本发明涉及一种闭锁栓锁止机构,包括底座、油缸、闭锁栓和活塞杆,所述底座设在车体上,油缸设在底座上,所述闭锁栓设在底座孔内,在闭锁栓上设有限位销、压板、活塞柱、止退垫圈,油缸的头部与活塞柱联接,所述压板通过螺钉与活塞柱联接,所述活塞杆与活塞柱螺纹联接,在底座上设有限位块和螺塞,限位块和螺塞之间设有弹簧。本发明结构简单,安全、可靠性高,解决了由于振动和冲击引起锥形销缩回的问题,有效避免了车辆高速行驶过程中事故的发生。

闭锁栓锁止机构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种锁止机构,具体涉及一种可用于履带工程车辆上的闭锁栓锁止机构。
背景技术
现有的履带工程作业车辆采用机械式弹簧锥形销限位锁止机构。当闭锁栓在非工作状态时,弹簧作用下的锥形销顶入闭锁栓相应的锥孔内,实现闭锁栓位置锁定。这种机构在车辆高速行驶时,会由于振动和冲击引起锥形销缩回,导致闭锁栓脱落,造成车辆故障。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述不足,提供一种结构简单,安全、可靠性高的闭锁栓锁止机构,解决了由于振动和冲击引起锥形销缩回的问题,有效避免了车辆高速行驶过程中事故的发生。
本发明的技术方案:一种闭锁栓锁止机构,包括底座、油缸、闭锁栓和活塞杆,所述底座设在车体上,油缸设在底座上,所述闭锁栓设在底座孔内,在闭锁栓上设有限位销、压板、活塞柱、止退垫圈,油缸的头部与活塞柱联接,所述压板通过螺钉与活塞柱联接,所述活塞杆与活塞柱螺纹联接,在底座上设有限位块和螺塞,限位块和螺塞之间设有弹簧。
进一步地,所述闭锁栓前端为叉形结构,后端为圆柱形中空结构,中空部分装有压板、活塞柱、限位销、液压油缸。
进一步地,所述油缸为液压油缸,液压油缸设在底座上且其部分位于闭锁栓的圆柱形中空结构中。
进一步地,所述限位销装入闭锁栓对应销孔内。
进一步地,所述限位块采用平面式结构,在非工作状态时,限位块前端插入闭锁栓固定卡槽内,后端顶在弹簧上,通过弹簧座轴向固定,闭锁栓处于锁止位置。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:1、本发明结构简单,安全、可靠性高,解决了由于振动和冲击引起锥形销缩回的问题,有效避免了车辆高速行驶过程中事故的发生。2、限位块采用平面式结构,增大了锁止面积,使得定位锁止更可靠。3、通过液压油缸带动压板运动,更加快捷、方便地实现闭锁栓的锁止与解除。

一种闭锁栓锁止机构,如图1所示,包括底座1、油缸2、闭锁栓3和活塞杆5,所述底座1设在车体上,油缸2设在底座1上,所述闭锁栓3设在底座孔内,在闭锁栓3上设有限位销4、压板7、活塞柱6、止退垫圈12。油缸2的头部与活塞柱6联接,所述压板7通过螺钉11与活塞柱6联接,所述活塞杆5与活塞柱6螺纹联接,在底座1上设有限位块8和螺塞10,限位块8和螺塞10之间设有弹簧9。
所述闭锁栓3前端为叉形结构,后端为圆柱形中空结构,中空部分装有压板7、活塞柱6、限位销4、油缸2。油缸2头部与活塞柱6通过螺纹联接,压板7与活塞柱6通过螺钉11联接。限位销4装入闭锁栓3对应销孔内。当闭锁器伸出时,油缸2推动压板7向下运动,同时压板7上的斜面部分将限位块8推出锁止卡槽,闭锁栓3锁止解除。当闭锁器缩回时,油缸2首先带动闭锁栓3向上运动,到达锁止位置时,锁止限位块8在弹簧作用下自动伸出,落入锁止卡槽内,闭锁栓3被锁止。

1.闭锁栓锁止机构,包括底座、油缸、闭锁栓和活塞杆,其特征在于:所述底座设在车体上,油缸设在底座上,所述闭锁栓设在底座孔内,在闭锁栓上设有限位销、压板、活塞柱、止退垫圈,油缸的头部与活塞柱联接,所述压板通过螺钉与活塞柱联接,所述活塞杆与活塞柱螺纹联接,在底座上设有限位块和螺塞,限位块和螺塞之间设有弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的闭锁栓锁止机构,其特征在于:所述闭锁栓前端为叉形结构,后端为圆柱形中空结构,中空部分装有压板、活塞柱、限位销、液压油缸。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的闭锁栓锁止机构,其特征在于:所述油缸为液压油缸,液压油缸设在底座上且其部分位于闭锁栓的圆柱形中空结构中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的闭锁栓锁止机构,其特征在于:所述限位销装入闭锁栓对应销孔内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的闭锁栓锁止机构,其特征在于:所述限位块采用平面式结构,在非工作状态时,限位块前端插入闭锁栓固定卡槽内,后端顶在弹簧上,通过弹簧座轴向固定,闭锁栓处于锁止位置。
