技术领域
本发明属于中药制剂领域，具体涉及一种治疗外感发热的中药组合物，特别是供外感发热患者使用的中药组合物及其制备方法的领域。
背景技术
祖国医学认为：发热（fever）是指体温超过正常范围高限，是小儿十分常见的一种症状。正常小儿腋表体温为36℃～37℃（肛表测得的体温比口表高约0.3℃，口表测得的体温比腋表高约0.4℃），腋表如超过37.4℃可认为是发热。在多数情况下，发热是身体对抗入侵病原的一种保护性反应，是人体正在发动免疫系统抵抗感染的一个过程。体温的异常升高与疾病的严重程度不一定成正比，但发热过高或长期发热可影响机体各种调节功能，从而影响小儿的身体健康，因此，对确认发热的孩子，应积极查明原因，针对病因进行治疗。
小儿的正常体温可以因性别、年龄、昼夜及季节变化、饮食、哭闹、气温以及衣被的厚薄等因素影响有一定范围的波动。体温稍有升高，并不一定有病理意义。在小儿体温升高时，要注意观察患儿的神态和举止。体温在38℃，神情呆滞的孩子，和体温在40℃，但仍然顽皮的孩子相比，前者更值得关注。而机体抵抗力低的孩子，纵使患了严重的疾病，很可能也不会发热。
那么，就如何找到一种可有效治疗外感发热的中药组合物，是我们目前急需要解决的问题。

随着我国中医中药学的不断发展，在治疗外感发热上，人们逐渐意识到了中医治疗外感发热的优点，且在治疗过程中疗效好、见效快、毒副作用小等优势，针对现有西医治疗外感发热的现状，本发明的目的是在于提供一种治疗外感发热的中药组合物，以解决外感发热患者早日恢复健康的问题。该药物是以常见的中药为原料，通过选择合理的药物及质量份比，可有效治疗上述外感发热一证。
为达到上述发明的目的，本发明所采用的技术方案为：提供一种治疗外感发热的中药组合物及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
柴胡3～12g、大青叶10～16g、黄芩5～16g、法半夏3～12g、太子参10～18g、穿心莲9～16g、生石膏15～55g、知母6～12g、羌活3～12g、防风5～12g、青蒿8～18g、葛根10～16g、金银花15～26g、连翘15～26g、牛蒡子8～16g、板蓝根15～35g、谷芽15～26g、甘草8～15g。

柴胡10g、大青叶12g、黄芩12g、法半夏10g、太子参14g、穿心莲12g、生石膏42g、知母10g、羌活10g、防风10g、青蒿14g、葛根12g、金银花20g、连翘20g、牛蒡子12g、板蓝根26g、谷芽20g、甘草12g。
一种治疗外感发热的中药组合物及其制备方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤制备而成：
A、将上述原料中药拣去杂质和粉尘后，按照质量份比分别粉碎成粗粒状包煎；
B、将包好的原料中药放入冷开水中浸泡半个小时，然后再将浸泡好的药物和浸泡药物的澄清液一并放入砂锅内，注入过药37mm的冷开水进行第一次煎煮45分钟，滤取药液后，再次注入过药33mm的微温开水进行第二次煎煮35分钟，二次混合浓缩成50%的中药液480毫升备用。

大青叶，性味：苦、寒，具有清热解毒、凉血消斑之功效，用于治疗治疗热病、高热烦渴、神昏、斑疹、吐血、衄血、黄疸、泻痢、丹毒、喉痹、口疮、痄腮等症；
黄芩，性味：味苦、性寒，具有清热泻火、燥湿解毒、止血、安胎之功效，用于治疗肺热咳嗽、热病高热神昏、肝火头痛、目赤肿痛、湿热黄疸、泻痢、热淋、吐衄血、崩漏、胎热不安、痈肿疔疮；
法半夏，性味：辛、温，具有燥湿化痰之功效，用于治疗痰多咳喘、痰饮眩悸、风痰眩晕、痰厥头痛；
太子参，性味：甘、微苦、性微寒，具有补益脾肺、益气生津之功效，用于治疗脾胃虚弱、食欲不振、倦怠无力、气阴两伤、干咳痰少、自汗气短以及温病后期气虚津伤、内热口渴、或神经衰弱、心悸失眠、头昏健忘、小儿夏季热等症；
穿心莲，性味：味苦、性寒，具有清热解毒、泻火、燥湿之功效，用于治疗风热感冒、温病发热、肺热咳嗽、百日咳、肺痈、咽喉肿痛、湿热黄疸、淋证、丹毒、疮疡痈肿、湿疹、毒蛇咬伤等症；
生石膏，性味：辛甘、寒，具有解肌清熱，除煩止渴之功效，用于治疗熱病壯熱不退、心煩神昏、譫語發狂、口渴咽干、肺熱喘急、中暑自汗、胃火頭痛、牙痛、熱毒壅盛、發斑發疹、口舌生瘡。鍛敷生肌斂瘡，外治癰疽瘡瘍、潰不收口、湯火燙傷；

防风，性味：味辛、甘、性微温，具有祛风解表、胜湿止痛、解痉、止痒之功效，用于治疗外感风寒、头痛身痛、风湿痹痛、骨节酸痛、腹痛泄泻、肠风下血、破伤风、风疹瘙痒、疮疡初起；
青蒿，性味：味苦、微辛、性寒，具有清热、解暑、除蒸、截疟之功效，用于治疗暑热、暑湿、湿温、阴虚发热、疟疾、黄疸等；
葛根，性味：甘、辛、平，具有解肌退热、发表透诊、生津止渴、升阳止泻之功效，用于治疗外感发热、头项强痛、麻疹初起、疹出不畅、温病口渴、消渴病、泄泻、痢疾、高血压、冠心病等症；
金银花，性味：甘、寒，具有清热解毒之功效，用于治疗温病发热、热毒血痢、痈肿疔疮、喉痹及多种感染性疾病；
连翘，性味：苦、性微寒，具有清热解毒、消肿散结、风热感冒之功效，用于治疗风热感冒、温病、热淋尿闭、痈疽、肿毒、瘰疬、瘿瘤、喉痹等症；
牛蒡子，性味：辛、苦、寒，具有疏散风热、宣肺透疹、消肿解毒之功效，用于治疗风热咳嗽、咽喉肿痛、斑疹不透、风疹作痒、痈肿疮毒；
板蓝根，性味：苦、寒，具有清热、解毒、凉血、利咽之功效，用于治疗温毒发斑、高热头痛、大头瘟疫、烂喉丹痧、丹毒、痄腮、喉痹、疮肿、水痘、麻疹、肝炎、流行性感冒；
谷芽，性味：性温、味甘，具有健脾开胃、和中消食之功效，用于治疗宿食不化、胀满、泄泻、不思饮食；
甘草，性味：甘、平，具有益气补中、缓急止痛、润肺止咳、泻火解毒、调和诸药之功效，用于治疗倦怠食少、肌瘦面黄、心悸气短、腹痛便溏、四肢挛急疼痛、脏躁、咳嗽气喘、咽喉肿痛、痈疮肿痛、小儿胎毒及药物、食物中毒等症。
本发明药物是基于中医治疗外感发热的辨病与辨证相结合的原则，从药理作用及作用机制认为：就外感发热，本发明所提供的药物中的各原料中药药效共奏，对上述疾病有很好的治疗效果。

本发明就是针对上述外感发热的治疗而提出的一种中药配方，采用该配方制备的药物药效好，见效快，是一个标本兼治的中药组方，特别适合临床使用。下面结合本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述：

一种治疗外感发热的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
柴胡10g、大青叶12g、黄芩12g、法半夏10g、太子参14g、穿心莲12g、生石膏42g、知母10g、羌活10g、防风10g、青蒿14g、葛根12g、金银花20g、连翘20g、牛蒡子12g、板蓝根26g、谷芽20g、甘草12g。
实施例2：
一种治疗外感发热的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
柴胡11g、大青叶14g、黄芩14g、法半夏11g、太子参16g、穿心莲14g、生石膏50g、知母11g、羌活11g、防风11g、青蒿16g、葛根14g、金银花23g、连翘23g、牛蒡子14g、板蓝根30g、谷芽23g、甘草13g。
实施例3：
一种治疗外感发热的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
柴胡12g、大青叶16g、黄芩16g、法半夏12g、太子参18g、穿心莲16g、生石膏55g、知母12g、羌活12g、防风12g、青蒿18g、葛根16g、金银花26g、连翘26g、牛蒡子16g、板蓝根35g、谷芽26g、甘草15g。
典型病例
经临床诊断治疗外感发热患者共615，年龄为13岁以上的360，只有255例为8岁以下。615例患者中痊愈的603例，显效的12例，总有效率达100%以上。

1.一种治疗外感发热的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
柴胡3～12g、大青叶10～16g、黄芩5～16g、法半夏3～12g、太子参10～18g、穿心莲9～16g、生石膏15～55g、知母6～12g、羌活3～12g、防风5～12g、青蒿8～18g、葛根10～16g、金银花15～26g、连翘15～26g、牛蒡子8～16g、板蓝根15～35g、谷芽15～26g、甘草8～15g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗外感发热的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
柴胡5～11g、大青叶11～14g、黄芩8～14g、法半夏5～11g、太子参11～16g、穿心莲10～14g、生石膏20～50g、知母8～11g、羌活5～11g、防风6～11g、青蒿10～16g、葛根11～14g、金银花17～23g、连翘17～23g、牛蒡子10～14g、板蓝根17～30g、谷芽18～23g、甘草10～13g。
3.根据权利要求1至2所述的治疗外感发热的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
柴胡10g、大青叶12g、黄芩12g、法半夏10g、太子参14g、穿心莲12g、生石膏42g、知母10g、羌活10g、防风10g、青蒿14g、葛根12g、金银花20g、连翘20g、牛蒡子12g、板蓝根26g、谷芽20g、甘草12g。
