Abstract
本发明提供一种适用于产后饮用的中草药饮料,制造原料包括如下重量份原料:吴茱萸9‑15份、山楂10‑16份、黄芪15‑25份、炒麦芽20‑35份、茯苓8‑12份、薏米20‑50份、枸杞子9‑16份、大枣5‑9份、绿茶3‑6份。本发明还提供该种适用于产后饮用的中草药饮料的制备方法。本发明的搭配巧妙,组分合理,为产后坐月子的女性提供一种具有有温中补虚、降逆止呕之功效,用于治疗脾胃虚寒之胃脘疼痛、妊娠恶阻以及厥阴头痛、干呕等症的适用于产后饮用的中草药饮料。本发明以绿茶与中草药为基础,精选纯天然植物为原料的药食同源饮品,其配方科学,经现代生物技术加工制成的产品,效果明显,使用方便,长期服用无副作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中草药组方,具体是涉及一种适用于产后饮用的中草药饮料,同时,本发明还涉及该一种适用于产后饮用的中草药饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
产妇是一个特殊的人群,饮食起居都要严格的去对待,一个不注意就会产生很多的问题出现,所以我们要时刻注意产妇的饮食,但是很多80,90后的初为人父母的年轻一代,他们不知道产妇什么的可以吃,什么的不能吃,什么的可以喝,什么的不能喝,所以这对他们来说是一个难题。并且目前市场上还没有一款即没有色素,也没有防腐剂和其它添加剂的适用于产后饮用的中草药饮料的销售。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服背景技术的不足,提供一种具有具有温中补虚、降逆止呕、补气利水、健脾祛湿、消积祛滞的作用,适用于产后饮用的中草药饮料。作为本发明的另一个目的是提供该适用于产后饮用的中草药饮料的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种适用于产后饮用的中草药饮料,制造原料包括如下重量份原料:吴茱萸9-15份、山楂10-16份、黄芪15-25份、炒麦芽20-35份、茯苓8-12份、薏米20-50份、枸杞子9-16份、大枣5-9份、绿茶3-6份。
进一步地,所述的一种适用于产后饮用的中草药饮料,制造原料包括如下重量份原料:吴茱萸9份、山楂10份、黄芪15份、炒麦芽20份、茯苓8份、薏米20份、枸杞子9份、大枣5份、绿茶3份。
进一步地,所述的一种适用于产后饮用的中草药饮料,制造原料包括如下重量份原料:吴茱萸15份、山楂16份、黄芪25份、炒麦芽35份、茯苓12份、薏米50份、枸杞子16份、大枣9份、绿茶6份。
进一步地,所述的一种适用于产后饮用的中草药饮料,制造原料包括如下重量份原料:吴茱萸12份、山楂15份、黄芪22份、炒麦芽25份、茯苓10份、薏米35份、枸杞子12份、大枣8份、绿茶5份。
进一步地,所述的一种适用于产后饮用的中草药饮料,以500重量份计,制造原料还包括如下重量份原料:红糖1-3份,食用盐0.5-0.8份,水余量。
进一步地,所述的一种适用于产后饮用的中草药饮料,其制备方法为,将吴茱萸、山楂、黄芪、炒麦芽、茯苓、薏米、枸杞子、大枣、绿茶分别清洗,再进行混合,然后依次进行浸泡、密闭煎煮,煎煮液过滤后添加红糖、食用盐和部分水进行调配,最后添加余量水至规定重量。
进一步地,所述的一种适用于产后饮用的中草药饮料,所用的水为纯净水或蒸馏水。
本发明中吴茱萸的加入:具有散寒止痛,降逆止呕,助阳止泻功效。用于厥阴头痛,寒疝腹痛,寒湿脚气,经行腹痛,脘腹胀痛,呕吐吞酸,五更泄泻,外治口疮;高血压。吴茱萸配伍大枣:吴茱萸温肝暖脾、降逆止呕;大枣甘温 补脾和胃、养血安神.吴茱萸得大枣则温散而不燥烈 大枣得吴茱萸则益气养血而不壅滞.二药合用 有温中补虚、降逆止呕之功效 用于治疗脾胃虚寒之胃脘疼痛、妊娠恶阻以及厥阴头痛、干呕等症。
山楂的加入:具有消食积,散瘀血,驱绦虫作用。治肉积,癥瘕,痰饮,痞满,吞酸,泻痢,肠风,腰痛,疝气产后儿枕痛,恶露不尽,小儿乳食停滞。消食健胃,行气散瘀。用于肉食积滞、胃烷胀满、泻痢腹痛、瘀血经闭、产后瘀阻、心腹刺痛、疝气疼痛、高血脂症。由于山楂含山楂酸等多种有机酸,味酸甘,并含解脂酶,入胃后,能增强酶的作用,促进肉食消化,有助于胆固醇转化,所以,对于吃肉或油腻物后感到饱胀的人,吃些山楂、山楂片、山楂水或山楂丸等,均可消食,为老年人的保键食品,山楂还可利胆汁,促进胃液分泌。由于山楂富含多种有机酸,它能保持山楂中的维生素C,即使在加热的情况下,也不致被破坏,所以,制成山楂糕等制品后,维生素C仍能保存。山楂还富含胡萝卜素、钙、齐墩果酸、鸟素酸、山楂素等三萜类烯酸和黄酮类等有益成分(黄酮类多聚黄烷、三聚黄烷、鞣质等多种化学成分),能舒张血管、加强和调节心肌,增大心室和心运动振幅及冠状动脉血流量,降低血清胆固醇和降低血压;此外,山楂对心脏活动功能障碍、血管性神经官能症、颤动性心律失常等症也有辅助治疗作用;山植还含有槲皮苷,它有扩张血管、促进气管纤毛运动、排痰平喘之功能,故山楂是防治心
血管病的理想保健食品和有较好疗效的食品。
黄芪的加入:具有补气固表,托毒排脓,利尿,生肌的作用。用于气虚乏力、久泻脱肛、自汗、水肿、子官脱垂、慢性肾炎蛋白尿、糖尿病、疮口久不愈合。黄芪能促进机体代谢、抗疲劳、促进血清和肝脏蛋白质的更新;有明显的利尿作用,能消除实验性肾炎尿蛋白;能改善贫血动物现象;能升高低血糖,降低高血糖;能兴奋呼吸;能增强和调节机体免疫功能,对干扰素系统有促进作用,可提高机体的抗病力;对流感病毒等多种病毒所致细胞病变有轻度抑制作用,对流感病毒感染小鼠有保护作用;有较广泛的抗菌作用;黄芪在细胞培养中,可使细胞数明显增多,细胞生长旺盛,寿命延长;能增强心肌收缩力,保护心血管系统,抗心律失常,扩张冠状动脉和外周血管,降低血压,能降低血小板粘附力,减少血栓形成;还有降血脂、抗衰老、抗缺氧、抗辐射、保肝等作用。
炒麦芽的加入:具有行气消食,健脾开胃,退乳消胀的功效。用于食积不消,脘腹胀痛,脾虚食少,乳汗郁积,乳房胀痛,妇女断乳。
茯苓的加入:具有利水渗湿,健脾宁心作用。用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠。
薏米的加入:具有健脾渗湿,除痹止泻,清热排浓的作用。用于水肿,脚气,小便不利,湿痹拘挛,脾虚泄泻,肺痈,肠痈;扁平疣。
枸杞子的加入:具有 枸杞子具有补肾益精、养肝明目、润肺止咳的功效。现代研究表明,枸杞含有大量胡萝卜素、维生素、人体必需的蛋白质、粗脂肪和磷、铁等营养物质。其中,维生素C的含量比橙子高,β—胡萝卜素含量比胡萝卜高。此外,枸杞还能增强免疫力,具保肝、抗疲劳、抗衰老等,适合抵抗力低、身体虚弱者服用。
大枣的加入:具有补中益气,养血安神作用。用于脾虚食少,乏力便溏,妇人脏躁。大枣又名红枣、干枣、枣子,起源于中国,在中国已有四千多年的种植历史,自古以来就被列为“五果”(桃、李、梅、杏、枣)之一。红枣富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、胡萝卜素、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素P以及钙、磷、铁和环磷酸腺苷等营养成分。其中维生素C的含量在果品中名列前茅,有维生素王之美称。据国外的一项临床研究显示:连续吃大枣的病人,健康恢复比单纯吃维生素药剂快3倍以上。
绿茶的加入:绿茶我国被誉为“国饮”。现代科学大量研究证实,茶叶确实含有与人体健康密切相关的生化成份,茶叶不仅具有提神清心、清热解暑、消食化痰、去腻减肥、清心除烦、解毒醒酒、生津止渴、降火明目、止痢除湿等药理作用,还对现代疾病,如辐射病、心脑血管病、癌症等疾病,有一定的药理功效。茶叶具有药理作用的主要成份是茶多酚、咖啡碱、脂多糖、茶氨酸等。美容护肤茶多酚是水溶性物质,用它洗脸能清除面部的油腻,收敛毛孔,具有消毒、灭菌、抗皮肤老化,减少日光中的紫外线辐射对皮肤的损伤等功效。醒脑提神茶叶中的咖啡碱能促使人体中枢神经兴奋,增强大脑皮层的兴奋过程,起到提神益思、清心的效果。对于缓解偏头痛也有一定的功效。利尿解乏有助于利尿解乏,茶叶中的咖啡碱可刺激肾脏,促使尿液迅速排出体外,提高肾脏的滤出率,减少有害物质在肾脏中滞留时间。咖啡碱还可排除尿液中的过量乳酸,有助于使人体尽快消除疲劳。缓解疲劳绿茶中含强效的抗氧化剂以及维生素C,不但可以清除体内的自由基,还能分泌出对抗紧张压力的荷尔蒙。
红糖的加入:中医认为,红糖性温、味甘、入脾,具有益气补血、健脾暖胃、缓中止痛、活血化淤的作用。老人对各种微量元素和维生素的摄入逐渐减少,平时应注意在饮食中补充,以维持正常代谢功能,延缓衰老。红糖是未经精炼的粗糖,保留了较多的维生素和矿物质。人们一般认为,红糖适合月经不调和刚生了孩子的妇女吃,其实红糖更适合老人,特别是适合年老体弱、大病初愈的人吃。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作出进一步地详细阐述,但实施例并不对本发明做任何形式的限定。
实施例1
一种适用于产后饮用的中草药饮料,制造原料包括如下重量份原料:吴茱萸9份、山楂10份、黄芪15份、炒麦芽20份、茯苓8份、薏米20份、枸杞子9份、大枣5份、绿茶3份。
以500重量份计,制造原料还包括如下重量份原料:红糖1份,食用盐0.5份,纯净水余量。
其制备方法为,将吴茱萸、山楂、黄芪、炒麦芽、茯苓、薏米、枸杞子、大枣、绿茶分别清洗,再进行混合,然后依次进行浸泡、密闭煎煮,煎煮液过滤后添加红糖、食用盐和部分纯净水进行调配,最后添加余量纯净水至规定重量。
实施例2
一种适用于产后饮用的中草药饮料,制造原料包括如下重量份原料:吴茱萸15份、山楂16份、黄芪25份、炒麦芽35份、茯苓12份、薏米50份、枸杞子16份、大枣9份、绿茶6份。
以500重量份计,制造原料还包括如下重量份原料:红糖3份,食用盐0.8份,纯净水余量。
其制备方法为,将吴茱萸、山楂、黄芪、炒麦芽、茯苓、薏米、枸杞子、大枣、绿茶分别清洗,再进行混合,然后依次进行浸泡、密闭煎煮,煎煮液过滤后添加红糖、食用盐和部分纯净水进行调配,最后添加余量纯净水至规定重量。
实施例3
一种适用于产后饮用的中草药饮料,制造原料包括如下重量份原料:吴茱萸12份、山楂15份、黄芪22份、炒麦芽25份、茯苓10份、薏米35份、枸杞子12份、大枣8份、绿茶5份。
以500重量份计,制造原料还包括如下重量份原料:红糖2份,食用盐0.6份,蒸馏水余量。
其制备方法为,将吴茱萸、山楂、黄芪、炒麦芽、茯苓、薏米、枸杞子、大枣、绿茶分别清洗,再进行混合,然后依次进行浸泡、密闭煎煮,煎煮液过滤后添加红糖、食用盐和部分蒸馏水进行调配,最后添加余量蒸馏水至规定重量。

1.一种适用于产后饮用的中草药饮料,其特征在于:制造原料包括如下重量份原料:吴茱萸9-15份、山楂10-16份、黄芪15-25份、炒麦芽20-35份、茯苓8-12份、薏米20-50份、枸杞子9-16份、大枣5-9份、绿茶3-6份。
