背景技术
由于根据相关技术的电动车辆通常仅包括简单的减速器,其具有简单地减慢产生自电机的动力并将其提供至驱动轮的构造。然而,为了满足近来广泛使用电动车辆的要求,需要提供进一步改善的动力性能。
为了改善电动车辆的动力性能,已经尝试安装能够提供至少两种变速比(shiftratio)的变速器来替代简单的减速器。对于简单的构造和高动力传输效率,已经考虑了主要用于根据相关技术的手动变速器车辆的同步啮合型换挡机构。
然而,因为同步啮合型换挡机构必然涉及传输至驱动轮的动力在释放在前一挡位并进行换挡至下一挡位的过程中中断的扭矩中断过程,由此引起换挡冲击。

根据本发明的一个方面,提供用于车辆的变速器,其包括输入轴IN、输出轴、同步啮合型换挡机构和离合器装置,所述输入轴IN连接至动力源,所述输出轴与所述输入轴平行地设置,所述同步啮合型换挡机构包括安装在输入轴和输出轴上的至少两对外齿轮副和同步设备,所述离合器装置设置在从输入轴IN通过外齿轮副连接至输出轴的动力传输路径上,并构造成与所述动力传输路径平行地连接所述同步设备。

参考图1,根据本发明的示例性实施方案的用于车辆的变速器构造成包括输入轴IN、输出轴OUT、同步啮合型换挡机构SM和离合器装置,所述输入轴IN连接至动力源,所述输出轴OUT与所述输入轴IN平行地设置,所述同步啮合型换挡机构SM包括安装在输入轴IN和输出轴OUT上的至少两对外齿轮副和同步设备,所述离合器装置设置在从输入轴IN通过外齿轮副连接至输出轴OUT的动力传输路径上,并构造成与所述动力传输路径平行地连接同步设备。
亦即,根据本发明的示例性实施方案的变速器是基于根据相关技术的普通的同步啮合型换挡机构,但在同步啮合型换挡机构中除了用于切换动力的传输和中断的同步设备之外另外包括能够切换动力的传输和中断的离合器装置,使得在同步设备中断动力用于进行换挡的同时离合器装置可以在连接状态下维持动力,由此可以防止常规的扭矩中断现象。
作为上述动力源,配置连接至输入轴IN的电机M,离合器装置包括锥形离合器1。
根据本发明的示例性实施方案,至少两对外齿轮副包括形成最大变速比的一级外齿轮副和形成变速比比一级外齿轮副的变速比更小的二级外齿轮副。当然,除了上述构造之外,可以进一步设置通过更小的变速比形成的更高挡位的外齿轮副。
一级外齿轮副包括一级驱动齿轮1D和一级从动齿轮1P,所述一级驱动齿轮1D安装在输入轴IN自由转动的状态下的输入轴IN中,所述一级从动齿轮1P安装在输出轴OUT被迫转动的状态下的输出轴OUT中,二级外齿轮副包括二级驱动齿轮2D和二级从动齿轮2P,所述二级驱动齿轮2D安装在输入轴IN自由转动的状态下的输入轴IN中,所述二级从动齿轮2P安装在输出轴OUT被迫转动的状态下的输出轴OUT中。
通过上述构造,离合器装置包括构造成在可传输动力的状态或在动力中断状态下在二级驱动齿轮2D和输入轴IN之间连接的锥形离合器1。
基于二级驱动齿轮2D,锥形离合器1设置成与设置同步设备的方向相反的方向。
同步设备包括衬套(hub)3、套筒5和离合器齿轮2D-C,所述衬套3安装在输入轴IN中使得旋转受限,所述套筒5花键联接成在衬套3的轴向上可滑动,所述离合器齿轮2D-C形成在二级驱动齿轮2D中从而联接至套筒5,所述同步设备还包括进行实质同步操作的同步器闭锁环等。因为上述构造与根据相关技术的已知构造相同,所以不具体示出。
此外,一级驱动齿轮1D还设置有与套筒5接合的离合器齿轮1D-C,使得同步设备可以在套筒5移动至附图右侧的状态下通过将一级驱动齿轮1D连接至输入轴IN来形成一级挡位,并可以在套筒5移动至左侧的状态下通过将二级驱动齿轮2D连接至输入轴IN来形成二级挡位。
因此,二级驱动齿轮2D具有在形成离合器齿轮2D-C的表面的相对表面上构造锥形离合器1的锥形表面。
使用上述锥形离合器1而不使用普通圆盘型的干式离合器或湿式离合器作为离合器装置的原因在于在离合器所占体积不变的情况下,锥形离合器具有最大的扭矩传输能力。
通过参考图2至6说明具有上述构造的根据本发明的示例性实施方案的变速器的换挡过程。
图2显示一级驱动状态,所述一级驱动状态为一级驱动齿轮1D连接至输入轴IN使得同步设备的套筒5移动至右侧并联接至一级驱动齿轮1D的离合器齿轮1D-C的状态。在此状态下,产生自电机M的动力从输入轴IN通过同步设备的衬套3和套筒5依次传输至一级驱动齿轮1D和一级从动齿轮1P,并进行换挡,使得一级挡位的输出被拖动至输出轴OUT。
在需要换挡至第二级时,如图3中所示,同步设备维持与图2相同的状态从而维持一级驱动状态不变,并引起作为离合器装置的锥形离合器1的摩擦,由此使得输入轴IN的动力甚至通过二级驱动齿轮2D和二级从动齿轮2P传输至输出轴OUT。
在此情况下,因在一级驱动齿轮1D和一级从动齿轮1P之间的一级变速比以及在二级驱动齿轮2D和二级从动齿轮2P之间的二级变速比产生的速度差通过锥形离合器1中的套筒吸收。
如图4中所示的状态为这样的状态:套筒5从图3的状态移动至空挡状态从而从输入轴IN中断一级驱动齿轮1D,动力不再通过一级驱动齿轮1D和一级从动齿轮1P传输至输出轴OUT,而仅通过锥形离合器1、二级驱动齿轮2D和二级从动齿轮2P传输至输出轴OUT。
在此状态下,通过控制电机M的速度,同步设备的套筒5的速度与二级驱动齿轮2D的速度同步。
如上所述,如果同步设备的套筒5的速度与二级驱动齿轮2D的速度同步,则套筒5移动至如图5中所示的左侧从而将二级驱动齿轮2D连接至输入轴IN,并且如图6中所示地释放锥形离合器1以形成二级驱动状态。
亦即,在同步设备的套筒5从一级驱动齿轮1D的离合器齿轮1D-C分离后直至其联接至二级驱动齿轮2D的离合器齿轮2D-C的时间过程中,锥形离合器1将输入轴IN的动力传输至输出轴OUT,由此防止在换挡过程中发生扭矩中断。
由于上述构造可以非常简单,并可以简单地应用至根据相关技术的同步啮合型换挡机构,而锥形离合器1仅消耗仅在进行换挡时为了临时传输动力而操作时所需要的操作能量,并且在大多数车辆驱动时间中处于释放状态,所以可以最小化不必要的动力消耗,由此可以改进车辆的燃料效率。
根据本发明的示例性实施方案,可以产生柔和的换挡质量,因为在进行换挡时不发生扭矩中断,而使用具有简单构造和高动力传输效率的同步啮合型换挡机构,与根据相关技术的安装在电动车辆上的减速器相比,可以增加电动车辆的最高速度、加速性能和爬坡能力,并通过扩展电机的最优效率起动点的操作时间可以改进燃料效率。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于车辆的变速器,其包括:
输入轴,所述输入轴连接至动力源;
输出轴,所述输出轴与所述输入轴平行地设置;
同步啮合型换挡机构,所述同步啮合型换挡机构包括安装在输入轴和输出轴上的至少两对外齿轮副和同步设备;和
离合器设备,所述离合器设备设置在从所述输入轴通过外齿轮副连接至所述输出轴的动力传输路径上,并构造成与所述动力传输路径平行地连接所述同步设备。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的变速器,其中离合器设备包括锥形离合器。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于车辆的变速器,其中所述至少两对外齿轮副包括一级外齿轮副和二级外齿轮副,所述一级外齿轮副形成最大变速比,所述二级外齿轮副形成比一级外齿轮副的变速比更小的变速比。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于车辆的变速器,其中一级外齿轮副包括安装在所述输入轴自由旋转的状态下的所述输入轴中的一级驱动齿轮和安装在所述输出轴受限转动的状态下的所述输出轴中的一级从动齿轮,且
二级外齿轮副包括安装在所述输入轴自由旋转的状态下的所述输入轴中的二级驱动齿轮和安装在所述输出轴受限转动的状态下的所述输出轴中的二级从动齿轮。
5.根据权利要求5所述的用于车辆的变速器,其中所述离合器设备包括构造成在能够传输动力的状态或在动力中断状态下在二级驱动齿轮和输入轴之间连接的锥形离合器。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于车辆的变速器,其中基于二级驱动齿轮,锥形离合器设置成与设置同步设备的方向相反的方向。
