Abstract
本发明公开了一种洗衣片浆液主辅两级搅拌混合装置，将待混合的洗衣片有效成分的各组分放入料箱中，装置启动后主搅拌轴带轮驱动搅拌主轴转动，主搅拌轴使浆液形成前后循环，于此同时搅拌子组驱动带轮动作，四叶转板转动，悬空柱形料斗浸入浆料中收集浆液，随后前一个悬空柱形料斗离开料箱液面，下一个悬空柱形料斗进入浆液，同时次搅拌轴电机驱动次搅拌轴高速旋转对悬空柱形料斗的浆液进行搅拌，浆液最后从悬空柱形料斗另一端的空洞溢出落入料箱内主搅拌轴另一侧。本装置解决了传统洗衣片浆料混合设备效率低下、劳动强度大、自动化程度低的问题，同时便于组成自动化生产线，具有操作简单，搅拌品质高的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及浆液搅拌混合技术设备领域。
背景技术
混合机是利用机械力和重力等，将两种或两种以上物料均匀混合起来的机械。混合机械广泛用于各类工业和日常生活中。混合机可以将多种物料配合成均匀的混合物，如将水泥、砂、碎石和水混合成混凝土湿料等;还可以增加物料接触表面积，以促进化学反应;还能够加速物理变化，例如粒状溶质加入溶剂，通过混合机械的作用可加速溶解混匀。现有技术中的固液混合机混合效率不高，结构复杂，操作困难，不适合推广使用。
在洗衣片生产过程中，很多组分需要按照预定比例进行混合，目前，很多加工的混合机对于洗衣片组分比例控制过程繁琐，严重制约了加工的速度;其次，在洗衣片生产过程中会散发出大量刺激性气体，严重影响了车间工作人员的工作环境，严重的会导致工作人员呼吸道出现变异，造成患者患上呼吸疾病。因此，急需一种改进的技术来解决现有技术中所存在的这一问题。洗衣片组分混合装置主要是用于将洗衣片有效成分混匀调色，现有结构的高速自动混合装置，其结构复杂，功能单一，一般只是沿一个方向旋转，导致组分混合不够均匀，或使加入混合釜中的配色色浆与釜内的白色基础成膜剂混合的色彩不均匀，而且由于有效成分覆膜前一般都具有一定的粘稠度，使得其在混合过程中，很容易粘连到混合釜的内壁上，长期下去会使混合器内壁上堆积一层厚厚的洗衣片有效成分，这样不仅产生了原材料的浪费，而且也容易对混合装置造成损坏，其使用寿命短，增加能耗，甚至引发不必要的事故，从而不能满足用户使用的要求。
现有的洗衣片有效成分组分混合装置存在混合时不能均匀将组分混合，工人劳动强度过大、自动化程度不足等缺陷，而且能耗高，浪费能源，使用成本高。
发明内容
本发明提供一种洗衣片浆液主辅两级搅拌混合装置，解决了传统设备搅拌混合效率低下、能耗高、人工劳动强度大、自动化程度和工作效率低的问题。
一种洗衣片浆液主辅两级搅拌混合装置，立柱与料箱底部固结并放置于地面上，在料箱接近于底部的位置安装主搅拌轴，所述主搅拌轴由主搅拌轴带轮驱动，料箱的另一端顶部连接围板，在围板与主搅拌轴带轮之间的空间区域安装搅拌子组。
所述搅拌子组包括次搅拌轴电机、挡板、双侧转板、次搅拌轴、连接轴和悬空柱形料斗以及四叶转板，所述四叶转板通过连接轴安装于料箱的中部上空，并且由搅拌子组驱动带轮驱动，在四叶转板的每一子叶上均安装了两个双侧转板，所述双侧转板之间连接悬空柱形料斗，由于双侧转板处于自由旋转的状态，悬空柱形料斗的上端被削平，因此在重力的作用下悬空柱形料斗被削平的一侧开口始终朝上，在悬空柱形料斗的内部安装次搅拌轴，次搅拌轴与次搅拌轴电机连接并由其驱动。
所述四叶转板为对称十字形结构，悬空柱形料斗内部中空，其上的一侧被削平，并且在其一端加工有合适直径的圆孔，以便于洗衣片有效成分浆料在次搅拌轴作用下从中溢出。
本发明的显著效果在于：
1、本装置用于洗衣片生产工艺初始阶段原料混合的工序生产过程中，系统结构简单，使用部件多为标准件，同时卧式安装，操作空间大，工作的可靠性高。
2、结构布局充分利用了卧式布局的优点，可以根据需要安装所需要数量的独立混合的单元，同时每个混合单元内部次搅拌轴形成了对浆液的搅拌输送以及末端的挤压作用，有效加速浆料的流动强度，从而提高混合效率。
3、为调节搅拌强度和提高搅拌质量，本装置设计了两级搅拌机构，主搅拌轴在料箱的底部完成料箱前后两端物料的转移，搅拌子组其中的一个混合单元在料箱内部注满浆液后转移到料箱上方，随后次搅拌轴电机启动，次搅拌轴使悬空柱形料斗内部的浆液向前挤压，最后浆液从悬空柱形料斗末端加工的空洞中溢出并且掉落至料箱的另一侧，从而实现浆液的快速循环流程，本装置实现浆液高效高质混合的功能。

具体实施方式
对照图1—3，工作之前操作人员需要检查各部件的连接情况，以免工作时产生安全事故，随后将洗衣片有效成分的各种组分倒入料箱3当中，并且加入清水，至此装置完成准备工作。
工作时在外在驱动力的作用下主搅拌轴带轮2首先动作，主搅拌轴带轮2驱动主搅拌轴12动作，主搅拌轴12将倒入料箱3中的洗衣片有效成分的各种组分与水进行初步混合，随后搅拌子组驱动带轮4动作，四叶转板11开始转动，由于双侧转板7自由转动，在重力作用下悬空柱形料斗10开口始终朝上，随着四叶转板11的转动悬空柱形料斗10浸入料箱3的浆料当中，主搅拌轴12在料箱3的底部完成料箱3前后两端物料的转移，搅拌子组其中的一个混合单元在料箱3内部注满浆液后转移到料箱3上方，随后次搅拌轴电机5启动，次搅拌轴8使悬空柱形料斗10内部的浆液向前挤压，最后浆液从悬空柱形料斗10末端加工的空洞中溢出并且掉落至料箱3的另一侧，主搅拌轴12又使浆料从料箱3一侧运动到另一侧，从而实现浆液的快速循环流程，达到高效高质混合的目的。
本装置的搅拌子组作为一个单独的组件安装与料箱3上方，其转动时转动惯量较大，容易引起不平衡载荷产生振动噪声等，甚至影响搅拌混合的功能效果，因此对各部件尤其是四叶转板11的旋转中心位置要求高，生产和安装时需要特别关注，另外还需要避免搅拌子组和主搅拌轴12之间干涉现象。
Claims (3)
1.一种洗衣片浆液主辅两级搅拌混合装置，立柱（1）与料箱（3）底部固结并放置于地面上，在料箱（3）接近于底部的位置安装主搅拌轴（12），所述主搅拌轴（12）由主搅拌轴带轮（2）驱动，料箱（3）的另一端顶部连接挡板（6），其特征在于：在挡板（6）与主搅拌轴带轮（2）之间的空间区域安装搅拌子组，所述搅拌子组包括次搅拌轴电机（5）、双侧转板（7）、次搅拌轴（8）、连接轴（9）和悬空柱形料斗（10）以及四叶转板（11），所述四叶转板（11）通过连接轴（9）安装于料箱（3）的中部上空，并且由搅拌子组驱动带轮（4）驱动，在四叶转板（11）的每一子叶上均安装了两个双侧转板（7），所述双侧转板（7）之间连接悬空柱形料斗（10），由于双侧转板（7）处于自由旋转的状态，悬空柱形料斗（10）的上端被削平，因此在重力的作用下悬空柱形料斗（10）被削平的一侧开口始终朝上，在悬空柱形料斗（10）的内部安装次搅拌轴（8），次搅拌轴（8）与次搅拌轴电机（5）连接并由其驱动；主搅拌轴（12）在料箱的底部完成料箱前后两端物料的转移，搅拌子组其中的一个混合单元在料箱内部注满浆液后转移到料箱上方，随后次搅拌轴电机（5）启动，次搅拌轴使悬空柱形料斗内部的浆液向前挤压，最后浆液从悬空柱形料斗末端加工的空洞中溢出并且掉落至料箱（3）的另一侧，从而实现浆液的快速循环流程。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣片浆液主辅两级搅拌混合装置，其特征在于：所述四叶转板（11）为对称的十字形结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣片浆液主辅两级搅拌混合装置，其特征在于：所述悬空柱形料斗（10）内部中空，其上的一侧被削平，并且在其一端加工有合适直径的圆孔，以便于洗衣片有效成分浆料在次搅拌轴（8）作用下从中溢出。
