Abstract

本发明提出了一种塑料碗高效切割设备,包括机架、支撑柱、切割机构、压紧板、安装架和多个材料压紧回收机构;切割机构包括转动轴、支撑筒和多个切割刀,支撑筒外围设有多个刀片嵌入槽;机架上可转动安装有多个传送柱,压紧板下部设有放置槽,压紧板上部设有多个边部限位通孔;安装架对应切割机构位置安装在机架上,安装架上设有水平轨道和物料回收轨道,水平轨道和物料回收轨道配合形成移动轨道;材料压紧回收机构包括移动架、伸缩杆和压紧桶。本发明使用方便,有效提高了碗状塑料的生产效率,并降低了企业维护成本。

一种塑料碗高效切割设备
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料件加工领域,具体涉及一种塑料碗高效切割设备。
背景技术
碗状塑料生产时一般将多个碗状塑料注射成一个塑料主板,然后通过切割刀下压一一切取,这种加工方式虽然便捷,但是效率低,切割刀长时间作用在机架上易发生磨损,企业维护成本高,而且后期还要耗费人力将切割后需要的部分和不需要的部分分离。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种塑料碗高效切割设备。
本发明提出的一种塑料碗高效切割设备,包括机架、支撑柱、切割机构、压紧板、安装架和多个材料压紧回收机构;
支撑柱安装在机架下部,切割机构包括转动轴、支撑筒和多个切割刀,转动轴可转动安装在机架上,转动轴轴线水平,支撑筒套装在转动轴上,支撑筒外围设有多个刀片嵌入槽,切割刀可拆卸安装在刀片嵌入槽内;
机架上可转动安装有多个传送柱,传送柱轴线平行于转动轴的轴线,传送柱轴线位于同一平面;
压紧板下部设有放置槽,压紧板上部设有多个边部限位通孔,边部限位通孔连通放置槽,压紧板放置在传送柱上;
安装架对应切割机构位置安装在机架上,安装架上设有水平轨道和物料回收轨道,水平轨道长度方向垂直于转动轴轴向,物料回收轨道的两端分别与水平轨道的两端连连接,水平轨道和物料回收轨道配合形成移动轨道;
材料压紧回收机构包括移动架、伸缩杆和压紧桶,移动架可移动安装在移动轨道上,伸缩杆可移动安装在移动架上,伸缩杆移动方向为竖直方向,压紧桶安装在伸缩杆上,且压紧桶开口朝下,压紧桶移动可使其穿过边部限位通孔,压紧桶位于转动轴上方。
优选地,材料压紧回收机构还包括风机,压紧桶上部设有导风口,风机管路连通导风口。
优选地,安装架上安装有导料架,导料架上倾斜设有导料槽,移动架移动可使压紧桶位于导料槽正上方。
优选地,移动轨道为矩形轨道,移动轨道所在平面垂直于水平面。
优选地,导料槽由移动轨道中部穿过。
优选地,机架上安装有传动带,传动带套装在传送柱外围。
优选地,传动带上安装有限位挡块。
优选地,刀片嵌入槽沿支撑筒周向均匀分布。
优选地,转动轴设有限位凸柱,支撑筒设有供限位凸柱卡入的限位槽。
本发明使用时,使压紧板上的边部限位通孔与塑料主板上碗状突起部一一对应,碗状突起由放置槽一侧穿过其对应的限位通孔,传送柱带动压紧板和塑料主板一起移动,在移动到压紧板处时,移动架与压紧板同向同速运动,然后伸缩杆移动使压紧桶压住塑料主板上碗状突起的边部,转动轴通过支撑筒带动切割刀转动,切割刀通过转动切入支撑筒和边部限位通孔内壁之间的空隙中将碗状塑料切割下来,切割刀只接触塑料主板不易磨损,在碗状塑料边部改变形状时,对切割刀、支撑筒、压紧桶压紧板进行调整或更换即可,在刀磨损时可以方便的在支撑筒上进行更换。本发明使用方便,有效提高了碗状塑料的生产效率,并降低了企业维护成本。

具体实施方式
参照图1所示,本发明提出的一种塑料碗高效切割设备,包括机架1、支撑柱2、切割机构、压紧板4、安装架5和多个材料压紧回收机构;
支撑柱2安装在机架1下部,切割机构包括转动轴31、支撑筒32和多个切割刀33,转动轴31可转动安装在机架1上,转动轴31轴线水平,支撑筒32套装在转动轴31上,支撑筒32外围设有多个刀片嵌入槽,切割刀33可拆卸安装在刀片嵌入槽内;
机架1上可转动安装有多个传送柱11,传送柱11轴线平行于转动轴31的轴线,传送柱11轴线位于同一平面;
压紧板4下部设有放置槽41,压紧板4上部设有多个边部限位通孔42,边部限位通孔42连通放置槽41,压紧板4放置在传送柱11上;
安装架5对应切割机构位置安装在机架1上,安装架5上设有水平轨道511和物料回收轨道512,水平轨道511长度方向垂直于转动轴31轴向,物料回收轨道512的两端分别与水平轨道511的两端连连接,水平轨道511和物料回收轨道512配合形成移动轨道51;
材料压紧回收机构包括移动架61、伸缩杆62、压紧桶63和风机64,移动架61可移动安装在移动轨道51上,伸缩杆62可移动安装在移动架61上,伸缩杆62移动方向为竖直方向,压紧桶63安装在伸缩杆62上,且压紧桶63开口朝下,压紧桶63移动可使其穿过边部限位通孔42,压紧桶63位于转动轴31上方。
本发明使用时,使压紧板4上的边部限位通孔42与塑料主板上碗状突起部一一对应,碗状突起由放置槽41一侧穿过其对应的限位通孔42,传送柱11带动压紧板4和塑料主板一起移动,在移动到压紧板4处时,移动架61与压紧板4同向同速运动,然后伸缩杆62移动使压紧桶63压住塑料主板上碗状突起的边部,转动轴31通过支撑筒32带动切割刀33转动,切割刀通过转动切入支撑筒32和边部限位通孔42内壁之间的空隙中将碗状塑料切割下来,切割刀33只接触塑料主板不易磨损,在碗状塑料边部改变形状时,对切割刀33、支撑筒32、压紧桶63压紧板4进行调整或更换即可,在刀磨损时可以方便的在支撑筒32上进行更换。
本实施方式中,压紧桶63上部设有导风口631,风机64管路连通导风口631,进行碗状塑料切割时,通过风机64在压紧桶63内产生负压,可以方便的将切割下来的碗状塑料与塑料主板分离。
本实施方式中,安装架5上安装有导料架52,导料架52上倾斜设有导料槽521,移动架61移动可使压紧桶63位于导料槽521正上方,风机64关闭,压紧桶63回复常压碗状塑料就可以在重力作用下掉入导料槽521,快速方便的进行碗状塑料的回收。
本实施方式中,移动轨道51为矩形轨道,移动轨道51所在平面垂直于水平面,导料槽521由移动轨道51中部穿过,便于材料压紧回收机构循环运动,并便于碗状塑料的回收。
本实施方式中,机架1上安装有传动带12,传动带12套装在传送柱11外围,减少传送柱11驱动的数量,并实现传送柱11转速一致,传动带12上安装有限位挡块121,便于压紧板4进行放置,实现精准切割,刀片嵌入槽沿支撑筒32周向均匀分布,便于注塑时塑料主板上碗状突起之间距离的调控。转动轴31设有限位凸柱311,支撑筒32设有供限位凸柱311卡入的限位槽,便于支撑筒32准确的固定在转动轴31上。

1.一种塑料碗高效切割设备,其特征在于:包括机架(1)、支撑柱(2)、切割机构、压紧板(4)、安装架(5)和多个材料压紧回收机构;
支撑柱(2)安装在机架(1)下部,切割机构包括转动轴(31)、支撑筒(32)和多个切割刀(33),转动轴(31)可转动安装在机架(1)上,转动轴(31)轴线水平,支撑筒(32)套装在转动轴(31)上,支撑筒(32)外围设有多个刀片嵌入槽,切割刀(33)可拆卸安装在刀片嵌入槽内;
机架(1)上可转动安装有多个传送柱(11),传送柱(11)轴线平行于转动轴(31)的轴线,传送柱(11)轴线位于同一平面;
压紧板(4)下部设有放置槽(41),压紧板(4)上部设有多个边部限位通孔(42),边部限位通孔(42)连通放置槽(41),压紧板(4)放置在传送柱(11)上;
安装架(5)对应切割机构位置安装在机架(1)上,安装架(5)上设有水平轨道(511)和物料回收轨道(512),水平轨道(511)长度方向垂直于转动轴(31)轴向,物料回收轨道(512)的两端分别与水平轨道(511)的两端连连接,水平轨道(511)和物料回收轨道(512)配合形成移动轨道(51);
材料压紧回收机构包括移动架(61)、伸缩杆(62)和压紧桶(63),移动架(61)可移动安装在移动轨道(51)上,伸缩杆(62)可移动安装在移动架(61)上,伸缩杆(62)移动方向为竖直方向,压紧桶(63)安装在伸缩杆(62)上,且压紧桶(63)开口朝下,压紧桶(63)移动可使其穿过边部限位通孔(42),压紧桶(63)位于转动轴(31)上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料碗高效切割设备,其特征在于:材料压紧回收机构还包括风机(64),压紧桶(63)上部设有导风口(631),风机(64)管路连通导风口(631)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的塑料碗高效切割设备,其特征在于:安装架(5)上安装有导料架(52),导料架(52)上倾斜设有导料槽(521),移动架(61)移动可使压紧桶(63)位于导料槽(521)正上方。
4.根据权利要求3所述的塑料碗高效切割设备,其特征在于:移动轨道(51)为矩形轨道,移动轨道(51)所在平面垂直于水平面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的塑料碗高效切割设备,其特征在于:导料槽(521)由移动轨道(51)中部穿过。
6.根据权利要求1所述的塑料碗高效切割设备,其特征在于:机架(1)上安装有传动带(12),传动带(12)套装在传送柱(11)外围。
7.根据权利要求6所述的塑料碗高效切割设备,其特征在于:传动带(12)上安装有限位挡块(121)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的塑料碗高效切割设备,其特征在于:刀片嵌入槽沿支撑筒(32)周向均匀分布。
9.根据权利要求1所述的塑料碗高效切割设备,其特征在于:转动轴(31)设有限位凸柱(311),支撑筒(32)设有供限位凸柱(311)卡入的限位槽。
