技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料，尤其涉及一种防水面料，属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
棉布料和竹纤维布料不防雨水，当在室外突遇大雨，会将棉布料和竹纤维面料服装及内衣打湿，如长期穿着雨衣又不透气，体表的水分不能透过雨衣顺利排放，而由衣服吸收，感觉很不舒服。而传统的防水面料，防水性能比较好，但透湿性能不太好，抗菌性能差，穿着僵硬，活动不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种由三层材料叠加形成的一种防水面料，该防水面料穿着舒适，活动自如，防水透气。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种加乘对内层汗水的虹吸作用防水面料，包括基础层，所述的基础层包括经纱和纬纱，所述基础层表面依次设有抗菌层、防水层，所述基础层和抗菌层之间通过缝合固定，所述抗菌层、防水层之间通过水性聚氨酯粘胶剂复合在一起。所述基础层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，为一种由内层及外层交织而成的双层织物，该内层以具有厌水物性的聚丙烯纤维织成；该外层以具有亲水物性的异型断面纱织成。
优选的，所述的经纱采用棉纤维、涤纶混合纺织。
优选的，所述的棉纤维、涤纶质量比为7：3。
优选的，所述的纬纱采用亚麻纤维、氨纶混合纺织。
优选的，所述的亚麻纤维、氨纶质量比为6：4。
优选的，所述的抗菌层由竹纤维制成。
优选的，所述的防水层为TPU涂层。
优选的，所述的TPU涂层厚度为0.005-0.02毫米。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
基础层的棉麻纤维可贴身穿着，透气舒适，防水层TPU材质可对雨水近阻挡，防止淋湿，抗菌层竹纤维对渗透雨水有抗菌效果，面料整体有较强的防水性，并且穿着舒适，活动自如，防水透气。
本发明即可大大强化整体吸水率及吸湿排汗速度。该异型断面纱为一非圆形的断面，据以增加该外层一面覆盖内层、另一面接触空气的总表面积，除进一步加乘对内层汗水的虹吸作用，更能使外层吸附汗水能因温度或气流作用而快速挥发至空气中，所以本发明即便使用一段时间，不会有现有技术中揭示的专利前案所称的很湿、很重及黏冰冰的顾虑。

1.一种加乘对内层汗水的虹吸作用防水面料，其特征在于：包括基础层（1），所述的基础层（1）包括经纱和纬纱，所述基础层（1）表面依次设有抗菌层（2）、防水层（3），所述基础层（1）和抗菌层（2）之间通过缝合固定，所述抗菌层（2）、防水层（3）之间通过水性聚氨酯粘胶剂复合在一起；所述基础层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，为一种由内层及外层交织而成的双层织物，该内层以具有厌水物性的聚丙烯纤维织成；该外层以具有亲水物性的异型断面纱织成。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种加乘对内层汗水的虹吸作用防水面料，其特征在于：所述的经纱采用棉纤维、涤纶混合纺织，所述棉纤维、涤纶质量比为7：3。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的一种加乘对内层汗水的虹吸作用防水面料，其特征在于：所述的纬纱采用亚麻纤维、氨纶混合纺织，所述亚麻纤维、氨纶质量比为6：4。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的一种加乘对内层汗水的虹吸作用防水面料，其特征在于：所述的抗菌层（2）由竹纤维制成。
5.根据权利要求1 所述的一种加乘对内层汗水的虹吸作用防水面料，其特征在于：所述的防水层（3）为TPU涂层，所述的TPU涂层厚度为0.005-0.02毫米。
