本发明公开了一种电动轻型卡车快充接口固定装置及固定方法,该种固定装置包括安装支架,安装支架下端安装在前轮右后挡泥板支架总成上,安装支架上端和车身连接;安装支架上端设有用于安装快充接口的安装孔,快充接口的电器元件穿过安装孔后和车身连接;本发明中安装支架用于支撑快充接口,为快充接口提供一个着力点;快充接口的安装结构可靠,能够保证电动车的多次充电插拔需求,提高电动轻型卡车的工作可靠性。

技术领域
本发明涉及电动汽车领域,具体涉及一种电动轻型卡车快充接口固定装置及固定方法。
背景技术
在轻型卡车电动车中,针对轻型卡车基础车机舱内部,需要布置电动车的快充接口,相应需要在车身上提供固定快充接口及其电器元件的安装结构,满足机舱内快充电器元件的布置需求和强度要求。现有技术中的普通电动车上应用的快充接口安装强度不足,不能满足电动轻型卡车的多次充电需求,影响电动轻型卡车的工作可靠性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供能够满足安装强度要求,进而满足充电需求,保证电动轻型卡车的工作可靠性的电动轻型卡车快充接口固定装置及固定方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
该种电动轻型卡车快充接口固定装置,包括安装支架,安装支架下端安装在前轮右后挡泥板支架总成上,安装支架上端和车身连接;安装支架上端设有用于安装快充接口的安装孔,快充接口的电器元件穿过安装孔后和车身连接。
所述安装支架的安装孔的外围设有用于和所述快充接口的电气元件的安装板连接的连接孔,所述电气元件的安装板上设有和连接孔对应的通孔。
电气元件的安装板及安装支架通过穿入通孔及连接孔的螺钉和车身连接。
所述安装支架为平板结构,所述安装支架下端端部设有和前轮右后挡泥板支架总成连接的卡口。
所述卡口为倒U形结构。
所述安装支架上在所述安装孔和所述卡口之间位置设有减重孔。
所述减重孔包括矩形孔及设于矩形孔两端端部的半圆形孔。
该种电动轻型卡车快充接口固定方法,利用上述的电动轻型卡车快充接口固定装置来实现,具体为:
将安装支架下端固定在前轮右后挡泥板支架总成上,将快充接口的电器元件穿过安装支架上端的安装孔;将电气元件的安装板上的通孔和安装支架上的连接孔相对应,将螺钉穿入通孔及连接孔后和车身连接。
本发明的优点在于:本发明中安装支架上端和车身连接,安装支架的下端和前轮右后挡泥板支架总成连接;安装支架用于支撑快充接口,为快充接口提供一个着力点;安装支架的上端与车身固定,用于安装快充接口,固定好快充接口的位置,以为电动车充电的插拔提供作用力支点。快充接口的安装结构可靠,能够保证电动车的多次充电插拔需求,提高电动轻型卡车的工作可靠性。

具体实施方式
下面对照附图,通过对最优实施例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明。
如图1及图2所示,该种电动轻型卡车快充接口固定装置,包括安装支架2,安装支架2下端安装在前轮右后挡泥板支架总成3上,安装支架2上端和车身连接;安装支架2上端设有用于安装快充接口1的安装孔4,快充接口1的电器元件穿过安装孔4后和车身连接。
安装支架2的下端安装在前轮右后挡泥板支架总成3上,前轮右后挡泥板支架总成3和车身连接,安装支架2的下端用于支撑快充接口1,为快充接口1提供一个着力点;安装支架2的上端与车身固定,用于安装快充接口1,固定好快充接口1的位置,以为电动车充电的插拔提供作用力支点。快充接口1的安装结构可靠,能够保证电动车的多次充电插拔需求,提高电动轻型卡车的工作可靠性。
安装支架2的安装孔4的外围设有用于和快充接口1的电气元件的安装板8连接的连接孔7,电气元件的安装板8上设有和连接孔7对应的通孔9。在快充支架的安装孔4的周边开设多个供螺钉穿过的小孔,进一步地方便快充接口1上的快充电器元件的固定。
电气元件的安装板8及安装支架2通过穿入通孔9及连接孔7的螺钉和车身连接。安装支架2和电气元件的安装板8一起安装在车身上,结构简单,安装方便,通用性好,成本低,且安装可靠。
安装支架2为平板结构,安装支架2下端端部设有和前轮右后挡泥板支架总成3连接的卡口5。卡口5为倒U形结构。卡口5方便安装支架2下端的安装。
安装支架2上在安装孔4和卡口5之间位置设有减重孔。减重孔利于整车的轻量化需求,能够满足电动车的设计要求。
减重孔包括矩形孔及设于矩形孔两端端部的半圆形孔。减重孔结构设计合理,能够保证安装支架2的强度要求。
该种电动轻型卡车快充接口固定方法,利用上述的电动轻型卡车快充接口固定装置来实现,具体为:将安装支架2下端固定在前轮右后挡泥板支架总成3上,将快充接口1的电器元件穿过安装支架2上端的安装孔4;将电气元件的安装板8上的通孔9和安装支架2上的连接孔7相对应,将螺钉穿入通孔9及连接孔7后和车身连接。
该种电动轻型卡车快充接口固定装置,增加一个快充电器元件的快充支架,满足快充电器元件的安装要求;同时满足安装点强度要求,满足电动车充电接口的多次插拔使用需求,保证电动车的工作可靠性,具有结构简单、通用性好、成本低、安装可靠的优点。
显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种电动轻型卡车快充接口固定装置,其特征在于:包括安装支架,所述安装支架下端安装在前轮右后挡泥板支架总成上,所述安装支架上端和车身连接;所述安装支架上端设有用于安装快充接口的安装孔,快充接口的电器元件穿过所述安装孔后和车身连接;所述安装支架为平板结构,所述安装支架下端端部设有和前轮右后挡泥板支架总成连接的卡口;所述卡口为倒U形结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的电动轻型卡车快充接口固定装置,其特征在于:所述安装支架的安装孔的外围设有用于和所述快充接口的电气元件的安装板连接的连接孔,所述电气元件的安装板上设有和连接孔对应的通孔。
3.如权利要求2所述的电动轻型卡车快充接口固定装置,其特征在于:电气元件的安装板及安装支架通过穿入通孔及连接孔的螺钉和车身连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的电动轻型卡车快充接口固定装置,其特征在于:所述安装支架上在所述安装孔和所述卡口之间位置设有减重孔。
5.如权利要求4所述的电动轻型卡车快充接口固定装置,其特征在于:所述减重孔包括矩形孔及设于矩形孔两端端部的半圆形孔。
6.一种电动轻型卡车快充接口固定方法,利用权利要求1-5任一项所述的电动轻型卡车快充接口固定装置来实现,其特征在于:具体为:
将安装支架下端固定在前轮右后挡泥板支架总成上,将快充接口的电器元件穿过安装支架上端的安装孔;将电气元件的安装板上的通孔和安装支架上的连接孔相对应,将螺钉穿入通孔及连接孔后和车身连接。
