本发明涉及无级变速器,尤其涉及一种交错式无级变速器;现有的无级变速器都具有皮带打滑或夹带的问题而无法适应高转速和高负载,交错式无级变速器可以提供一种皮带轮,使得交错式无级变速器的皮带轮可以像普通的皮带轮一样从皮带的中心受力点给予皮带一个向外的支持力,受到支持力的皮带自然不会打滑更不会被皮带轮夹到,从而可以适应更高的转速和负载,小轿车甚至是货车都可以使用,并且结构比其他的变速器更为简单,大多数的机械厂商都可以生产,除了汽车其他的有级别变速或者无级别变速领域也同样适用,可以适用的领域范围十分广泛。

本发明涉及一种无级变速器,特别涉及一种以皮带传动的无极变速器。
背景技术
现有的无级变速器主要以CVT无级变速器的结构为主,采用可变槽宽的棘轮和传送带,通过改变棘轮的槽宽来改变棘轮与传送带接触轮的半径从而改变传送比,再通过棘轮与传送带之间的摩擦力来传递动力。CVT无级变速器的传递效率较低,难以适应高负载高转速的使用,变速反应较慢,零部件容易损坏,对皮带的要求较高,皮带的磨损较大,适用领域受限较大。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于变速器变速的过程中变速器快速稳定的变速而不打滑,使用过程中变速器不会夹到皮带,使得皮带轮可以支持更大的载荷,可以应用的范围更广。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种可以从两个差速锥形皮带轮的交叉点产生支撑力支撑皮带的交错式锥形皮带轮,该皮带轮具有一根三角形皮带、两个输入差速锥形皮带轮和两个输出差速锥形皮带轮,每个差速锥形皮带轮都具有脊梁带以及可以让脊梁带滑动的脊梁带轨道槽,两个锥形皮带轮在交叉点的位置形成一个支撑点,用于支撑起三角形皮带;由于锥形皮带轮存在交叉形成一个支撑皮带的圆,当变速器转动时,皮带轮有一个点给予皮带的支撑力,加大了皮带轮对皮带的支撑力,这样交错式无级变速器不需要使用金属的链带就能增加皮带与皮带轮之间的支撑力从而使得皮带不易打滑与夹带,可以在高负载和高转速的情况下达到理想的变速效果而不会打滑。
根据不同的使用环境,可以通过改变锥形皮带轮的倾斜角度来改变变速器的稳定性与传动比来实现不同环境的适应能力。

具体实施方式
本发明的交错式无级变速器主要是由四个差速锥形皮带轮(1,4)、两个传动轴(5)和一根三角形皮带(6)组成;其中每个锥形皮带轮(1,4)都具有可以让与其相对应的脊梁带(3)交叉滑入的脊梁带轨道槽(2),使得相对应的一组差速锥形皮带轮(1,4)可以在一定范围内自由的交叉滑动,锥形皮带轮(1,4)的轮槽是由许多扇形结构的脊梁带(3)组成如图2所示,分割出的脊梁带(3)越多对皮带的摩擦力就越大,对工艺的要求也越高,而且还要有相对应的脊梁带轨道槽(2)供其滑行;差速锥形皮带轮(1,4)的后半部分有外壳(7),用来增强差速锥形皮带轮(1,4)的稳定性,也可以不使用外壳(7),传动轴(5)与差 速锥形皮带轮(1,4)互为一体,也可以单独使用一根传动轴(5)贯穿整个差速锥形皮带轮(1,4)来实现传动,并且充当轴体支撑作用;使用三角形皮带(6)是为了增加与脊梁带(3)之间的摩擦力,形状可以依照差速锥形皮带轮(1,4)之间所形成的角度做适当的调整适应。
在交错式无级变速器工作中,当一组输入差速锥形皮带轮(1)从较远的距离相向滑行挤压时,交叉的中心点(8)形成一个不断变大的圆形轮槽并向外支撑三角形皮带(6),使得皮带被挤压向外扩张,而另一组输出差速锥形皮带轮(4)则相互分离,皮带收缩,此时输入差速锥形皮带轮(1)可以传递给输出差速锥形皮带轮(4)更高的转速,输出锥形皮带轮(4)由低速转变为高速转动,再由传动轴(5)传出。当一组输入差速锥形皮带轮(1)从较近的距离反向滑动分离时,交叉的中点(8)形成一个变小的轮槽,对三角形皮带(6)的支撑力减小皮带收缩,另一组输入锥形皮带轮(1)相互靠近,三角形皮带(6)向外扩展,此时输出锥形皮带轮(4)由高速变为低速运行。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施例,不能以其限定发明实施的范围。本发明的交错式无级变速器结构简单、制造成本低,大部分使用到变速的领域都可以使用本发明来实现变速的目的,所以适用领域十分广泛。

Claims (4)

1.一种交错式无级变速器,该变速器具有四个差速锥形皮带轮(1,4),传动轴(5),三角形皮带(6),其中每个差速锥形皮带轮(1,4)都具有相当数量的脊梁带(3)和脊梁带轨道槽(2),当变速器工作时,两个输入差速锥形皮带轮(1)之间通过脊梁带(3)在脊梁带轨道槽(2)中滑动使得两个输入差速锥形皮带轮(1)相互靠近挤压或分离,其特征在于:所有的差速锥形皮带轮(1,4)都具有可以支撑三角形皮带(6)的脊梁带(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的交错式无级变速器,其特征在于:差速锥形皮带轮(1,4)具有脊梁带轨道槽(2)使得另一个与之相对应的差速锥形皮带轮(1,4)的脊梁带(3)可以在脊梁带轨道槽(2)中通过。
3.根据权利要求1所述的交错式无级变速器,其特征在于:差速锥形皮带轮(1,4)后半部分局部或全部有外壳(7)覆盖。
4.根据权利要求1所述的交错式无级变速器,其特征在于:三角形皮带(6)顶角的角度由两个同为一组的差速锥形皮带轮(1,4)之间交叉所形成的开角决定。
