑3份2‑氨基‑2‑甲基‑1‑丙醇、10‑12去离子水。该改性骨水泥提高了力学性能、抗菌性能和抗水溃散性能,注射性、生物相容性,能控制骨水泥的降解速率,使降解速率与成骨速率相匹配,确保了骨水泥在操作时,无渣滓、粉末的掉落或剥落,也无固液分离现象,工艺简便,可广泛用于生物材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种骨科材料的技术领域,尤其涉及一种改性骨水泥。
背景技术
传统的人工骨需在体外预制成一定形状后经手术植入人体进行骨修复,这种手术创伤较大。可注射式人工骨修复骨缺损创伤小,应用于浅表性、囊性和椎体部位骨缺损修复的优势明显,正日益引起重视,成为未来人工骨的发展方向。常用的可注射材料有可注射式硫酸钙、磷酸钙及复合制剂、有机材料等。
硫酸钙作为一种传统的骨修复材料,以其良好的生物相容性、可注射性、骨传导性等在骨修复方面具有良好的应用前景,美国Wright公司研制生产的MIIG骨水泥,不仅临床疗效和生物学性质更加确切、稳定,而且为微创治疗骨缺损提供了一种有效途径;但是,硫酸钙骨水泥同时也存在可注射时间较短、缺乏骨诱导活性等缺点。
磷酸钙类材料具有很好的注射性,其中羟基磷灰石具有良好的生物活性和生物相容性,能传导骨生长,逐步被组织吸收并产生骨组织再生效果,但是羟基磷灰石遇水易溃散、降低力学强度、降解速度慢等缺点在一定程度上限制了其应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种改性骨水泥,该改性骨水泥提高了力学性能、抗菌性能和抗水溃散性能,注射性、生物相容性,能控制骨水泥的降解速率,使降解速率与成骨速率相匹配,确保了骨水泥在操作时,无渣滓、粉末的掉落或剥落,也无固液分离现象,工艺简便,可广泛用于生物材料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种改性骨水泥,由以下质量百分比的原料配方组分组成:2-5份五氧化二磷、10-12份生物活性玻璃、5-6份聚氯乙烯、8-10份微晶高岭石土、4-6份磷酸氢二钠、3-5份聚乙烯醇、4-5份四氧化三铁、4-6份氯化钾、50-55份硫酸铵、10-12份碳化硅晶须、6-8份尿素、5-6份石墨粉、3-4份聚丙烯酸钠、3-5份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、4-5份卡拉胶、5-8份二氧化钛、3-4份羟苯乙酯、2-3份2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、10-12去离子水。
进一步的,由以下质量百分比的原料配方组分组成: 2份五氧化二磷、10份生物活性玻璃、5份聚氯乙烯、8份微晶高岭石土、4份磷酸氢二钠、3份聚乙烯醇、4份四氧化三铁、4份氯化钾、50份硫酸铵、10份碳化硅晶须、6份尿素、5份石墨粉、3份聚丙烯酸钠、3份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、4份卡拉胶、5份二氧化钛、3份羟苯乙酯、2份2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、10去离子水。
或者是,由以下质量百分比的原料配方组分组成: 5份五氧化二磷、12份生物活性玻璃、6份聚氯乙烯、10份微晶高岭石土、6份磷酸氢二钠、5份聚乙烯醇、5份四氧化三铁、6份氯化钾、55份硫酸铵、12份碳化硅晶须、8份尿素、6份石墨粉、4份聚丙烯酸钠、5份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、5份卡拉胶、8份二氧化钛、4份羟苯乙酯、3份2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、12去离子水。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的改性骨水泥提高了力学性能、抗菌性能和抗水溃散性能,注射性、生物相容性,能控制骨水泥的降解速率,使降解速率与成骨速率相匹配,确保了骨水泥在操作时,无渣滓、粉末的掉落或剥落,也无固液分离现象,工艺简便,可广泛用于生物材料。

1.一种改性骨水泥,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比的原料配方组分组成:2-5份五氧化二磷、10-12份生物活性玻璃、5-6份聚氯乙烯、8-10份微晶高岭石土、4-6份磷酸氢二钠、3-5份聚乙烯醇、4-5份四氧化三铁、4-6份氯化钾、50-55份硫酸铵、10-12份碳化硅晶须、6-8份尿素、5-6份石墨粉、3-4份聚丙烯酸钠、3-5份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、4-5份卡拉胶、5-8份二氧化钛、3-4份羟苯乙酯、2-3份2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、10-12去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性骨水泥,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比的原料配方组分组成: 2份五氧化二磷、10份生物活性玻璃、5份聚氯乙烯、8份微晶高岭石土、4份磷酸氢二钠、3份聚乙烯醇、4份四氧化三铁、4份氯化钾、50份硫酸铵、10份碳化硅晶须、6份尿素、5份石墨粉、3份聚丙烯酸钠、3份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、4份卡拉胶、5份二氧化钛、3份羟苯乙酯、2份2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、10去离子水。
