Abstract
本发明涉及一种高铝质耐火涂抹料,具体的说是一种刚玉质轻质耐火涂抹料。包括如下重量份数的组分,3‑1mmA85轻质矾土骨料30‑40份、1‑0mm氧化铝空心球5‑15份、0.5‑0mm轻质莫来石10‑20份、莫来石粉11‑21份、改性法库土4‑6份、铝酸盐水泥5‑7份、莫来石1‑5μm晶须1‑3份、氮化钛1‑5μm晶须1‑3份、添加剂3‑5份,外加占上述总重量10‑18%的铝溶胶。所发明的莫来石质耐火涂抹料具有涂抹性好,烧结性好,养护时间短,可快速投入烘烤和使用。经高温热处理后,该涂抹料可与炉衬烧结在一起,且强度高、抗热震性好,不易开裂,修补效果良好,可有效提高高温窑炉的使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高铝质耐火涂抹料,具体的说是一种高铝质轻质耐火涂抹料。
背景技术
高温窑炉炉衬常用轻质材料砌筑工作衬,达到既耐高温又保温隔热,同时又能实现抗热剥落,但其价格昂贵一次性及维修更换投入很大。轻质耐火材料其强度不如致密耐火材料,因此在使用中,轻质耐火衬常受外来撞击比如窑车或窑车上烧的产品撞击而开裂、掉块、导致窑炉散热加剧影响窑炉烧成效果。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种涂抹方便,烧结性好,养护时间短,可快速投入烘烤和使用的耐火涂抹料,该料突出特点就是施工性好,涂抹方便烧结性好,且养护时间短,可快速投入烘烤和使用。在高温下,该涂抹料可与旧炉衬烧结在一起,结合强度高,不易脱落。
本发明为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种高铝质耐火涂抹料,其特征在于它包括如下重量份数的组分:3-1mmA85轻质矾土骨料30-40份、1-0mm氧化铝空心球5-15份、0.5-0mm轻质莫来石10-20份、莫来石粉11-21份、改性法库土4-6份、铝酸盐水泥5-7份、莫来石1-5μm晶须1-3份、氮化钛1-5μm晶须1-3份、添加剂3-5份,外加占上述总重量10-18%的铝溶胶;添加剂为硫酸镁钙钾粉、硅微粉和碳酸锆粉,其重量比为1:1:1,铝溶胶的密度为1.1g/mL,pH为4.5。
上述配料中,所述的铝溶胶可替换为等重量的硅溶胶。
所述铝酸盐水泥的铝含量为50%以上。
所述改性法库土第一步是把法库土在700℃保温10小时后获得产物1,然后按重量比50:1把产物1与聚乙烯醇混合均匀,即为改性法库土。
有益效果:本发明一种高铝质耐火涂抹料,具有施工性能好,易涂抹,烧结性好,养护时间短,可快速投入烘烤和使用。经高温热处理后,该涂抹料可与旧炉衬烧结在一起,且强度高、抗热震性好、不易开裂、修补效果良好、可大大提高高温窑炉的使用寿命、经一次修护后,使用寿命提高30%以上。

为使本发明所要解决的技术问题,采取的技术方案、取得的技术效果易于理解现结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种高铝质耐火涂抹料,它包括如下重量份数的组分:3-1mmA85轻质矾土骨料30-40份、1-0mm氧化铝空心球5-15份、0.5-0mm轻质莫来石10-20份、莫来石粉11-21份、改性法库土4-6份、铝酸盐水泥5-7份、莫来石1-5μm晶须1-3份、氮化钛1-5μm晶须1-3份、添加剂3-5份,外加占上述总重量10-18%的铝溶胶,添加剂为硫酸镁钙钾粉、硅微粉和碳酸锆粉其重量比为1:1:1铝溶胶的密度为1.1g/mL,pH为4.5;上述配料中,所述的铝溶胶可替换为等重量的硅溶胶。所述铝酸盐水泥铝含量为50%以上。根据上述配方配料,首先在搅拌机中干混均匀然后加入10-18%的铝溶胶,湿混均匀后出料并用泥抹、瓦刀等工具将其涂抹至原炉衬裂缝或凹坑处然后人工压实、抹平即可、经自然养护5 小时后,高温窑炉即可按正常升温制度投入生产。使用寿命延长了30 %以上,保温隔热效果较不进行修复时高了18%。
实施例2
一种高铝质耐火涂抹料,它包括如下重量份数的组分:3-1mm轻质矾土骨料40份、1-0mm氧化铝空心球7份、0.5-0mm轻质莫来石10份、莫来石粉21份、改性法库土4份、铝酸盐水泥7份、莫来石1-5μm晶须3份、氮化钛1-5μm晶须3份、添加剂5份,外加占上述总重量10%的铝溶胶。添加剂为硫酸镁钙钾粉、硅微粉和碳酸锆粉,其重量比为1:1:1,铝溶胶的密度为1.1g/mL,pH为4.5;所述铝酸盐水泥的铝含量为50%以上。 根据上述配方配料,首先在搅拌机中干混均匀,然后加入15%的铝溶胶,湿混均匀后出料并用泥抹、瓦刀等工具将其涂抹至原炉衬裂缝或凹坑处然后人工压实、抹平即可;经自然养护5 小时后,高温窑炉即可按正常升温制度投入生产。使用寿命延长了32%,保温隔热效果较不进行修复时高了18%以上。

1.一种高铝质耐火涂抹料,其特征在于它包括如下重量份数的组分:3-1mmA85轻质矾土骨料30-40份、1-0mm氧化铝空心球5-15份、0.5-0mm轻质莫来石10-20份、莫来石粉11-21份、改性法库土4-6份、铝酸盐水泥5-7份、莫来石1-5μm晶须1-3份、氮化钛1-5μm晶须1-3份、添加剂3-5份,外加占上述总重量10-18%的铝溶胶;添加剂为硫酸镁钙钾粉、硅微粉和碳酸锆粉,其重量比为1:1:1;铝溶胶的密度为1.1g/ml,PH为4.5;所述改性法库土第一步是把法库土在700℃保温10小时后获得产物1,然后按重量比50:1把产物1与聚乙烯醇混合均匀,即为改性法库土。
