本发明公开了一种耐高温防老化帆布帐篷面料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:涤纶纤维20‑30,聚酰亚胺纤维20‑30,碳纤维10‑15,陶瓷纤维10‑15,钛白粉3‑5,纳米氧化铈3‑5,苯丙乳液5‑10,2‑羟基‑4‑甲氧基二苯甲酮0.5‑1,单硬脂酸甘油酯0.3‑0.5,改性淀粉溶胶5‑10。本发明的帆布帐篷面料既符合基本的使用要求,又具有良好的透湿透气性,涂层稳定性和均匀度高,不易脱落、开裂,防水效果和外观品质好,并且具有良好的耐高温防老化性能,适用于高温场所使用。

一种耐高温防老化帆布帐篷面料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及帐篷面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐高温防老化帆布帐篷面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
帐篷是一种具有建筑材料功能的纺织品,用于在野外环境中隔离出一个独立安全的空间。帐篷具有简便、轻巧的特点,需要具有防风、防雨、防雪、防寒、防蚊虫的基本功能。近年来随着旅游业的发展,帐篷的销量得到大幅度增长,市场进一步扩大,人们对帐篷外观、性能的需求也进一步提高。帐篷面料由基布经表面整理制成,它的性能很大程度上影响了帐篷的使用性能。目前应用最广泛的帐篷面料是涤纶帆布,其透气透湿性能差,使用性能和附加价值不高,无法满足市场对中高档产品的潜在需求。而且普通帐篷面料在高温使用时会发生热老化、热氧化,使机械性能下降,影响帐篷的使用性能。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种耐高温防老化帆布帐篷面料及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种耐高温防老化帆布帐篷面料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
涤纶纤维20-30,聚酰亚胺纤维20-30,碳纤维10-15,陶瓷纤维10-15,钛白粉3-5,纳米氧化铈3-5,苯丙乳液5-10,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮0.5-1,单硬脂酸甘油酯0.3-0.5,改性淀粉溶胶5-10;
其中改性淀粉溶胶由下列重量份的原料制成:玉米淀粉30-40,石墨粉10-15,硝酸钠1-2,高锰酸钾2-4,丙烯酸3-5,甲基丙烯酸甲酯6-8,15-20%浓度双氧水水溶液10-15,过硫酸铵0.5-1,十二烷基硫酸钠0.5-1,水200-300;改性淀粉溶胶的制备方法是将石墨粉按固液重量比1:1.5-1:2与质量分数为98%的浓硫酸混合后加入硝酸钠、高锰酸钾,40-50℃反应0.5-1h后依次加入水、玉米淀粉和15-20%浓度双氧水水溶液60-80℃搅拌3-4h,将pH调至中性后加入其余原料70-80℃反应1-2h,冷却后即得。
一种耐高温防老化帆布帐篷面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将涤纶纤维、聚酰亚胺纤维、碳纤维和陶瓷纤维按比例混纺编织,得帆布基布;
(2)将苯丙乳液、改性淀粉溶胶与单硬脂酸甘油酯混合后40-50℃搅拌1-2h,冷却后加入其余原料共同研磨至细度≤50μm,得涂覆剂;
(3)将(2)中的涂覆剂均匀涂覆于(1)中的帆布基布表面,先于80-90℃干燥4-6h,再于120-140℃热处理10-20min,冷却后即得耐高温防老化帆布帐篷面料。
本发明的优点是:
本发明通过改性淀粉溶胶与苯丙乳液等原料复配,合成的涂覆剂与帐篷帆布基布具有良好的结合性,在基布上生成具有良好粘着牢度、透湿透气性和力学性能的涂膜,使最终得到的帆布帐篷面料既符合基本的使用要求,又具有良好的透湿透气性,涂层稳定性和均匀度高,不易脱落、开裂,防水效果和外观品质好,并且具有良好的耐高温防老化性能,适用于高温场所使用。
具体实施方式
一种耐高温防老化帆布帐篷面料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
涤纶纤维20,聚酰亚胺纤维20,碳纤维10,陶瓷纤维10,钛白粉3,纳米氧化铈3,苯丙乳液5,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮0.5,单硬脂酸甘油酯0.3,改性淀粉溶胶5;
其中改性淀粉溶胶由下列重量份的原料制成:玉米淀粉30,石墨粉10,硝酸钠1,高锰酸钾2,丙烯酸3,甲基丙烯酸甲酯6,15%浓度双氧水水溶液10,过硫酸铵0.5,十二烷基硫酸钠0.5,水200;改性淀粉溶胶的制备方法是将石墨粉按固液重量比1:1.5与质量分数为98%的浓硫酸混合后加入硝酸钠、高锰酸钾,40℃反应0.5h后依次加入水、玉米淀粉和15%浓度双氧水水溶液60℃搅拌3h,将pH调至中性后加入其余原料70℃反应1h,冷却后即得。
一种耐高温防老化帆布帐篷面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将涤纶纤维、聚酰亚胺纤维、碳纤维和陶瓷纤维按比例混纺编织,得帆布基布;
(2)将苯丙乳液、改性淀粉溶胶与单硬脂酸甘油酯混合后40℃搅拌1h,冷却后加入其余原料共同研磨至细度≤50μm,得涂覆剂;
(3)将(2)中的涂覆剂均匀涂覆于(1)中的帆布基布表面,先于80℃干燥4h,再于120℃热处理10min,冷却后即得耐高温防老化帆布帐篷面料。
上述制得的帆布帐篷面料性能指标测试结果如下:

1.一种耐高温防老化帆布帐篷面料,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
涤纶纤维20-30,聚酰亚胺纤维20-30,碳纤维10-15,陶瓷纤维10-15,钛白粉3-5,纳米氧化铈3-5,苯丙乳液5-10,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮0.5-1,单硬脂酸甘油酯0.3-0.5,改性淀粉溶胶5-10;
所述的改性淀粉溶胶由下列重量份的原料制成:玉米淀粉30-40,石墨粉10-15,硝酸钠1-2,高锰酸钾2-4,丙烯酸3-5,甲基丙烯酸甲酯6-8,15-20%浓度双氧水水溶液10-15,过硫酸铵0.5-1,十二烷基硫酸钠0.5-1,水200-300;改性淀粉溶胶的制备方法是将石墨粉按固液重量比1:1.5-1:2与质量分数为98%的浓硫酸混合后加入硝酸钠、高锰酸钾,40-50℃反应0.5-1h后依次加入水、玉米淀粉和15-20%浓度双氧水水溶液60-80℃搅拌3-4h,将pH调至中性后加入其余原料70-80℃反应1-2h,冷却后即得。
