技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料,尤其涉及一种防水面料,属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
棉布料和竹纤维布料不防雨水,当在室外突遇大雨,会将棉布料和竹纤维面料服装及内衣打湿,如长期穿着雨衣又不透气,体表的水分不能透过雨衣顺利排放,而由衣服吸收,感觉很不舒服。而传统的防水面料,防水性能比较好,但透湿性能不太好,抗菌性能差,穿着僵硬,活动不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种由三层材料叠加形成的一种防水面料,该防水面料穿着舒适,活动自如,防水透气。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种加乘对内层汗水的虹吸作用防水面料,包括基础层,所述的基础层包括经纱和纬纱,所述基础层表面依次设有抗菌层、防水层,所述基础层和抗菌层之间通过缝合固定,所述抗菌层、防水层之间通过水性聚氨酯粘胶剂复合在一起。所述基础层背面设置有衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层,为一种由内层及外层交织而成的双层织物,该内层以具有厌水物性的聚丙烯纤维织成;该外层以具有亲水物性的异型断面纱织成。
优选的,所述的经纱采用棉纤维、涤纶混合纺织。
优选的,所述的棉纤维、涤纶质量比为7:3。
优选的,所述的纬纱采用亚麻纤维、氨纶混合纺织。
优选的,所述的亚麻纤维、氨纶质量比为6:4。
优选的,所述的抗菌层由竹纤维制成。
优选的,所述的防水层为TPU涂层。
优选的,所述的TPU涂层厚度为0.005-0.02毫米。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
基础层的棉麻纤维可贴身穿着,透气舒适,防水层TPU材质可对雨水近阻挡,防止淋湿,抗菌层竹纤维对渗透雨水有抗菌效果,面料整体有较强的防水性,并且穿着舒适,活动自如,防水透气。
本发明即可大大强化整体吸水率及吸湿排汗速度。该异型断面纱为一非圆形的断面,据以增加该外层一面覆盖内层、另一面接触空气的总表面积,除进一步加乘对内层汗水的虹吸作用,更能使外层吸附汗水能因温度或气流作用而快速挥发至空气中,所以本发明即便使用一段时间,不会有现有技术中揭示的专利前案所称的很湿、很重及黏冰冰的顾虑。

1.一种加乘对内层汗水的虹吸作用防水面料,其特征在于:包括基础层(1),所述的基础层(1)包括经纱和纬纱,所述基础层(1)表面依次设有抗菌层(2)、防水层(3),所述基础层(1)和抗菌层(2)之间通过缝合固定,所述抗菌层(2)、防水层(3)之间通过水性聚氨酯粘胶剂复合在一起;所述基础层背面设置有衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层,为一种由内层及外层交织而成的双层织物,该内层以具有厌水物性的聚丙烯纤维织成;该外层以具有亲水物性的异型断面纱织成。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种加乘对内层汗水的虹吸作用防水面料,其特征在于:所述的经纱采用棉纤维、涤纶混合纺织,所述棉纤维、涤纶质量比为7:3。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的一种加乘对内层汗水的虹吸作用防水面料,其特征在于:所述的纬纱采用亚麻纤维、氨纶混合纺织,所述亚麻纤维、氨纶质量比为6:4。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的一种加乘对内层汗水的虹吸作用防水面料,其特征在于:所述的抗菌层(2)由竹纤维制成。
5.根据权利要求1 所述的一种加乘对内层汗水的虹吸作用防水面料,其特征在于:所述的防水层(3)为TPU涂层,所述的TPU涂层厚度为0.005-0.02毫米。
