Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型的发泡木塑墙板及其制备方法,其制备方法即通过复合粘贴的工艺,首先将高分子塑料、生物基材料、无机阻燃剂、发泡剂混合均匀,通过板材挤出机挤出发泡木塑板材。然后在板材表面涂覆胶水作为基材,再取同样尺寸的铝板或镀锌板,粘贴在基材表面。本发明的发泡木塑墙板,在保证墙板隔断功能的前提下,力学强度、保温、隔音、防水、阻燃性能也有所提升,可降低成本且符合可持续发展的环保需求。其制备方法简单、易实现产业化,可裁切用于各种情况下的室内墙板。

Description

一种新型的发泡木塑墙板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及墙板领域,尤其涉及一种新型的发泡木塑墙板及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统的建筑墙板大都采用钢筋混凝土或砖砌而成。随着我国的建筑业的飞速发展,各种墙板应运而生,包括木塑板、木胶板、彩钢瓦、钢板等。木塑板虽具有绿色环保等优点,但作为墙板时强度不够,而粘贴钢板增强时,墙板重量进一步加大,所以本发明在发泡木塑板材外粘贴质地较轻的铝板或镀锌板作为墙板。在达到墙板隔断功能的同时,隔音、防水、阻燃以及保温效果提升显著。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种新型的发泡木塑墙板,以改善上述传统墙板保温、阻燃、隔音、防水问题
本发明所解决的技术问题采用如下技术方案来实现:
一种新型的发泡木塑墙板,包括基材与面材,面材粘贴在基材表面
其配方及制备工艺采用如下步骤:步骤一:将高分子材料、无机阻燃剂、发泡剂、生物基材料于混合机中混合,挤出发泡板材,作为基材;步骤二:在步骤一中所制备的发泡木塑板材
优选的,所述的面材为铝板或镀锌板,可粘贴上、下表面,粘贴上表面还是下表面、是否两面均需粘贴均取决于实际需要
优选的,所述的发泡木塑墙板可裁切,且在墙板四周围有固定锁扣,实际使用时可用于塑料或金属“工”字加装固定
与现有技术相比,本发明所提供的制备发泡木塑墙板的原材料及制备方法所获得的发泡木塑墙板,在保证其力学强度的同时,能够隔音、防水、保温、阻燃并且绿色环保,顺应可持续发展的趋势。该发泡木塑墙板后期可以在其面层进行热塑性或粘贴图纸进行图案处理,以增加美观性。此外,微量或者少量的功能性助剂,例如增塑剂、抗氧剂、着色剂、热稳定剂等不会影响该发泡木塑墙板的基本工艺及性能

具体实施方式
实施例1
根据实际情况称取聚丙烯10Kg、镁粉2kg、发泡剂0.5kg、木粉5kg,共混,挤出20mm厚发泡板材。在其上、下表面涂覆胶水。取两块2mm厚铝板,分别粘贴于发泡板材两面。最后通过双辊进行压制以增加板材粘接牢固性,加装固定用锁扣。所得板材裁剪成方形模板,以方便施工运输
实施例2
根据实际情况称取聚氯乙烯10Kg、镁粉5kg、发泡剂0.4kg、竹粉5kg,共混,挤出10mm厚发泡板材。在其上表面涂覆胶水。取一块2mm厚铝板,分别粘贴于发泡板材两面。最后通过双辊进行压制以增加板材粘接牢固性,加装固定用锁扣。所得板材裁剪成方形模板,以方便施工运输
实施例3
根据实际情况称取聚氯乙烯10Kg、镁粉3kg、发泡剂0.5kg、秸秆粉5kg,共混,挤出10mm厚发泡板材。在其上、下表面涂覆胶水。取两块2mm厚镀锌板,分别粘贴于发泡板材两面。最后通过双辊进行压制以增加板材粘接牢固性,加装固定用锁扣。所得板材裁剪成方形模板,以方便施工运输
实施例4
根据实际情况称取聚氯乙烯10Kg、镁粉4kg、发泡剂0.3kg、木粉6kg,共混,挤出15mm厚发泡板材。在其上表面涂覆胶水。取一块2mm厚镀锌板,分别粘贴于发泡板材两面。最后通过双辊进行压制以增加板材粘接牢固性,加装固定用锁扣。所得板材裁剪成方形模板,以方便施工运输
由此可见,本发明提供的发泡木塑墙板及其制备方法具有以下优点:
(1)所述发泡木塑墙板,可以通过热塑的方法在表面增加图案以增强美观性
(2)本发明所提供的发泡木塑墙板,既可达到较高的强度,还具备增强保温、阻燃、隔音
(3)本发明所提供的发泡木塑墙板,由于将木塑板材进行发泡,墙板质地变轻,可降低运输成本
(4)本发明所用的发泡高分子材料可以是聚丁二酸丁二醇酯等可降解塑料,对环境保护有较大贡献
(5)本发明提供的发泡木塑墙板可定制化生产,可裁切,且根据实际需要是否粘贴单面还是双面铝板或镀锌板,其制备方法工艺简单、生产周期短,易于实现产业化生产,可用于各所属领域的普通技术人员应当理解:以上所述仅为本发明的具体实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (12)

1.一种新型的发泡木塑墙板,其特征在于,包括如下各组份:高分子塑料、生物基材料、无机阻燃剂、发泡剂、胶水、铝板或镀锌板
面材组分用量为:
铝板或镀锌板 1块或2块
基材各组分用量 (质量份数):
高分子塑料 100
生物基材料 10~60
无机阻燃剂 5~80
发泡剂 3~8
“工”字支撑支架据需而定
胶水用量视板材面积而定,以均匀涂覆板材表面为准。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高分子塑料,其特征在于,所述的高分子塑料包括聚丙烯(PP)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)等工业生产中常见的塑料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的生物基材料,其特征在于,所述的生物基材料为木粉、竹粉、秸秆粉、淀粉、藻类等生物基材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无机阻燃剂,其特征在于,所述的无机阻燃剂为氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝等无机阻燃剂中的一种或多种复配。
5.根据权利要求1所述的发泡剂,其特征在于,所述的发泡剂包括偶氮化合物、N-亚硝基化合物、酰肼类化合物以及复配发泡剂等工业生产中常见的发泡剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的铝板或镀锌板,其特征在于,所述的铝板或镀锌板,可粘贴上、下表面,粘贴上表面还是下表面、是否两面均需粘贴均取决于实际需要。
7.根据权利要求1所述的胶水,其特征在于,所述的胶水包括PUR胶水、双组份胶水等各种可粘贴胶水。
8.根据权利要求1~7所述的发泡木塑墙板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:步骤一:将高分子材料、无机阻燃剂、发泡剂、生物基材料于混合机中混合,挤出发泡板材,作为基材;步骤二:在步骤一中所制备的发泡木塑板材表面均涂覆胶水,将铝板或镀锌板粘贴于其表面,压实。
9.根据权利要求8所述的发泡木塑墙板,其特征在于,发泡木塑板材部分跨度为3~150mm。
10.根据权利要求8所述的发泡木塑墙板,其特征在于,铝板或镀锌板的厚度各为0.1~1.5mm。
11.根据权利要求8~10所述的发泡木塑墙板,其特征在于,其表面可以增加花纹变成各种图案,也可以粘贴贴纸等增加板材的美观性。
12.根据权利要求8~11所述的发泡木塑墙板,其特征在于,板材可裁切,且其周边安装有锁扣孔或卡扣,用于后期加装塑料或金属“工”字支架固定用。
