本发明涉及一种柴油机油路排气装置,包括柴油机油箱(12)、柴油机主油泵(8)、过滤器(11),其特征在于包括连接于喷油嘴的排气座(1),排气座(1)一端设置通气孔(1a);通气孔(1a)底部设置球形曹(1d),球形曹(1d)的底部与排气座(1)另一端之间设置连通孔(1b);在排气座(1)的侧面上,设置排气孔(1c);球形曹(1d)内装配阀芯(2a),阀芯(2a)通过推杆(2b)与继电器的铁芯(5)连接,继电器与PLC控制器(6)连接;柴油机油箱(12)上外接电动油泵(9),电动油泵(9)与单向阀(10)连接,单向阀(10)与过滤器(11)连接;电动油泵(9)通过导线与PLC控制器(6)连接。由于采用以上技术方案,有效解决油路进空气后排气的问题。

一种柴油机油路排气装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种油路排气装置,特别涉及一种柴油机油路排气装置。
背景技术
柴油机最常见的故障就是油路进入空气,需要经常拧动喷油泵上的排气螺钉,以将油路中的空气排出。但频繁的作业会导致喷油泵上的排气螺钉配合螺纹副损坏,而一旦损坏,会带来很大麻烦,轻者造成密封不严而漏油漏气,严重时可能会因喷油泵体上的螺钉孔损坏而修复困难,甚至会因铁屑进入喷油泵内导致喷油泵精密偶件损坏。即使通过加大螺纹孔予以修复,但频繁的操作很快又会使其损坏,最终将造成喷油泵体的损坏,带来很大的经济损失。该装置正是为解决油路进空气后排气问题而设计的。
发明内容
本发明提供一种操作方便易用的柴油机油路排气装置。
一种柴油机油路排气装置,包括柴油机油箱,与柴油机油箱连接的柴油机主油泵,与主油泵连接的过滤器,过滤器与喷油嘴连接,其特征在于包括:
a、排气装置
排气装置包括连接于喷油嘴的排气座,排气座一端设置与喷油嘴密封连接的螺柱,并且排气座中螺柱一端设置通气孔;通气孔底部设置球形曹,球形曹的底部与排气座另一端之间设置连通孔;在排气座的侧面上,设置排气孔,排气孔把外界和连通孔连通;
球形曹内装配半球形阀芯,阀芯与球形曹之间设置橡胶密封层;阀芯上连接推杆,推杆穿过连通孔延伸至排气座的外部;
排气座的非螺柱端部装配连接继电器壳体,继电器壳体内装配滑动的铁芯,铁芯与推杆铰接,铁芯与排气座之间设置回位弹簧;继电器壳体外表面上绕制线圈,线圈与PLC控制器连接;
b、升压装置
升压装置包括柴油机油箱上外接电动油泵,电动油泵与单向阀连接,单向阀与过滤器连接;当电动油泵泵油时,单向阀打开;当主油泵泵油时,单向阀关闭;电动油泵通过导线与PLC控制器连接。
本发明的有益效果是:①安装了电磁阀后,排气操作时不需要拆卸排气座,这样使喷油泵体上的螺纹实现了可靠的保护,也间接保护了喷油泵,避免了因泵体损坏带来的经济损失;②排气座与球形阀采用铜质材料和球面配合,提高了密封性,大大延长了使用寿命;③该装置采用电控,可不借助工具手动操作,大大提高了油路排气的方便性。

具体实施例
一种柴油机油路排气装置,包括下述组件组成:
a、排气装置
排气装置包括连接于喷油嘴的排气座1,排气座1一端设置与喷油嘴密封连接的螺柱,并且排气座1中螺柱一端设置通气孔1a。通气孔1a底部设置球形曹1d,球形曹1d的底部与排气座1另一端之间设置连通孔1b。在排气座1的侧面上,设置排气孔1c,排气孔1c把外界和连通孔1b连通。
球形曹1d的表面胶粘一层橡胶密封层7,球形曹1d内装配半球形阀芯2a,阀芯2a与胶密封层7密封配合。阀芯2a上连接推杆2b,推杆2b穿过连通孔1b延伸至排气座1的外部。
排气座1的非螺柱端部装配连接继电器壳体3,继电器壳体3内装配滑动的铁芯5,铁芯5与推杆2b铰接,铁芯5与排气座1之间设置回位弹簧14。继电器壳体3外表面上绕制线圈4,线圈4与PLC控制器6连接。
b、升压装置
如图2所示,升压装置包括柴油机油箱12,与柴油机油箱12连接的柴油机主油泵8,与主油泵8连接的过滤器11,过滤器11与喷油嘴连接。
柴油机油箱12上外接电动油泵9,电动油泵9与单向阀10连接,单向阀10与过滤器11连接。当电动油泵9泵油时,单向阀10打开;当主油泵8泵油时,单向阀10关闭。电动油泵9通过导线与PLC控制器6连接。
c、工作原理概述
如图1及图2所示,当油路进气后,启动PLC控制器6(启动方法可以设置为人工手动启动),PLC控制器6根据预设程序给排气装置中的继电器供电,铁芯5移动,并且铁芯5推动推杆2b顶起半球形阀芯2a。然后控制器6启动电动油泵9,电动油泵9泵油,单向阀10打开,油顺着管道进入过滤器11,并将过滤器11及管道中的空气排出,排出的气体顺着油路管道汇集到喷油嘴上的排气装置内,这些气体通过打开的阀芯2a进入连通孔1b内,然后通过排气孔1c排出。当排气孔1c有柴油流出时,操作PLC控制器6关闭电动油泵9,接着PLC控制器6关闭排气装置中的继电器电源,,铁芯5在回位弹簧14的作用下,带动推杆2b使得半球形阀芯2a压紧橡胶密封层7,对喷油嘴密封。

1. 一种柴油机油路排气装置,包括柴油机油箱(12),与柴油机油箱(12)连接的柴油机主油泵(8),与主油泵(8)连接的过滤器(11),过滤器(11)与喷油嘴连接,其特征在于包括:
a、排气装置
排气装置包括连接于喷油嘴的排气座(1),排气座(1)一端设置与喷油嘴密封连接的螺柱,并且排气座(1)中螺柱一端设置通气孔(1a);通气孔(1a)底部设置球形曹(1d),球形曹(1d)的底部与排气座(1)另一端之间设置连通孔(1b);在排气座(1)的侧面上,设置排气孔(1c),排气孔(1c)把外界和连通孔(1b)连通;
球形曹(1d)内装配半球形阀芯(2a),阀芯(2a)与球形曹(1d)之间设置橡胶密封层(7);阀芯(2a)上连接推杆(2b),推杆(2b)穿过连通孔(1b)延伸至排气座(1)的外部;
排气座(1)的非螺柱端部装配连接继电器壳体(3),继电器壳体(3)内装配滑动的铁芯(5),铁芯(5)与推杆(2b)铰接,铁芯(5)与排气座(1)之间设置回位弹簧(14);继电器壳体(3)外表面上绕制线圈(4),线圈(4)与PLC控制器(6)连接;
b、升压装置
升压装置包括柴油机油箱(12)上外接电动油泵(9),电动油泵(9)与单向阀(10)连接,单向阀(10)与过滤器(11)连接;当电动油泵(9)泵油时,单向阀(10)打开;当主油泵(8)泵油时,单向阀(10)关闭;电动油泵(9)通过导线与PLC控制器(6)连接。
