本发明属于汽车用品技术领域，具体涉及一种具有整体护罩的汽车轮毂。
背景技术
着机动车工业的发展，机动车的产量增加和保有量增多，在带动经济发展和给人们出行带来方便。
汽车轮毂作为汽车的一个重要零件，对提高汽车的平稳性、安全性，特别是对提高高档汽车的性能至关重要。
常见的汽车轮毂大多存在以下不足：
1、结构设计复杂，制作麻烦；
2、外形不美观；
3、浪费材料，成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种具有整体护罩的汽车轮毂，克服了现有技术的不足，其结构设计简单，整体重量轻、用料少，轮毂本体坚固、耐用，不仅外形美观，还具有极好的防水效果，放置螺丝生锈、损坏，有利延长其使用寿命，便于产品的推广。
为了达到上述设计目的，本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种具有整体护罩的汽车轮毂，包括设置于轮毂中部的中心体、设置于轮毂外沿的轮辋，所述中心体与轮辋之间设有轮辐，所述轮辐由中心体延伸到轮辋；所述中心体上设有中心孔及多个用于固定轮毂的螺栓孔，所述轮辋外端面卡扣外罩。
所述轮辋外端面内侧设有卡槽，外罩卡接在轮辋的卡槽内。
所述外罩与卡槽之间设有密封圈。
所述外罩为向外侧鼓起的弧形球面结构。
所述外罩边沿处设有内胎气嘴口。
所述轮辐由中心体内侧端面倾斜延伸到轮辋靠近外侧端面处。
所述轮辐与轮辋的结合处设有向两侧延伸的弧形加强筋。
本发明所述的具有整体护罩的汽车轮毂的有益效果是：其结构设计简单，整体重量轻、用料少，轮毂本体坚固、耐用，不仅外形美观，还具有极好的防水效果，放置螺丝生锈、损坏，有利延长其使用寿命，便于产品的推广。

如图1-3所示，所述的具有整体护罩的汽车轮毂，包括设置于轮毂中部的中心体3、设置于轮毂外沿的轮辋1，所述中心体3与轮辋1之间设有轮辐2，所述轮辐由中心体3延伸到轮辋1；所述中心体3上设有中心孔4及多个用于固定轮毂的螺栓孔5，所述螺栓孔5均匀的分布在中心体3的圆周上；所述轮辋1外端面内侧卡扣外罩7，不仅外形美观，还具有极好的防水效果，放置螺丝生锈、损坏，有利延长其使用寿命，便于产品的推广。
所述轮辋1外端面内侧设有卡槽8，外罩7卡接在卡槽8内。
所述外罩7与卡槽8之间设有密封圈，防水效果更好。
所述外罩7为向外侧鼓起的弧形球面结构。
所述外罩7边沿处设有内胎气嘴口9。
所述轮辐2由中心体3内侧端面倾斜延伸到轮辋1靠近外侧端面处。
所述轮辐2与轮辋1的结合处设有向两侧延伸的弧形加强筋6，更牢固。

4.根据权利要求2所述的具有整体护罩的汽车轮毂，其特征在于：所述外罩为向外侧鼓起的弧形球面结构。
