Abstract
本发明属于环保材料技术领域,具体涉及一种具有吸附和降解功能的吸附子及其制备方法和应用。本发明的技术方案为:一种具有吸附和降解功能的吸附子,通过下述方法制得:将重量份数为60~90的酸性玻璃质溶岩、0~10的钢厂废渣、3~5的多孔起泡剂混合后高温焙烧、冷却、硅化、造粒、包装处理后得到吸附子。本发明的吸附子对环境没有二次污染,在吸附空气中的粉尘和有害气体时,除了简单的将吸附子装在袋子中使用外,还可以制成工艺品放在家中,即美化环境又可净化室内的空气,针对水中一些有机物的污染,尤其是芳烃类化合物的污染,可以制成吸附包吸附,且可以回收,不会对水体造成二次污染。

技术领域
本发明属于环保材料技术领域,具体涉及一种具有吸附和降解功能的吸附子制备方法及其应用。
背景技术
大气和水体的污染已经由来已久,其污染物主要是粉尘和有机物。也有很多吸附和降解的试剂,但是这些试剂使用后都很难回收处理,对事发地的环境生态造成永久性破坏的缺陷及现有的处理化学溶剂泄漏所使用的吸附材料所存在的成本高,遇明火易燃并产生有毒烟气,对清污人员和环境造成严重损害及污染等问题。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种可回收的具有吸附和降解功能的吸附子制备方法及其应用。
本发明的技术方案为:
本发明具有吸附和降解功能的吸附子制备方法为:将重量份数为60~90的酸性玻璃质溶岩、0~10的钢厂废渣、3~5的多孔起泡剂混合后高温焙烧、冷却、硅化、造粒、包装处理后得到吸附子。
其中其特征在于高温焙烧温度为900℃~1200℃。
本发明具有吸附和降解功能的吸附子的应用为:用于吸附和降解粉尘和有机物。
本发明将吸附子制成瓶装工艺品用于净化空气。
本发明将吸附子制成吸附包用于治理芳烃类化合物的污染。
本发明采用上述技术方案制备的吸附子对环境没有二次污染,在吸附空气中的粉尘和有害气体时,除了简单的将吸附子装在袋子中使用外,还可以制成工艺品放在家中,即美化环境又可净化室内的空气,针对水中一些有机物的污染,尤其是芳烃类化合物的污染,可以制成吸附包吸附,且可以回收,不会对水体造成二次污染。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种吸附和降解功能的吸附子制备方法为:将重量份数为60的酸性玻璃质溶岩、3的多孔起泡剂混合后在950℃下焙烧、冷却、硅化、造粒、包装处理后得到吸附子。
实施例2
一种具有吸附和降解功能的吸附子制备方法为:,通过下述方法制得:将重量份数为75的酸性玻璃质溶岩、5的钢厂废渣、4的多孔起泡剂混合后在工艺品模具里900℃下焙烧、冷却、硅化、包装处理后得到吸附子。该工艺品用于净化空气。
实施例3
一种具有吸附和降解功能的吸附子制备方法为:,通过下述方法制得:将重量份数为90的酸性玻璃质溶岩、10的钢厂废渣、5的多孔起泡剂混合后在工艺品模具里1000℃下焙烧、冷却、硅化、包装处理后得到吸附子。该工艺品用于净化空气。
实施例4
将吸附子制成吸附包用于治理芳烃类化合物的污染。
实施例5
将吸附子制成瓶装工艺品用于净化空气。
Claims (5)
1.一种具有吸附和降解功能的吸附子制备方法,其特征是将重量份数为60~90的酸性玻璃质溶岩、0~10的钢厂废渣、3~5的多孔起泡剂混合后高温焙烧、冷却、硅化、造粒、包装处理后得到吸附子。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有吸附和降解功能的吸附子制备方法,其特征在于高温焙烧温度为900℃~1000℃。
3.根据权利要求1一种具有吸附和降解功能的吸附子的制备方法制备的吸附子的应用,其特征是用于吸附和降解粉尘和有机物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有吸附和降解功能的吸附子的应用,其特征是将吸附子制成瓶装工艺品用于净化空气。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有吸附和降解功能的吸附子的应用,其特征是将吸附子制成吸附包用于治理芳烃类化合物的污染。
