本发明涉及一种回路式降噪、净化型柴油机尾气处理装置。它包括箱体(1)和净化器(6),所述净化器(6)设置在箱体(1)内,箱体(1)上设置有第一进气口(2)、第二进气口(3)和出气管(7),所述第一进气口(2)和第二进气口(3)的进气管道上设置有消音管(4),所述净化器(6)与箱体(1)之间设置有回路通道(5),第一进气口(2)和第二进气口(3)与回路通道(5)的进口相连,回路通道(5)的出口与净化器(6)的进口相连,净化器(6)的出口与出气管(7)相连。本发明一种回路式降噪、净化型柴油机尾气处理装置,降噪效果好,并且具有净化功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种回路式降噪、净化型柴油机尾气处理装置。属于柴油机组尾气过滤技术领域。
背景技术
柴油机尾气降噪普遍使用消音管来实现,结构如图10所示,其采用两个消音管完成降噪,此种结构降噪效果差,并且不具备尾气净化功能,满足不了用户的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供了一种回路式降噪、净化型柴油机尾气处理装置,降噪效果好,并且具有净化功能。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种回路式降噪、净化型柴油机尾气处理装置,设置在柴油机的尾气排放口,其特点是:所述回路式降噪、净化型柴油机尾气处理装置包括箱体和净化器,所述净化器设置在箱体内,箱体上设置有第一进气口、第二进气口和出气管,所述第一进气口和第二进气口的进气管道上设置有消音管,所述净化器与箱体之间设置有回路通道,第一进气口和第二进气口与回路通道的进口相连,回路通道的出口与净化器的进口相连,净化器的出口与出气管相连。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明一种回路式降噪、净化型柴油机尾气处理装置,箱体上设置有两个进气口,柴油机的排气分流进入两个进气口,两个进气口的进气管道上设置有消音管,因此能有效降噪;同时两个进气口通过回路通道进入净化器,净化器具有蜂窝陶瓷滤芯,不仅具有净化效果,并且能进一步降噪。

具体实施方式
参见图1-3,本发明涉及一种回路式降噪、净化型柴油机尾气处理装置,包括箱体1和净化器6,所述净化器6设置在箱体1内,箱体1上设置有第一进气口2、第二进气口3和出气管7,所述第一进气口2和第二进气口3的进气管道上设置有消音管4,所述净化器6与箱体1之间设置有回路通道5,第一进气口2和第二进气口3接入回路通道5,回路通道5的出口与净化器6的进口相连,净化器6的出口与出气管7相连,第一种实施例中,回路通道5只有一个,截面并呈腰圆孔形,净化器6的截面呈半圆形。
参见图4-6,第二种实施例与第一种实施例的区别在于,回路通道5有两个,分别位于净化器6的上方和下方,净化器6的截面呈圆形。
参见图7-9,第三种实施例与第一种实施例的区别在于,回路通道的截面5为一个圆环形孔,净化器6的截面呈圆形。
工作原理:
箱体1上设置有两个进气口,柴油机的排气分流进入两个进气口,两个进气口的进气管道上设置有消音管4,因此能有效降噪;同时两个进气口通过回路通道5进入净化器6,净化器6具有蜂窝陶瓷滤芯,不仅具有净化效果,并且能进一步降噪;排气最后从出气管7排出。

1.一种回路式降噪、净化型柴油机尾气处理装置,其特征在于:所述回路式降噪、净化型柴油机尾气处理装置包括箱体(1)和净化器(6),所述净化器(6)设置在箱体(1)内,箱体(1)上设置有第一进气口(2)、第二进气口(3)和出气管(7),所述第一进气口(2)和第二进气口(3)的进气管道上设置有消音管(4),所述净化器(6)与箱体(1)之间设置有回路通道(5),第一进气口(2)和第二进气口(3)与回路通道(5)的进口相连,回路通道(5)的出口与净化器(6)的进口相连,净化器(6)的出口与出气管(7)相连。
