技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料，尤其涉及一种防水面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
棉布料和竹纤维布料不防雨水，当在室外突遇大雨，会将棉布料和竹纤维面料服装及内衣打湿，如长期穿着雨衣又不透气，体表的水分不能透过雨衣顺利排放，而由衣服吸收，感觉很不舒服。而传统的防水面料，防水性能比较好，但透湿性能不太好，抗菌性能差，穿着僵硬，活动不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种由三层材料叠加形成的一种防水面料，该防水面料穿着舒适，活动自如，防水透气。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种有较高的美感防水面料，包括基础层，所述的基础层包括经纱和纬纱，所述基础层表面依次设有抗菌层、防水层，所述基础层和抗菌层之间通过缝合固定，所述抗菌层、防水层之间通过水性聚氨酯粘胶剂复合在一起。所述基础层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，为一种蛛网纺织物，包括内圈、筋线、环线，所述筋线为三条或者三条以上，其一端均匀固定在所述内圈上，所述筋线的另一端放射状均布于所述内圈外部，所述环线呈螺旋状从内圈向外依次与筋线结扣缠绕。
优选的，所述的经纱采用棉纤维、涤纶混合纺织。
优选的，所述的棉纤维、涤纶质量比为7：3。
优选的，所述的纬纱采用亚麻纤维、氨纶混合纺织。
优选的，所述的亚麻纤维、氨纶质量比为6：4。
优选的，所述的抗菌层由竹纤维制成。
优选的，所述的防水层为TPU涂层。
优选的，所述的TPU涂层厚度为0.005-0.02毫米。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
基础层的棉麻纤维可贴身穿着，透气舒适，防水层TPU材质可对雨水近阻挡，防止淋湿，抗菌层竹纤维对渗透雨水有抗菌效果，面料整体有较强的防水性，并且穿着舒适，活动自如，防水透气。
本蛛网纺织物采用蜘蛛网的结构有较高的力学性能，可以承受更高的力量，同时环线只有一根向外发散环绕，容易实现机械化生产，所述蛛网纺织物有较高的美感，可以将其附着在衣物上作为装饰。

2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种有较高的美感防水面料，其特征在于：所述的经纱采用棉纤维、涤纶混合纺织，所述棉纤维、涤纶质量比为7：3。
