本发明涉及一种面料工艺,特别涉及一种针织面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
随着社会的进步和经济的迅速发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,开始要求舒适的生活空间和健康的生活方式,对时尚和流行、运动和休闲、环境和健康提出了更高的质量要求。人们对纺织品的要求已不仅仅是外观漂亮好看、耐穿耐用,还希望穿着舒适、健康等。
但传统的针织面料因制造工艺的原因,存在有手感差、易起球等问题。这严重影响其外观和服用性,传统工艺生产很难做到以上几者兼顾。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的是提供一种针织面料环保生产工艺,通过该工艺制造出来的面料手感柔顺、不易起球,同时不仅提高了染色后混纺面料织物的色牢度,而且大幅度节水、减少污染。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:针织面料环保生产工艺,其特征是,生产工艺步骤如下:
S1、前处理
S11、烧毛 将坯布快速通过烧毛机,火口温度 1050 ℃,坯布穿越火口的速度为60-90m/min ;并将绒毛燃烧产生的废气收集至废气净化系统;
S12、退浆 在退浆机料槽内加入退浆溶液,退浆溶液中烧碱的浓度为6-10g/L,平滑剂的浓度为 2-4g/L;润湿剂的浓度为1-2g/L,渗透剂的浓度为 5-10g/L,其余为水;退浆在退浆机上完成,轧碱温度85度,汽蒸温度100度,汽蒸时间60分钟;并将清洗过的废水回收至废水处理系统;
S13、碱减量 浴液的浴比为1:10,烧碱浓度为 2-4g/L,渗透剂浓度为 2-3g/L,处理温度控制在 50-55℃,经过25 min 之后将温度升至 100℃,保持温度 30min 后将温度下降到 40-45 ℃,并将产生的废水回收至废水处理系统;
S2、坯布染色、清洗
S21、配置染色助剂,该染色助剂的重量分为聚甲基丙烯酸酯乳液10-25份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚10-15份,氨基硅烷类偶联剂5-10份,羟甲基纤维素钠0.2-1份,纳米二氧化硅3-5份,保险粉 10-20份 ,元明粉 10-20份,其余为水;
染色助剂的配制方法:在化料桶中加入30%的常温水,加入聚甲基丙烯酸酯乳液、羟甲基纤维素钠和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚,搅拌溶解40-55分钟后,再加入余量的水和其余组分,继续搅拌至均匀为止;染色助剂的用量:染色时加入染色助剂10-20g/L,并以调节染色时染液的pH值;
S22、染色 将坯布置入染色容器中,在常温下向染色容器中加入步骤S21制备得到的染色助剂和染料,常温保温15-25min,然后以0.8- 1.2℃/min的升温速率升温至95-98℃并且保温50-70min;
S23、清洗 第一步采用废水处理系统净化过的水对坯布进行粗洗;第二步向浸泡容器中加入冰醋酸调节浸泡溶液至酸性,并向浸泡容器内加入固色剂和柔软剂,浸泡时间30-60分钟;第三步对浸泡过的坯布用外界水进行清洗,清洗过后的水回收至废水处理系统;
S3、后处理
所述后处理工序包括有脱水-轧水定型-上油-热定型-轧光-罐蒸-打卷-检验-成品。
进一步限定,在热定型工序中:将温度控制在 115-120℃,在浴液中加入水洗聚氨酯整理剂对面料进行整理,水洗聚氨酯整理剂的浓度为 45-50g/L。
本发明的各种化学试剂均出自于东莞市嘉宏有机硅科技有限公司。
烧毛工序是为了去除坯布表面上的绒毛,使布面光洁美观,不易起毛球;另外,燃烧产生的废气中含有二氧化硫、氮氧化物等气体,通过废气净化系统收集、净化处理,到达节污节排的目的。
退浆为了减少断经,提高经纱的强力、耐磨性以及光滑程度;碱减量工序使得坯布手感柔软、光泽软和并改善了吸湿排汗性;同时产生的碱性废水被废水处理系统收集、回收处理;
本发明染色工艺采用天然植物染剂,不会产生的有毒物质,环保健康;与现有的常规混纺面料染色技术相比,明显减少了水洗次数,减少了废水排放,节约了能源和时间,提高了产品质量和产量;同时,天然植物染剂结合染料助剂使用,本产品染色同色性好、颜色准确、色牢度高,色牢度大于4级,面料手感更柔软、舒适性更好、回弹性更好,产品有较好的耐洗涤性。
本发明的第二目的是提供一种应用于针织面料环保生产工艺中的净化系统,通过本净化系统使生产工艺更好的到达节水、节排的环保目的。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:净化系统,包括所述废气净化系统和所述废水处理系统。
进一步限定,所述废气净化系统包括抽气泵、水淋塔、空气净化器,所述抽气泵通过输气管把废气输入水淋塔,所述水淋塔上安装有出气管并通过所述出气管与所述空气净化器连通。
进一步限定,所述废水处理系统按废水处理顺序依次包括有设有曝气装置的第一处理池、设有一级过滤系统的调节缓冲池、厌氧池、好氧池和设有第二过滤系统的第二处理池以及缓存池。
进一步限定,所述水淋塔上设置有进水管和出水管,所述进水管与缓存池连通,所述出水管与第二处理池连通。
进一步限定,所述第二过滤系统包括活性炭装置、阻垢剂加药装置、精密过滤器和膜分离装置。
含有二氧化硫、氮氧化物等的废气被抽气泵收集,二氧化硫气体经过水淋塔处理,被溶解于水中形成酸性水;该酸性水通过出水管输送到第二处理池,碱减量工序产生的碱性水也被输送到第二处理池与该酸性水中和反应,再经过第二过滤系统处理,最后送入缓存池储存、再次被利用。使水得到循环利用,减少污水的排放、水资源的浪费。
进一步限定,所述输气管包括“∩”型的吸气段、气液过渡段、气液融合段和气液分离段;所述气液过渡段上连通有与进水管接通的进水支管。
进一步限定,所述气液融合段为螺旋形的管段。
进一步限定,所述气液过渡段和进水支管上分别安装有阀门。
输气管如此设置,废气在输气管内,水通过进水支管进入气液过渡段,然后废气推动水进入气液融合段,水螺旋流动提高与废气中的二氧化硫的融合率;最后通过气液分离段进入水淋塔。吸气段设计成“∩”型是为了防止水倒灌。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:1、本发明生产的面料的手感柔软平滑,不易去毛球;2、本发明减少了水洗次数,减少了废水、废气排放,并做到水资源循环利用,节约环保。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
一种针织面料环保生产工艺,生产工艺步骤如下:
S1、前处理
S11、烧毛 将坯布快速通过烧毛机,火口温度 1050 ℃,坯布穿越火口的速度为60-90m/min;并将绒毛燃烧产生的废气收集至废气净化系统;
S12、退浆 在退浆机料槽内加入退浆溶液,退浆溶液中烧碱的浓度为6-10g/L,平滑剂的浓度为 2-4g/L;润湿剂的浓度为1-2g/L,渗透剂的浓度为 5-10g/L,其余为水;退浆在退浆机上完成,轧碱温度85度,汽蒸温度100度,汽蒸时间60分钟;并将清洗过的废水回收至废水处理系统;
S13、碱减量 浴液的浴比为1:10,烧碱浓度为 2-4g/L,渗透剂浓度为 2-3g/L,处理温度控制在 50-55℃,经过25 min 之后将温度升至 100℃,保持温度 30min 后将温度下降到 40-45 ℃,并将产生的废水回收至废水处理系统;
S2、坯布染色、清洗
S21、配置染色助剂,该染色助剂的重量分为聚甲基丙烯酸酯乳液10-25份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚10-15份,氨基硅烷类偶联剂5-10份,羟甲基纤维素钠0.2-1份,纳米二氧化硅3-5份,保险粉 10-20份 ,元明粉 10-20份,其余为水;
染色助剂的配制方法:在化料桶中加入30%的常温水,加入聚甲基丙烯酸酯乳液、羟甲基纤维素钠和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚,搅拌溶解40-55分钟后,再加入余量的水和其余组分,继续搅拌至均匀为止;染色助剂的用量:染色时加入染色助剂10-20g/L,并以调节染色时染液的pH值;
S22、染色 将坯布置入染色容器中,在常温下向染色容器中加入步骤S21制备得到的染色助剂和染料,常温保温15-25min,然后以0.8- 1.2℃/min的升温速率升温至95-98℃并且保温50-70min;
S23、清洗 第一步采用废水处理系统净化过的水对坯布进行粗洗;第二步向浸泡容器中加入冰醋酸调节浸泡溶液至酸性,并向浸泡容器内加入固色剂和柔软剂,浸泡时间30-60分钟;第三步对浸泡过的坯布用外界水进行清洗,清洗过后的水回收至废水处理系统;
S3、后处理
后处理工序包括有脱水-轧水定型-上油-热定型-轧光-罐蒸-打卷-检验-成品。
脱水工序,坯布放入脱水机进行脱水;脱水完成后,采用轧水定型消除布料的应力不均;然后对坯布进行上油;上油使坯布手感柔软滑糯。在热定型工序中:将温度控制在115-120℃,在浴液中加入水洗聚氨酯整理剂对面料进行整理,水洗聚氨酯整理剂的浓度为45-50g/L。热定型完成,由多根软硬辊筒组成的轧光机对坯布进行轧光处理。轧光完成,坯布放入罐蒸机内,用蒸汽加热。完成后,最后坯布打卷、检验、入库。
净化系统,应用于针织面料环保生产工艺中,对加工产生的废气、废水进行处理。如图1所示,它包括废气净化系统和废水处理系统。
废气净化系统包括抽气泵6、水淋塔、空气净化器。抽气泵6通过输气管把废气输入水淋塔。水淋塔上安装有出气管4并通过出气管4与空气净化器连通。
输气管1包括“∩”型的吸气段11、气液过渡段12、气液融合段13和气液分离段14。气液过渡段12上连通有与进水管2接通的进水支管5。气液融合段13为螺旋形的管段。气液过渡段12和进水支管5上分别安装有阀门。两道阀门的作用是分别控制进水和进气。吸气段11设计成“∩”型是为了防止水倒灌。
打开阀门,废气被抽气泵6抽入到输气管1内;进水管2上安装有抽水泵7,水通过进水支管5进入气液过渡段12,然后废气推动水进入气液融合段13,水螺旋流动提高与废气中的二氧化硫的融合率;最后通过气液分离段14进入水淋塔。
废水处理系统按废水处理顺序依次包括有设有曝气装置的第一处理池、设有一级过滤系统的调节缓冲池、厌氧池、好氧池和设有第二过滤系统的第二处理池以及缓存池。
水淋塔上设置有进水管2和出水管3,进水管2与缓存池连通,出水管3与第二处理池连通。第二过滤系统包括活性炭装置、阻垢剂加药装置、精密过滤器和膜分离装置。
废水处理具体步骤如下:
a.活性炭曝气吸附,在废水中加入活性炭包,利用气泡曝气法使废水中的有机物氧化分解,通过活性炭吸附,同时降低废水中铁、锰等元素的含量,初次降低 COD 值;
b.调节PH值并过滤,将印染废水引入调节缓冲池,加入酸碱溶液后将PH值调节到 6-8左右,加入助滤剂硅藻土使废水絮凝,然后过滤去除悬浮物;
c.厌氧处理,将废水通入厌氧池,使大分子有机物转化为小分子有机物,同时确保池内厌氧污泥和废水比例为 150g/L,反应时间为 14 小时;
d.好氧处理,将废水通入好氧池,将污水中的有机物氧化分解为二氧化碳、水、硫 酸盐和硝酸盐等无害物质,反应时间为 8 小时左右;
e.脱色处理,加入脱色剂聚合氯化铝后使废水絮凝,色度最低可降至 50;
f.二次过滤,使用滤网除去悬浮物,并通过多个过滤系统去除颗粒大于 10um 的颗粒;
g.MBR膜处理,通过膜分离设备将反应池中的活性污泥和大分子有机物质截留住,最后可得生产回用水。
Claims (10)
1.针织面料环保生产工艺,其特征是,生产工艺步骤如下:
S1、前处理
S11、烧毛 将坯布快速通过烧毛机,火口温度 1050 ℃,坯布穿越火口的速度为60-90m/min ;并将绒毛燃烧产生的废气收集至废气净化系统;
S12、退浆 在退浆机料槽内加入退浆溶液,退浆溶液中烧碱的浓度为6-10g/L,平滑剂的浓度为 2-4g/L;润湿剂的浓度为1-2g/L,渗透剂的浓度为 5-10g/L,其余为水;退浆在退浆机上完成,轧碱温度85度,汽蒸温度100度,汽蒸时间60分钟;并将清洗过的废水回收至废水处理系统;
S13、碱减量 浴液的浴比为1:10,烧碱浓度为 2-4g/L,渗透剂浓度为 2-3g/L,处理温度控制在 50-55℃,经过25 min 之后将温度升至 100℃,保持温度 30min 后将温度下降到 40-45 ℃,并将产生的废水回收至废水处理系统;
S2、坯布染色、清洗
S21、配置染色助剂,该染色助剂的重量分为聚甲基丙烯酸酯乳液10-25份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚10-15份,氨基硅烷类偶联剂5-10份,羟甲基纤维素钠0.2-1份,纳米二氧化硅3-5份,保险粉 10-20份 ,元明粉 10-20份,其余为水;
染色助剂的配制方法:在化料桶中加入30%的常温水,加入聚甲基丙烯酸酯乳液、羟甲基纤维素钠和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚,搅拌溶解40-55分钟后,再加入余量的水和其余组分,继续搅拌至均匀为止;染色助剂的用量:染色时加入染色助剂10-20g/L,并以调节染色时染液的pH值;
S22、染色 将坯布置入染色容器中,在常温下向染色容器中加入步骤S21制备得到的染色助剂和染料,常温保温15-25min,然后以0.8- 1.2℃/min的升温速率升温至95-98℃并且保温50-70min;
S23、清洗 第一步采用废水处理系统净化过的水对坯布进行粗洗;第二步向浸泡容器中加入冰醋酸调节浸泡溶液至酸性,并向浸泡容器内加入固色剂和柔软剂,浸泡时间30-60分钟;第三步对浸泡过的坯布用外界水进行清洗,清洗过后的水回收至废水处理系统;
S3、后处理
所述后处理工序包括有脱水-轧水定型-上油-热定型-轧光-罐蒸-打卷-检验-成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的针织面料环保生产工艺,其特征是,在热定型工序中:将温度控制在 115-120℃,在浴液中加入水洗聚氨酯整理剂对面料进行整理,水洗聚氨酯整理剂的浓度为 45-50g/L。
3.应用于如权利要求1-2任意一项所述的针织面料环保生产工艺中的净化系统,其特征是,包括所述废气净化系统和所述废水处理系统。
4.根据权利要求3所述的净化系统,其特征是,所述废气净化系统包括抽气泵、水淋塔、空气净化器,所述抽气泵通过输气管把废气输入水淋塔,所述水淋塔上安装有出气管并通过所述出气管与所述空气净化器连通。
5.根据权利要求4所述的净化系统,其特征是,所述废水处理系统按废水处理顺序依次包括有设有曝气装置的第一处理池、设有一级过滤系统的调节缓冲池、厌氧池、好氧池和设有第二过滤系统的第二处理池以及缓存池。
6.根据权利要求5所述的净化系统,其特征是,所述水淋塔上设置有进水管(2)和出水管(3),所述进水管(2)与缓存池连通,所述出水管(3)与第二处理池连通。
7.根据权利要求5所述的净化系统,其特征是,所述第二过滤系统包括活性炭装置、阻垢剂加药装置、精密过滤器和膜分离装置。
8.根据权利要求5或6所述的净化系统,其特征是,所述输气管(1)包括“∩”型的吸气段(11)、气液过渡段(12)、气液融合段(13)和气液分离段(14);所述气液过渡段(12)上连通有与进水管(2)接通的进水支管(5)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的净化系统,其特征是,所述气液融合段(13)为螺旋形的管段。
10.根据权利要求8所述的净化系统,其特征是,所述气液过渡段(12)和进水支管(5)上分别安装有阀门。
