一种剖分式回转机构,涉及回转机构技术领域,由传动单元和主驱动单元构成,所述传动单元包括剖分式壳体和剖分式蜗轮,所述剖分式壳体分为剖分式壳体Ⅰ和剖分式壳体Ⅱ,剖分式壳体Ⅰ和剖分式壳体Ⅱ连接合并成整体剖分式壳体,所述剖分式壳体内部形成一个型腔,剖分式蜗轮被包容在该型腔内,所述剖分式蜗轮分为剖分式蜗轮Ⅰ和剖分式蜗轮Ⅱ,剖分式蜗轮Ⅰ和剖分式蜗轮Ⅱ定位连接合并成整体剖分式蜗轮,所述主驱动单元由液压马达和蜗杆构成。本发明不仅实现了在部分特殊领域或特定安装条件下使用,而且结构合理,安装方便,使用安全可靠,进一步扩大了回转机构的使用领域和应用场合,有益于提高工作效率和工作质量。

一种剖分式回转机构
技术领域:
本发明涉及回转机构技术领域,具体涉及一种剖分式回转机构。
背景技术:
回转机构已广泛应用于工程机械、港口机械、太阳能发电和军工装备等诸多领域。
现有回转机构普遍采用整体式壳体、蜗轮,但在部分特殊领域或特定安装条件下,现有整体式壳体、蜗轮结构的回转机构无法安装及使用,迫切需要一种新型结构的回转机构。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构合理,安装方便,使用安全可靠,实现了在部分特殊领域或特定安装条件下使用的回转机构,进一步扩大了回转机构的使用领域和应用场合。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种剖分式回转机构,由传动单元和主驱动单元构成,所述传动单元包括剖分式壳体和剖分式蜗轮,所述剖分式壳体分为剖分式壳体Ⅰ和剖分式壳体Ⅱ,剖分式壳体Ⅰ和剖分式壳体Ⅱ通过外六角铰制孔螺栓副Ⅱ和内六角螺栓副Ⅱ定位连接合并成整体剖分式壳体,在剖分式壳体Ⅰ和剖分式壳体Ⅱ之间安装设置有轴承,所述剖分式壳体内部形成一个型腔,剖分式蜗轮被包容在该型腔内,所述剖分式蜗轮分为剖分式蜗轮Ⅰ和剖分式蜗轮Ⅱ,剖分式蜗轮Ⅰ和剖分式蜗轮Ⅱ通过内六角螺栓副Ⅰ和外六角铰制孔螺栓副Ⅰ定位连接合并成整体剖分式蜗轮,在型腔内采用密封条将该型腔密封并与外界隔绝,形成一个封闭的型腔,同时防止灰尘杂物的进入,也可保存传动单元间的润滑脂,使剖分式蜗轮与蜗杆啮合所组成得传动单元在该型腔内更好的运转;
所述主驱动单元由液压马达和蜗杆构成,所述蜗杆与剖分式蜗轮相互啮合,所述蜗杆与液压马达相连,所述蜗杆安装在剖分式壳体Ⅰ内部,在蜗杆的两端安装设置有前端盖和后端盖,所述前端盖和后端盖通过紧固螺钉进行固定安装,在前端盖和后端盖与蜗杆之间设置有骨架油封,用以保证其密封性;
在剖分式壳体顶部和下部都开有与封闭型腔相连通的油口,在油口上固定安装有油嘴,通过油嘴可以往剖分式蜗轮与蜗杆啮合区域、轴承部位加注润滑脂,润滑传动单元及运转区域;
所述剖分式蜗轮根据安装使用需求可以用齿圈进行代替,其外啮合传动部位可以为蜗轮,也可为齿轮;
剖分式回转机构的安装及使用:只需将剖分式壳体Ⅰ通过螺栓安装在基座上面,然后将剖分式蜗轮分开成剖分式蜗轮Ⅰ和剖分式蜗轮Ⅱ,穿过相关件,然后通过内六角螺栓副Ⅰ、外六角铰制孔螺栓副Ⅰ将剖分式蜗轮Ⅰ和剖分式蜗轮Ⅱ连接合并成整体剖分式蜗轮,将其与相关件安装;最后,将剖分式壳体Ⅰ和剖分式壳体Ⅱ通过外六角铰制孔螺栓副Ⅱ、内六角螺栓副Ⅱ连接合并成整体剖分式壳体;液压马达启动,蜗杆与剖分式蜗轮啮合传动扭矩。
本发明的有益效果是:不仅实现了在部分特殊领域或特定安装条件下使用,而且结构合理,安装方便,使用安全可靠,进一步扩大了回转机构的使用领域和应用场合,有益于提高工作效率和工作质量。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1和图2所示:一种剖分式回转机构,由传动单元和主驱动单元构成,所述传动单元包括剖分式壳体29和剖分式蜗轮1113,所述剖分式壳体29分为剖分式壳体Ⅰ2和剖分式壳体Ⅱ9,剖分式壳体Ⅰ2和剖分式壳体Ⅱ9通过外六角铰制孔螺栓副Ⅱ16和内六角螺栓副Ⅱ17定位连接合并成整体剖分式壳体29,在剖分式壳体Ⅰ2和剖分式壳体Ⅱ9之间安装设置有轴承8,所述剖分式壳体29内部形成一个型腔,剖分式蜗轮1113被包容在该型腔内,所述剖分式蜗轮1113分为剖分式蜗轮Ⅰ11和剖分式蜗轮Ⅱ13,剖分式蜗轮Ⅰ11和剖分式蜗轮Ⅱ13通过内六角螺栓副Ⅰ10和外六角铰制孔螺栓副Ⅰ12定位连接合并成整体剖分式蜗轮1113,在型腔内采用密封条15将该型腔密封并与外界隔绝,形成一个封闭的型腔,同时防止灰尘杂物的进入,也可保存传动单元间的润滑脂,使剖分式蜗轮1113与蜗杆4啮合所组成得传动单元在该型腔内更好的运转;
所述主驱动单元由液压马达14和蜗杆4构成,所述蜗杆4与剖分式蜗轮1113相互啮合,所述蜗杆4与液压马达14相连,所述蜗杆4安装在剖分式壳体Ⅰ2内部,在蜗杆4的两端安装设置有前端盖1和后端盖6,所述前端盖1和后端盖6通过紧固螺钉5进行固定安装,在前端盖1和后端盖6与蜗杆4之间设置有骨架油封3,用以保证其密封性;
在剖分式壳体29顶部和下部都开有与封闭型腔相连通的油口,在油口上固定安装有油嘴18,通过油嘴18可以往剖分式蜗轮1113与蜗杆4啮合区域、轴承8部位加注润滑脂,润滑传动单元及运转区域;
如图3所示:剖分式回转机构的安装及使用:只需将剖分式壳体Ⅰ2通过螺栓安装在基座上面,然后将剖分式蜗轮1113分开成剖分式蜗轮Ⅰ11和剖分式蜗轮Ⅱ13,穿过相关件,然后通过内六角螺栓副Ⅰ10、外六角铰制孔螺栓副Ⅰ12将剖分式蜗轮Ⅰ11和剖分式蜗轮Ⅱ13连接合并成整体剖分式蜗轮1113,将其与相关件安装;最后,将剖分式壳体Ⅰ1和剖分式壳体Ⅱ9通过外六角铰制孔螺栓副Ⅱ16、内六角螺栓副Ⅱ17连接合并成整体剖分式壳体29;液压马达14启动,蜗杆4与剖分式蜗轮1113啮合传动扭矩。

1.一种剖分式回转机构,由传动单元和主驱动单元构成,其特征在于:所述传动单元包括剖分式壳体和剖分式蜗轮,所述剖分式壳体分为剖分式壳体Ⅰ和剖分式壳体Ⅱ,剖分式壳体Ⅰ和剖分式壳体Ⅱ通过外六角铰制孔螺栓副Ⅱ和内六角螺栓副Ⅱ定位连接合并成整体剖分式壳体,在剖分式壳体Ⅰ和剖分式壳体Ⅱ之间安装设置有轴承,所述剖分式壳体内部形成一个型腔,剖分式蜗轮被包容在该型腔内,所述剖分式蜗轮分为剖分式蜗轮Ⅰ和剖分式蜗轮Ⅱ,剖分式蜗轮Ⅰ和剖分式蜗轮Ⅱ通过内六角螺栓副Ⅰ和外六角铰制孔螺栓副Ⅰ定位连接合并成整体剖分式蜗轮,所述主驱动单元由液压马达和蜗杆构成,所述蜗杆与剖分式蜗轮相互啮合,所述蜗杆与液压马达相连,所述蜗杆的两端安装设置有前端盖和后端盖,所述前端盖和后端盖通过紧固螺钉进行固定安装,在前端盖和后端盖与蜗杆之间设置有骨架油封,在剖分式壳体顶部和下部都开有与封闭型腔相连通的油口,在油口上固定安装有油嘴,通过油嘴可以往剖分式蜗轮与蜗杆啮合区域、轴承部位加注润滑脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种剖分式回转机构,其特征在于:所述剖分式壳体内部的型腔内采用密封条将该型腔密封并与外界隔绝,形成一个封闭的型腔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种剖分式回转机构,其特征在于:所述蜗杆安装在剖分式壳体Ⅰ内部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种剖分式回转机构,其特征在于:所述剖分式蜗轮根据安装使用需求能用齿圈进行替代。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种剖分式回转机构,其特征在于:所述剖分式蜗轮的外啮合传动部位为蜗轮或齿轮。
