Abstract
本发明公开了一种滤清器滤纸自动卷纸机,包括机架,在机架前侧设有滤纸卷放卷装置,在机架后侧设有滤纸卷绕装置,在机架中部设有滤纸拉紧导向装置,所述滤纸卷放卷装置将滤纸卷放开,所述滤纸拉紧导向装置引导滤纸卷放出的滤纸进行输送,同时调整滤纸的松紧程度,所述滤纸卷绕装置将滤纸卷绕在中心管上。本发明实现了滤清器滤纸卷绕的自动化,提高了卷纸效率和质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及滤清器加工技术,尤其涉及滤清器滤纸自动卷纸机。
背景技术
传统的滤清器滤纸卷绕装置,卷绕效率和质量较低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种滤清器滤纸自动卷纸机,提高卷纸效率和质量。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:滤清器滤纸自动卷纸机,包括机架,在机架前侧设有滤纸卷放卷装置,在机架后侧设有滤纸卷绕装置,在机架中部设有滤纸拉紧导向装置,所述滤纸卷放卷装置将滤纸卷放开,所述滤纸拉紧导向装置引导滤纸卷放出的滤纸进行输送,同时调整滤纸的松紧程度,所述滤纸卷绕装置将滤纸卷绕在中心管上。
作为优选,所述滤纸卷放卷装置包括用于放置滤纸卷的卷轴以及驱动卷轴转动的放卷电机。
作为优选,所述滤纸拉紧导向装置包括若干对上下对应的上导向辊和下导向辊,所述上导向辊连接有松紧调节机构。
作为优选,所述滤纸卷绕装置包括中心管转轴,中心管设置在中心管转轴上并由气动推杆固定,所述中心管转轴由卷绕电机驱动转动。
作为优选,在中心管转轴的前侧设有滤纸导向架,所述滤纸导向架设有供滤纸通过的导向间隙。
作为优选,所述滤纸卷绕装置设有感应中心管转轴转速的转速感应探头。
本发明采用的技术方案,把一卷滤纸卷放置在卷轴上后夹紧固定,然后滤纸输送穿过滤纸拉紧导向装置,由滤纸拉紧导向装置调整滤纸的松紧程度和起到运行过程中的导向作用,通过滤纸拉紧导向装置后,再经过导向架,卷到中心管上,滤纸卷上中心管后,启动卷绕电机开始卷纸,待滤纸达到设置的圈数后,关闭卷绕电机并剪断滤纸,进行下一个卷纸,整个过程实现了自动化,提高了卷纸效率和质量。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,滤清器滤纸自动卷纸机,包括机架1,在机架前侧设有滤纸卷放卷装置2,在机架后侧设有滤纸卷绕装置4,在机架中部设有滤纸拉紧导向装置3,所述滤纸卷放卷装置将滤纸卷放开,所述滤纸拉紧导向装置引导滤纸卷放出的滤纸进行输送,同时调整滤纸的松紧程度,所述滤纸卷绕装置将滤纸卷绕在中心管上。
其中,机架前侧设有前支架,所述滤纸卷放卷装置2位于前支架上,其包括用于放置滤纸卷23的卷轴21以及驱动卷轴转动的放卷电机22,放卷电机22驱动滤纸卷23随卷轴21转动,滤纸展开并进入滤纸拉紧导向装置3。
所述滤纸拉紧导向装置3包括若干对上下对应的上导向辊和下导向辊,滤纸从上导向辊和下导向辊之间通过,上导向辊连接有松紧调节机构。所述松紧调节机构包括调节螺钉34、调节弹簧33,上导向辊辊轴的端部通过调节滑块32滑动设置在一竖直的调节槽31内且由调节弹簧33支撑,调节滑块上部与调节螺钉34连接,转动调节螺钉,可以调节调节滑块的上下位置,带动上导向辊轴上下运动,从而调节滤纸的松紧程度。
所述滤纸卷绕装置4包括隔板41和设于隔板上的中心管转轴,中心管设置在中心管转轴上并由气动推杆13固定,所述中心管转轴由卷绕电机42驱动转动。在中心管转轴的前侧设有滤纸导向架46,所述滤纸导向架设有导向间隙,滤纸通过导向间隙。
中心管转轴旁设置有转速传感器44,滤纸卷上后,启动卷绕电机开始卷纸,中心管的卷纸圈数通过转速传感器44感应转速再进行计算获得,当达到设置的所需圈数,卷绕电机自动关闭(或采用伺服电机进行转速和卷纸圈数控制)。最后用剪刀剪断滤纸,进行下一个卷纸。卷绕电机调速根据工作需要调整。另外,机架后侧设有物料箱45,用于存储物料,比如用来剪断滤纸的剪刀。
机架上设有第一调速按钮11和第二调速按钮12,分别用于调节放卷电机和卷绕电机速度,另外机架上设有插排13、控制开关14和触摸屏15。

1.滤清器滤纸自动卷纸机,包括机架,其特征在于:在机架前侧设有滤纸卷放卷装置,在机架后侧设有滤纸卷绕装置,在机架中部设有滤纸拉紧导向装置,所述滤纸卷放卷装置将滤纸卷放开,所述滤纸拉紧导向装置引导滤纸卷放出的滤纸进行输送,同时调整滤纸的松紧程度,所述滤纸卷绕装置将滤纸卷绕在中心管上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滤清器滤纸自动卷纸机,其特征在于:所述滤纸卷放卷装置包括用于放置滤纸卷的卷轴以及驱动卷轴转动的放卷电机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滤清器滤纸自动卷纸机,其特征在于:所述滤纸拉紧导向装置包括若干对上下对应的上导向辊和下导向辊,所述上导向辊连接有松紧调节机构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的滤清器滤纸自动卷纸机,其特征在于:所述滤纸卷绕装置包括中心管转轴,中心管设置在中心管转轴上并由气动推杆固定,所述中心管转轴由卷绕电机驱动转动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的滤清器滤纸自动卷纸机,其特征在于:在中心管转轴的前侧设有滤纸导向架,所述滤纸导向架设有供滤纸通过的导向间隙。
6.根据权利要求4所述的滤清器滤纸自动卷纸机,其特征在于:所述滤纸卷绕装置设有感应中心管转轴转速的转速感应探头。
