技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于电梯的自动加固定位冲压件。
背景技术
冲压件与铸件、锻件相比,具有薄、匀、轻、强的特点。冲压可制出其他方法难于制造的带有加强筋、肋、起伏或翻边的工件,以提高其刚性。由于采用精密模具,工件精度可达微米级,且重复精度高、规格一致,可以冲压出孔窝、凸台等。冷冲压件一般不再经切削加工,或仅需要少量的切削加工。热冲压件精度和表面状态低于冷冲压件,但仍优于铸件、锻件,切削加工量少。冲压是高效的生产方法,采用复合模,尤其是多工位级进模,可在一台压力机上完成多道冲压工序,实现由带料开卷、矫平、冲裁到成形、精整的全自动生产。生产效率高,劳动条件好,生产成本低,一般每分钟可生产数百件。
冲压主要是按工艺分类,可分为分离工序和成形工序两大类。分离工序也称冲裁,其目的是使冲压件沿一定轮廓线从板料上分离,同时保证分离断面的质量要求。冲压用板料的表面和内在性能对冲压成品的质量影响很大,要求冲压材料厚度精确、均匀;表面光洁,无斑、无疤、无擦伤、无表面裂纹等;屈服强度均匀,无明显方向性;均匀延伸率高;屈强比低;加工硬化性低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供具有优良的抗氧化、耐腐蚀、防锈、耐候效果的一种用于电梯的自动加固定位冲压件。
本发明的技术方案是:一种用于电梯的自动加固定位冲压件,包括冲压件本体和防护涂层,所述防护涂层涂覆在所述冲压件本体上,所述防护涂层包括活性甲基聚酯树脂、石油树脂、聚四氟乙烯、海藻酸钠、四甲基溴化铵和基础油,各成分重量百分比为活性甲基聚酯树脂占45%-50%,石油树脂占10%-11%,聚四氟乙烯占13%-19%,海藻酸钠占10%-15%,四甲基溴化铵占2%-3%,基础油占11%-12%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述基础油为加氢基础油。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述用于电梯的自动加固定位冲压件各成分重量百分比为活性甲基聚酯树脂占47%,石油树脂占11%,聚四氟乙烯占15%,海藻酸钠占14%,四甲基溴化铵占2%,基础油占11%。
本发明的一种用于电梯的自动加固定位冲压件,具有优良的抗氧化、耐腐蚀、防锈、耐候的效果。

在一实施例中,一种用于电梯的自动加固定位冲压件,包括冲压件本体和防护涂层,所述防护涂层涂覆在所述冲压件本体上,所述防护涂层包括活性甲基聚酯树脂、石油树脂、聚四氟乙烯、海藻酸钠、四甲基溴化铵和基础油,各成分重量百分比为活性甲基聚酯树脂占45%-50%,石油树脂占10%-11%,聚四氟乙烯占13%-19%,海藻酸钠占10%-15%,四甲基溴化铵占2%-3%,基础油占11%-12%。
进一步说明,所述基础油为加氢基础油,所述用于电梯的自动加固定位冲压件各成分重量百分比为活性甲基聚酯树脂占47%,石油树脂占11%,聚四氟乙烯占15%,海藻酸钠占14%,四甲基溴化铵占2%,基础油占11%。
在进一步说明,石油树脂因来源为石油衍生物而得名,它具有酸值低,混溶性好,耐水、耐乙醇和耐化学品等特性,对酸碱具有化学稳定,并有调节粘 性和热稳定性好的特点。石油树脂一般不单独使用,而是作为促进剂、调节剂、改性剂和其它树脂一起使用。石油树脂又称芳烃石油树脂,分为热聚、冷聚、焦油等类型,其中冷聚法产品颜色浅、质量好,平均分子量2000~5000.淡黄色至浅褐色片状、粒状或块状固体,透明而有光泽,相对密度0.97~1.04。软化点80~140℃。玻璃化温度81℃。折射率1.512。闪点260℃。酸值0.1~1.0。碘值30~120。溶于丙酮、甲乙酮、环己烷、二氯乙烷、醋酸乙酯、甲苯、汽油等。不溶于乙醇和水。具有环状结构,含有部分双键,内聚力大。分子结构中不含极性或功能性基团,没有化学活性。耐酸碱、耐化学药品性、耐水性良好。粘接性能较差,脆性大,耐老化性不佳,不宜单独使用。与酚醛树脂、古马隆树脂、萜烯树脂、SBR、SIS相容性好,但由于极性较大,与非极性聚合物相容性较差。可燃。无毒。
在进一步说明,海藻酸钠是一种高粘性的高分子化合物。它与淀粉、纤维素等的不同之处,是它具有羧基,是β-D-甘露糖醛酸的醛基以苷键形成的高聚糖醛酸。其功能性质如下:(1)亲水性强,在冷水和温水中都能溶解,形成非常粘稠的均匀的溶液。(2)形成的真溶液具有其他类似物难于获得的柔软性、均一性及其他优良特性。(3)具有很强的保护胶体的作用,对油脂的乳化力强。(4)在溶液中加入铝、钡、钙、铜、铁、铅、锌、镍等金属盐,就会生成不溶性的藻酸盐。这些金属盐是钠、钾的磷酸盐、乙酸盐等的缓冲剂,可以抑制、延迟凝固。本发明提供一种用于电梯的自动加固定位冲压件,具有优良的抗氧化、耐腐蚀、防锈、耐候的效果。
