本发明涉及一种回路式降噪、净化型柴油机尾气处理装置。它包括箱体（1）和净化器（6），所述净化器（6）设置在箱体（1）内，箱体（1）上设置有第一进气口（2）、第二进气口（3）和出气管（7），所述第一进气口（2）和第二进气口（3）的进气管道上设置有消音管（4），所述净化器（6）与箱体（1）之间设置有回路通道（5），第一进气口（2）和第二进气口（3）与回路通道（5）的进口相连，回路通道（5）的出口与净化器（6）的进口相连，净化器（6）的出口与出气管（7）相连。本发明一种回路式降噪、净化型柴油机尾气处理装置，降噪效果好，并且具有净化功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种回路式降噪、净化型柴油机尾气处理装置。属于柴油机组尾气过滤技术领域。
背景技术
柴油机尾气降噪普遍使用消音管来实现，结构如图10所示，其采用两个消音管完成降噪，此种结构降噪效果差，并且不具备尾气净化功能，满足不了用户的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供了一种回路式降噪、净化型柴油机尾气处理装置，降噪效果好，并且具有净化功能。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：
一种回路式降噪、净化型柴油机尾气处理装置，设置在柴油机的尾气排放口，其特点是：所述回路式降噪、净化型柴油机尾气处理装置包括箱体和净化器，所述净化器设置在箱体内，箱体上设置有第一进气口、第二进气口和出气管，所述第一进气口和第二进气口的进气管道上设置有消音管，所述净化器与箱体之间设置有回路通道，第一进气口和第二进气口与回路通道的进口相连，回路通道的出口与净化器的进口相连，净化器的出口与出气管相连。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明一种回路式降噪、净化型柴油机尾气处理装置，箱体上设置有两个进气口，柴油机的排气分流进入两个进气口，两个进气口的进气管道上设置有消音管，因此能有效降噪；同时两个进气口通过回路通道进入净化器，净化器具有蜂窝陶瓷滤芯，不仅具有净化效果，并且能进一步降噪。

具体实施方式
参见图1-3，本发明涉及一种回路式降噪、净化型柴油机尾气处理装置，包括箱体1和净化器6，所述净化器6设置在箱体1内，箱体1上设置有第一进气口2、第二进气口3和出气管7，所述第一进气口2和第二进气口3的进气管道上设置有消音管4，所述净化器6与箱体1之间设置有回路通道5，第一进气口2和第二进气口3接入回路通道5，回路通道5的出口与净化器6的进口相连，净化器6的出口与出气管7相连，第一种实施例中，回路通道5只有一个，截面并呈腰圆孔形，净化器6的截面呈半圆形。
参见图4-6，第二种实施例与第一种实施例的区别在于，回路通道5有两个，分别位于净化器6的上方和下方，净化器6的截面呈圆形。
参见图7-9，第三种实施例与第一种实施例的区别在于，回路通道的截面5为一个圆环形孔，净化器6的截面呈圆形。
工作原理：
箱体1上设置有两个进气口，柴油机的排气分流进入两个进气口，两个进气口的进气管道上设置有消音管4，因此能有效降噪；同时两个进气口通过回路通道5进入净化器6，净化器6具有蜂窝陶瓷滤芯，不仅具有净化效果，并且能进一步降噪；排气最后从出气管7排出。

1.一种回路式降噪、净化型柴油机尾气处理装置，其特征在于：所述回路式降噪、净化型柴油机尾气处理装置包括箱体（1）和净化器（6），所述净化器（6）设置在箱体（1）内，箱体（1）上设置有第一进气口（2）、第二进气口（3）和出气管（7），所述第一进气口（2）和第二进气口（3）的进气管道上设置有消音管（4），所述净化器（6）与箱体（1）之间设置有回路通道（5），第一进气口（2）和第二进气口（3）与回路通道（5）的进口相连，回路通道（5）的出口与净化器（6）的进口相连，净化器（6）的出口与出气管（7）相连。
