本发明公开了一种治疗白血病的中药组合物，由如下重量份数的原料制备得到：青蒿90份、肿节风60份、鳖甲30份、牡蛎60份、生地黄30份、玉郎伞15份、龙胆10份、鸡血藤10份。本发明具有共奏补肝肾、清热解毒、补血、活血、益精血、养阴生津、增强免疫之功效，临床用于治疗白血病，不仅经临床实验证明对白血病具有良好的治疗效果，且组方简单、价格低廉。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及中药领域，尤其涉及一种治疗白血病的中药组合物。
背景技术
白血病又称血癌，是造血组织的恶性疾病，其特点是骨髓及其它造血组织中有大量无核细胞无限制地增生，并进入外周血液，将正常血细胞的内核明显吸附，该病居年轻人恶性疾病中的首位，原生性病毒可能是神经性负感组织增生，还有许多因素如食物的矿物放射性化、毒化（苯等）或药物变异、遗传素质等可能是致病的辅因子。
白血病属中医“急劳”、“虚劳”、“温病”等范畴，症见发热，骨痛，出血，贫血，汗多等。中医中药在血液病的治疗方面，有着很大优势，且大有作为的。通过中医药清热解毒、化痰散结、滋阴凉血等方法从根本上将病邪清除于机体之外，使毒无所生、邪无所起，其潜在的病邪消失，幼稚细胞逐渐消失，疾病也自然康复。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗白血病的中药组合物。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种治疗白血病的中药组合物其特征在于：由以下重量份数的原料药制成：青蒿90份、肿节风60份、鳖甲30份、牡蛎60份、生地黄30份、玉郎伞15份、龙胆10份、鸡血藤10份。
本发明的优点是：
本发明将上述药物组合后，其药效具有协同作用，该种内服治疗白血病的中药组合物能够共奏补肝肾、清热解毒、补血、活血、益精血、养阴生津、增强免疫之功效，临床用于治疗白血病，不仅经临床实验证明对白血病具有良好的治疗效果，且组方简单、价格低廉。
具体实施方式：
一种治疗白血病的中药组合物，其各原料组分的重量（g）为：青蒿90、肿节风60、鳖甲30、牡蛎60、生地黄30、玉郎伞15、龙胆10、鸡血藤10。
其制法为：
按配比称取肿节风、鳖甲、牡蛎、生地黄、玉郎伞、鸡血藤加10倍（V/W）的水100℃加热并浓缩至原体积的1/5，过滤，得浓缩液a；
再按配比将青蒿、龙胆以10倍（V/W）的10%乙醇水溶液超声（功率500W，频率40kHz）提取2h，过滤，将滤液置于60℃挥干溶剂后混入浓缩液a中混匀即得一剂。分早晚两次服用，每日一剂，30天为一个疗程。
为证明本发明具有很好的疗效，列举典型病例如下：
病例一：
李某， 44岁，于2012年11月在临沂市人民医院确诊为M1型白血病。骨髓穿刺检查显示，原始粒细胞为95.60％，周血化验血小板65×109/L、中性粒细胞9.0×109/L、HB66g/L、WBC92.2×109/L。于2012年12月1日开始服用本发明中药药物，每日一剂，分两次服用。治疗四个疗程后2013年3月3日复查，周血化验显示血小板121×109/L（完全正常）、中性粒细胞3.5×109/L（完全正常）、HB125g/L（完全正常）、WBC6.7×109/L（完全正常），跟踪至今其各项指标均保持正常。
病例二：
何某，51岁，2011年7月5日身体不适，全身出现大面积紫色斑点，经医院确诊为急性粒细胞白血病M1型，骨髓检测结果显示原始粒细胞92.70％，周血化验血小板79×109/L、中性粒细胞0.25×109/L、HB81.4g/L、WBC92.1×109/L。化疗两个疗程未缓解。于2011年12月17日开始服用本药物，每日一剂，分两次服用。经过三个月( 三个疗程后)，2012年2月18日化验，骨髓原始粒细胞0.96％，周血化验显示血小板132×109/L、中性粒细胞4.5×109/L、HB151g/L、WBC8.8×109/L 均在正常范围，随访无复发。
病例三：
陈某，7岁，经医院检查，血小板减少、白细胞偏高，经诊断为白血病，在医院进行输血等保守治疗。2005年12月开始服用本发明药物，四个疗程后，经医院检查，各项指标均在正常范围内。以后每年均进行体检，10年来各项指标均在正常范围内。

Claims (2)

1.一种治疗白血病的中药组合物，其特征在于由如下重量份配比的原料组成：青蒿90份、肿节风60份、鳖甲30份、牡蛎60份、生地黄30份、玉郎伞15份、龙胆10份、鸡血藤10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗白血病的中药组合物，其特征在于由如下制法制得：
1）按权利要求1所述的配比称取肿节风、鳖甲、牡蛎、生地黄、玉郎伞、鸡血藤加10倍体积重量比的水于100℃加热并浓缩至原体积的1/5，过滤，得浓缩液a；
2）再按配比将青蒿、龙胆以10倍体积重量比的10%乙醇水溶液于500W，40kHz超声提取2h，过滤，将滤液置于60℃挥干溶剂后混入浓缩液a中混匀制得。
