背景技术

临床表现：
1.症状
（1）慢性咳嗽常为最早出现的症状，随病程发展可终身不愈，常晨间咳嗽明显，夜间有阵咳或排痰。当气道严重阻塞，通常仅有呼吸困难而不表现出咳嗽。
（2）咳痰一般为白色黏液或浆液性泡沫痰，偶可带血丝，清晨排痰较多。急性发作期痰量增多，可有脓性痰。
（3）气短或呼吸困难慢性阻性肺疾病的主要症状，早期在劳力时出现，后逐渐加重，以致在日常生活甚至休息时也感到气短。但由于个体差异常，部分人可耐受。
（4）喘息和胸闷部分患者特别是重度患者或急性加重时出现的。
（5）其他疲乏、消瘦、焦虑等常在慢性阻塞性肺疾病病情严重时出现，但并非慢性阻塞性肺疾病的典型表现。
2.体征
（1）视诊胸廓前后径增大，肋间隙增宽，剑突下胸骨下角增宽，称为桶状胸，部分患者呼吸变浅，频率增快，严重者可有缩唇呼吸等。
（2）触诊双侧语颤减弱。
（3）叩诊肺部过清音，心浊音界缩小，肺下界和肝浊音界下降。
（4）听诊双肺呼吸音减弱，呼气延长，部分患者可闻及湿性啰音和（或）干性啰音。

A、将上述原料中药拣去杂质和粉尘后，按照质量份比分别粉碎成粗粒状包煎；
B、将包好的原料中药放入冷开水中浸泡半个小时，然后再将浸泡好的药物和浸泡药物的澄清液一并放入煎药机内，注入过药38mm的冷开水进行第一次煎煮50分钟，滤取药液后，再次注入过药33mm的微温开水进行第二次煎煮40分钟，二次混合浓缩成50%的中药液1080毫升，放冷，袋装密封，辐照灭菌，入冰箱保鲜备用。

川芎，性味：辛、温，具有行气开郁、法风燥湿、活血止痛之功效，用于治疗风冷头痛旋晕、胁痛腹疼、寒痹筋挛、经闭、难产、产后瘀阻块痛、痈疽疮疡、月经不调、瘕腹痛、胸胁刺痛、跌扑肿痛、风湿痹痛等症；
玄参，性味：味甘、苦、咸、性微寒，具有清热凉血、滋阴降火、解毒散结之功效，用于治疗温热病热和营血、身热、烦渴、舌绛、发斑、骨蒸劳嗽、虚烦不寤、津伤便秘、目涩昏花、咽喉喉肿痛、瘰疬痰核、痈疽疮毒等症；
独活，性味：味苦、辛、性微湿，具有祛风胜湿、散寒止痛之功效，用于治疗风寒湿痹、腰膝疼痛、头痛齿痛等症；

典型病例
经临床诊断治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者共785例，年龄为60岁以上的435例，只有350例为60岁以下。785例患者中改善预后的485例，显效的300例，总有效率达100%。

1.一种治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
麻黄1.5～12g、川芎5～12g、玄参9～16g、独活3～12g、白芍10～20g、羌活3～12g、防己8～16g、桔梗3～10g、甘草2～12g、荆芥3～12g、杏仁3～10g、肉桂2～6g、附子3～9g、茯苓15～26g、升麻3～6g、细辛1.5～9g、人参3～12g、防风8～16g、生石膏15～65g、白术3～16g、当归8～16g、赤芍4～12g、天麻3～10g、僵蚕3～10g、全蝎2～5g、半夏3～9g、橘红3～9g、紫菀4～12g、柴胡4～9g、丹皮6～9g、天花粉9～15g、薏苡仁10～32g、白芥子3～10g、前胡5～12g、白前3～10g、天竺黄3～10g、鸡屎藤10～15g、红景天3～10g、银杏叶3～9g、金银花10～25g、补骨脂6～16g、黄芪9～35g。
