Scientific studies have shown that the causes of these adverse skin conditions are mainly the following: (1) because of excessive ultraviolet ray, ionizing radiation and self metabolism, a large amount of free radicals are generated in the organism and cannot be eliminated; (2) the internal circulation is not smooth and the qi and blood are insufficient due to the reasons of overlarge pressure, low immunity and the like; (3) with aging, a large amount of skin structural substances such as collagen in the body are lost.

saffron: promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, cooling blood, removing toxic substance, resolving stagnation, and tranquilizing mind.
Saussurea involucrate extract: tonify kidney, strengthen yang, regulate menstruation and stop bleeding.
Fish collagen: similar to the structure of human skin collagen, can repair and remodel the structure of damaged skin after entering the body.
Sodium hyaluronate: one of the skin components of human body, has strong moisture-keeping effect.
Cranberry extract: is rich in bioflavonoids and vitamins, and has antioxidant and antiaging effects.
Vitamin E, vitamin C: has antioxidant effect.
Haematococcus pluvialis: has antioxidant and ultraviolet ray resisting effects.
Resveratrol: has antioxidant and free radical scavenging effects.
Isomalt, magnesium stearate: the tablet is used as an auxiliary material of tablets, and the process molding of the preparation is ensured.

The invention also provides a preparation scheme of the granular preparation, which comprises the following steps:
step 1, weighing crocus sativus, mixing crocus sativus with 50% ethanol according to a weight ratio of 1: 20, at the temperature of 45 ℃, carrying out reflux extraction for 3 hours, filtering, taking out saffron residues, concentrating the extracting solution, and drying to obtain the saffron extract.
And 2, drying the saffron residues obtained in the step 1 at 60 ℃ for 1 hour, and crushing to 60 meshes to obtain saffron powder.
Step 3, weighing the snow lotus extract, the fish collagen, the sodium hyaluronate, the cranberry extract, the vitamin E, the vitamin C, the haematococcus pluvialis and the resveratrol, and uniformly mixing the saffron extract obtained in the step 1 and the saffron powder obtained in the step 2 to obtain mixed powder 1;
step 4, weighing isomaltitol, and uniformly mixing the isomaltitol with the mixed powder 1 to obtain mixed powder 2;
and 5, weighing magnesium stearate, uniformly mixing the magnesium stearate with the mixed powder 2 obtained in the step 5, and pressing the mixture into tablets.
The invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
(1) the tablet adopts specific raw material extraction method, and can release effective functional components, concentrate and extract, so that it can be absorbed more rapidly and has more effective effect.
(2) The tablet plays a role by combining internal nourishment and external nourishment, and radically solves the problems that the prior art can only supplement water and the effective components cannot directly reach the action part; and the traditional Chinese medicine composition can be used for treating both symptoms and root causes in the aspects of regulating the internal circulation of a body, repairing the structure, improving the activity and the like, and is safer, more comprehensive and more remarkable.
(3) The tablet is convenient for carrying and eating, and can be directly swallowed to exert its effect.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
The invention discloses a tablet with the effect of improving the skin state of women, and the technical personnel in the field can realize the improvement of parameters by referring to the content. While the detection methods of the present invention have been described in terms of preferred embodiments, it will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art that variations and modifications in the methods and applications described herein, as well as other suitable variations and combinations, may be made to implement and use the invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
In order to better illustrate the invention, reference will now be made to specific examples.
Example 1:
1. weighing 40g of saffron, mixing the saffron with 50% ethanol according to the weight ratio of 1: 20, refluxing and extracting for 3 hours at 45 ℃, filtering, taking out saffron residues, concentrating and drying an extracting solution to obtain a saffron extract;
2. drying the saffron residues obtained in the step 1 at 60 ℃ for 1 hour, and crushing to 60 meshes to obtain saffron powder;
3. weighing 100g of saussurea involucrate extract, 300g of fish collagen, 1g of sodium hyaluronate, 100g of cranberry extract, vitamin E2g, 50g of vitamin C, 100g of haematococcus pluvialis and 200g of resveratrol, and uniformly mixing the saffron extract obtained in the step 1 and the saffron powder obtained in the step 2 to obtain mixed powder 1;
4. weighing 3000g of isomaltitol, and uniformly mixing with the mixed powder 1 to obtain mixed powder 2;
5. weighing 30g of magnesium stearate, uniformly mixing with the mixed powder 2 obtained in the step 5, and pressing into tablets to obtain the tablet.
Example 2:
1. weighing 100g of saffron, mixing the saffron with 50% ethanol according to the weight ratio of 1: 20, refluxing and extracting for 3 hours at 45 ℃, filtering, taking out saffron residues, concentrating and drying an extracting solution to obtain a saffron extract;
2. drying the saffron residues obtained in the step 1 at 60 ℃ for 1 hour, and crushing to 60 meshes to obtain saffron powder;
3. weighing 500g of snow lotus extract, 800g of fish collagen, 5g of sodium hyaluronate, 500g of cranberry extract, 8g, 100g of vitamin C, 200g of haematococcus pluvialis and 800g of resveratrol, and uniformly mixing the saffron extract obtained in the step 1 and the saffron powder obtained in the step 2 to obtain mixed powder 1;
4. weighing 5000g of isomaltitol, and uniformly mixing with the mixed powder 1 to obtain mixed powder 2;
5. weighing 50g of magnesium stearate, uniformly mixing with the mixed powder 2 obtained in the step 5, and pressing into tablets to obtain the tablet.
Example 3:
1. weighing 70g of saffron, mixing the saffron with 50% ethanol according to the weight ratio of 1: 20, refluxing and extracting for 3 hours at 45 ℃, filtering, taking out saffron residues, concentrating and drying an extracting solution to obtain a saffron extract;
2. drying the saffron residues obtained in the step 1 at 60 ℃ for 1 hour, and crushing to 60 meshes to obtain saffron powder;
3. weighing 300g of snow lotus extract, 550g of fish collagen, 3g of sodium hyaluronate, 300g of cranberry extract, 5g of vitamin E, 75g of vitamin C, 150g of haematococcus pluvialis and 500g of resveratrol, and uniformly mixing the saffron extract obtained in the step 1 and the saffron powder obtained in the step 2 to obtain mixed powder 1;
4. 4000g of isomaltitol is weighed and is uniformly mixed with the mixed powder 1 to obtain mixed powder 2;
5. weighing 40g of magnesium stearate, uniformly mixing with the mixed powder 2 obtained in the step 5, and pressing into tablets to obtain the tablet.
Example 4:
the tablets prepared in examples 1 to 3 were administered to 15 women having poor skin conditions such as dark complexion, skin laxity, and water loss, respectively, and each person was continuously administered for 30 days, and after 30 days, the effect was statistically improved. The following table shows the results of the human test:

Example 5:
example 5 is the result of the skin moisture improving function test of the tablets prepared in examples 1 to 3.
1. 200 subjects aged 30 to 50 years and having a skin moisture of 12 or less were selected on a voluntary basis and were randomly and equally divided into 4 groups, and the tablets prepared in oral examples 1 to 3 and placebo were administered for 30 days, respectively.
2. The method is carried out in an examination room with wide space, good ventilation condition and stable space environment such as temperature, humidity and the like. The forehead and glabellar area was cleaned by dipping distilled water in a clean cotton ball under a quiet condition, and the moisture content was measured 15 minutes after wiping, and the measurement was performed by the same person before and after the test. The results are shown in the following table:

Note: the contrast group has no obvious difference before and after the experiment,▲P<0.05, the experiment of the example group has significant difference before and after the experiment.
From the above results, it can be seen that the tablets obtained in examples 1 to 3 were proved to have a function of improving skin moisture, as judged according to the standards in revised edition of health food inspection and evaluation technical specifications (2003).

Claims (3)
1. A tablet with the effect of improving the skin state of women is characterized by comprising saffron, saussurea involucrate extract, fish collagen, sodium hyaluronate, cranberry extract, vitamin E, vitamin C, haematococcus pluvialis, resveratrol, isomalt and magnesium stearate.
2. The granular preparation as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tablet comprises, by weight, 4-10 parts of saffron, 10-50 parts of saussurea involucrate extract, 30-80 parts of fish collagen, 0.1-0.5 part of sodium hyaluronate, 10-50 parts of cranberry extract, 0.2-0.8 part of vitamin E, 5-10 parts of vitamin C, 10-20 parts of Haematococcus pluvialis, 2-8 parts of resveratrol, 500 parts of isomalt 300-.
3. The tablet of claim 1, wherein the process for preparing the tablet comprises the steps of:

and 5, weighing magnesium stearate, uniformly mixing the magnesium stearate with the mixed powder 2 obtained in the step 5, and pressing the mixture into tablets.
