Abstract

本发明涉及一种软性建筑装饰板的生产方法,包括如下步骤:基层的制备:将灰泥、三偏磷酸钠、玉米淀粉、水混合分为A,B两份料浆;在A份料浆中加入玻璃纤维和消泡剂,搅拌均匀;在B料浆中通入压缩空气;将A份料浆倒入模板中,刮平后倒入B份料浆,静置干燥后得到基层板;粘接剂的制作;将乙丙橡胶粉份、聚丙烯份、轻质碳酸钙份、抗氧剂、着色剂份按比例加入密闭式高速混料机进行混合高速搅拌;将处理好的原料导入挤出机中经共混捏合挤出;将粘结剂倒入基层板表面,刮平后,镀铝薄膜朝下铺上软性层,冷却后得到装饰板。该装饰板具有强度大、使用寿命长,耐高温、低温等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑装饰板的生产方法。
背景技术
目前广泛使用的外墙装饰板为铝塑板或者石材板,这两种装饰板都属于刚性装饰板,在一些特殊的地方,需要设置软性材料,比如幼儿园外墙墙裙,为了避免幼儿园的学生在玩耍中的磕碰,需要设置为软性材料包覆,现有技术中多采用人造革包覆海绵,这种材料不防水,经日晒雨淋后很快会老化,使用寿命及其短。而且这种包覆材料将一面墙全部围住,外观不好看。
发明内容
针对现有技术中问题和不足,本发明提供一种软性建筑装饰板的生产方法,该生产方法生产出来的软性建筑装饰板具有外观美观、使用寿命长等优点。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种软性建筑装饰板的生产方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)基层的制备:将灰泥、三偏磷酸钠、玉米淀粉按照100:0.03:1的重量比例混合,再加入上述混合物重量1.1倍的水,混合后搅拌均匀,然后将其分为A,B两份料浆;
2)在A份料浆中加入占整个A份重量0.5%的玻璃纤维和占整个A份重量0.02%的消泡剂,搅拌均匀;
3)对B份料浆继续搅拌,搅拌的过程中在B份料浆中通入压缩空气,使得B份中的料浆充满气泡;
4)将A份料浆倒入模板中,刮平后倒入B份料浆,再将B份料浆表面刮平,模板中A份料浆和B份料浆的厚度比为4:1;静置干燥后得到基层板;
5)粘接剂的制作:按重量份,沥青20份、活化胶粉35份、碳酸钙15份、石油树脂15份;将沥青加入反应釜中升温至200℃熔化完全,在保持温度恒定的条件下加入活化胶粉搅拌120min,然后加入石油树脂,降温至150℃后加入碳酸钙,搅拌60min后保温待用;
6)制备软性层:按重量份,将乙丙橡胶粉20份、聚丙烯10份、轻质碳酸钙15份、抗氧剂0.1份、着色剂2份按比例加入密闭式高速混料机进行混合,混合温度为90℃,高速搅拌3min;将处理好的原料导入挤出机中经110℃共混捏合,180~200℃挤出;
7)将步骤5中的粘结剂倒入基层板表面,刮平后,镀铝薄膜朝下铺上软性层,冷却后得到装饰板。
现有技术中并没有与本发明方案相同或者相近的方案,独特的通过在石膏基层板基础上涂覆软性树脂材料得到,本发明主要的特点在于:
1、基层板分为上下两层,分别由A、B料浆得到,A料浆中加入了玻璃纤维,使得基层板的下层作为结构层具有足够的强度,加入消泡剂的作用是使下层致密,进一步提高强度;B料浆中通入压缩气体,使得基层板的上层表面充满孔洞,粘接剂能够渗入这些孔洞中,提高粘结强度。对比发现,设置有B料浆的基层板和软性层之间的粘结强度远高于没有B料浆的情况,至少高了30%。
2、玉米淀粉和三偏磷酸钠的加入使得基层的强度增加了20%以上。
3、软性层具有耐高温防水性,在风吹日晒的环境下不易老化,在申请人已经进行的二年试验中未发现有老化现象。
4、软性层在低温下仍旧不变硬。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种软性建筑装饰板的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
1)基层的制备:将灰泥、三偏磷酸钠、玉米淀粉按照100:0.03:1的重量比例混合,再加入上述混合物重量1.1倍的水,混合后搅拌均匀,然后将其分为A,B两份料浆;
2)在A份料浆中加入占整个A份重量0.5%的玻璃纤维和占整个A份重量0.02%的消泡剂,搅拌均匀;
3)对B份料浆继续搅拌,搅拌的过程中在B份料浆中通入压缩空气,使得B份中的料浆充满气泡;
4)将A份料浆倒入模板中,刮平后倒入B份料浆,再将B份料浆表面刮平,模板中A份料浆和B份料浆的厚度比为4:1;静置干燥后得到基层板;
5)粘接剂的制作:按重量份,沥青20份、活化胶粉35份、碳酸钙15份、石油树脂15份;将沥青加入反应釜中升温至200℃熔化完全,在保持温度恒定的条件下加入活化胶粉搅拌120min,然后加入石油树脂,降温至150℃后加入碳酸钙,搅拌60min后保温待用;
6)制备软性层:按重量份,将乙丙橡胶粉20份、聚丙烯10份、轻质碳酸钙15份、抗氧剂0.1份、着色剂2份按比例加入密闭式高速混料机进行混合,混合温度为90℃,高速搅拌3-10min;将处理好的原料导入挤出机中经110~180℃共混捏合,180~200℃挤出,同时将软性层的底面覆合镀铝薄膜;
7)将步骤5中的粘结剂倒入基层板表面,刮平后,镀铝薄膜朝下铺上软性层,冷却后得到装饰板。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种软性建筑装饰板的生产方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)基层的制备:将灰泥、三偏磷酸钠、玉米淀粉按照100:0.03:1的重量比例混合,再加入上述混合物重量1.1倍的水,混合后搅拌均匀,然后将其分为A,B两份料浆;
2)在A份料浆中加入占整个A份重量0.5%的玻璃纤维和占整个A份重量0.02%的消泡剂,搅拌均匀;
3)对B份料浆继续搅拌,搅拌的过程中在B份料浆中通入压缩空气,使得B份中的料浆充满气泡;
4)将A份料浆倒入模板中,刮平后倒入B份料浆,再将B份料浆表面刮平,模板中A份料浆和B份料浆的厚度比为4:1;静置干燥后得到基层板;
