背景技术
三元乙丙橡胶是乙烯、丙烯以及非共轭二烯烃的三元共聚物,1963年开始商业化生产。每年全世界的消费量是80万吨。EPDM最主要的特性就是其优越的耐氧化、抗臭氧和抗侵蚀的能力。由于三元乙丙橡胶属于聚烯(PA66)烃家族,它具有极好的硫化特性。在所有橡胶当中,EPDM具有最低的比重。它能吸收大量的填料和油而影响特性不大。因此可以制作成本低廉的橡胶化合物。
现有的三元乙丙橡胶管道在制作时时间长,且原料成本高,强度低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种三元乙丙橡胶管道。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明的一种三元乙丙橡胶管道,它由以下质量份的组分为:三元乙丙橡胶30-50份、抗老化剂2-5份、聚乙二醇 2-5份、氧化锌 5-10份、硫磺10-15份、促进剂5-10份、炭黑2-9份、活性剂2-5份、混合剂2-8份;将上述原料加热密炼机中合成橡胶,密炼时间为10-60分钟,密炼温度为100-180℃;然将将合成橡胶通过开炼机成型;在将成型橡胶加入硫磺进行硫化,硫化时间1-10分钟,最后经过成型机将硫化的橡胶进行管道成型处理。
本发明有益效果为:提高了强度,使用寿命长,节省制作时间与成本,工作效率高。
