本发明涉及硫化机,具体地说是一种多模变量硫化机,包括若干组硫化模块,每组硫化模块均包括至少两个上横梁及分别与所述上横梁相对应的下横梁,所述上横梁、下横梁的两端均设有开口碗形连接件,上方向上和下方向下位于一排的各两个开口碗形连接件通过螺栓相连接。本发明产品针对现有产品的不足进行改进设计,使得硫化机具有多变量功能,达到机器一机多用、满足不同带宽以及不同菱形或矩形的硫化接头。

技术领域
本发明涉及硫化机,具体地说是一种多模变量硫化机。
背景技术
输送带硫化机主要用于输送带硫化与接头或对输送带进行修补,通过加温、加压和保温过程而将输送带两端经加热粘接在一起的设备。
输送带硫化机是冶金、矿山、港口、电站、化工、建材及轻工等工业基础产业中输送带不可缺少的专业设备,由于目前市场上的硫化机,多为机器角度不可变换式的,以及对带宽与机器规格是相对应的,往往用户有多种不同带宽的输送带就要采购与带宽相对应的机器,这样无疑会增加用户的设备购置成本,以及无法满足对输送带硫化接头角度的多样性变化。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种多模变量硫化机,该硫化机在使用时,可以根据作业现场输送带宽度与硫化接头角度的变化,采用相应的拼接模块,以适应不同带宽的硫化接头。
按照本发明的技术方案:一种多模变量硫化机,其特征在于:包括若干组硫化模块,每组硫化模块均包括至少两个上横梁及分别与所述上横梁相对应的下横梁,所述上横梁、下横梁的两端均设有开口碗形连接件,上方向上和下方向下位于一排的各两个开口碗形连接件通过螺栓相连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述开口碗形连接件的尾端连接座固定连接于上横梁、下横梁的端部。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述上横梁底面设置上热板,下横梁顶面设置下热板,并在上横梁与上热板之间或下横梁与下热板之间设置压力袋。
本发明的技术效果在于:本发明产品针对现有产品的不足进行改进设计,使得硫化机具有多变量功能,达到机器一机多用、满足不同带宽以及不同菱形或矩形的硫化接头。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的说明。
图1~4中,包括硫化模块1、上横梁2、下横梁3、碗形连接件4、连接螺栓5、上热板6、下热板7、压力袋8等。
如图1~4所示,本发明是一种多模变量硫化机,包括若干组硫化模块1,每组硫化模块1均包括至少两个上横梁2及分别与所述上横梁2相对应的下横梁3,所述上横梁2、下横梁3的两端均设有开口碗形连接件4,上方向上和下方向下位于一排的各两个开口碗形连接件4通过螺栓相连接。开口碗形连接件4在使用时,连接螺栓可以在其中进行相应转动,满足调节需要。
开口碗形连接件4的尾端连接座固定连接于上横梁2、下横梁3的端部。
上横梁2底面设置上热板6,下横梁3顶面设置下热板7,并在上横梁2与上热板6之间或下横梁3与下热板7之间设置压力袋8。上横梁2置于下横梁3正上方,上横梁2端部的开口碗形连接件4与下横梁3端部相对应的开口碗形连接件之间通过螺栓相连接。
本发明的工作过程如下:本发明产品由硫化模块1进行菱形拼接或矩形拼接,在拼接成菱形模板上进行菱形接头,也可以在拼接矩形模板上进行菱形或矩形接头,而且直角带宽1200mm的机器,由2组或2组以上的模板,拼接成菱形16.42°时即可变身带宽1050mm的硫化机,再由2组或2组以上的模板时拼成菱形22°时,又变身为带宽950mm的硫化机。
通常输送带硫化机角度都是固定,不可变化,适用带宽也是固定相对应的,本发明使得不同角度的要求,在同一套机器上得以满足,即用户根据现场输送带接头角度要求而随时变化,不论是16.42°或22°,还是90°,该机都能很好的满足,同一台机器拼接成不同角度便可立即变身且小一规格的机器,并且根据接头长度的要求,选择几个硫化模块进行拼接使用,由于单个硫化模块为轻量化结构,故在操作上更为方便。

1.一种多模变量硫化机,其特征在于:包括若干组硫化模块(1),每组硫化模块(1)均包括至少两个上横梁(2)及分别与所述上横梁(2)相对应的下横梁(3),所述上横梁(2)、下横梁(3)的两端均设有开口碗形连接件(4),上方向上和下方向下位于一排的各两个开口碗形连接件(4)通过螺栓相连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的多模变量硫化机,其特征在于:所述开口碗形连接件(4)的尾端连接座固定连接于上横梁(2)、下横梁(3)的端部。
3.如权利要求1所述的多模变量硫化机,其特征在于:所述上横梁(2)底面设置上热板(6),下横梁(3)顶面设置下热板(7),并在上横梁(2)与上热板(6)之间或下横梁(3)与下热板(7)之间设置压力袋(8)。
