Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型的木塑模板及其制备方法,其制备方法即通过夹芯复合的工艺,首先压制聚丙烯、生物基材料以及镁粉共混的普通木塑板,作为面层,再粘贴在木质板材两面,制备新型的木塑模板。本发明新型的木塑模板,若选用可降解高分子塑料,可保证材料完全降解。另外,在保证力学强度的前提下,模板韧性、抗菌、防水、导热性等性能也有所提升,可降低成本且符合可持续发展的环保需求。其制备方法简单、易实现产业化,可广泛用于各种情况下的建筑模板。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑模板领域,尤其涉及一种新型的木塑模板及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着我国的建筑业的飞速发展,各种建筑模板的价格也随市场价格逐步攀升,建筑施工企业大量使用的模板占工程造价的比例也越来越大,给本来竞争激烈、利润微薄的建筑施工企业带来更大的挑战。木塑模板凭借无辐射、无有害气的挥发释放、可回收再利用,绿色环保等优点受到各企业的欢迎,但依然存在韧性差、易燃、导热性差等缺点。
本发明涉及一种新型的木塑模板的制备,该方法采用夹芯复和的工艺,以木质板材为芯,两面粘贴木塑板材。本发明所制备的木塑模板韧性好,导热性增强,阻燃,防水,抗菌。在建筑模板领域有很好的应用前景。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于将木塑板材与木质板材进行粘贴,形成“三明治”夹芯板材,工艺简单,所制备的木塑模板能有效应用于工业化生产中。
基于上述目的,本发明制备的木塑模板,由以下材料按照组成:生物基材料,聚丙烯,阻燃剂,木质板材,胶水。
优选的,所述的生物基材料为木粉、竹粉、秸秆粉等生物基材料。
优选的,所述的阻燃剂为氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝等无机阻燃材料中的一种多种复配。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了如下技术方案,其包括如下步骤:步骤一:生物基材料与高分子材料于高速混合机中混合5-20min,熔融共混,压制成板材,作为面层;步骤二:在木质板材两面分别涂覆胶水,作为芯层;步骤三:在步骤一中所制备的板材粘贴于步骤二中的木质板材两面,并压实。
从上面所述可以看出,根据本发明提供的制备木塑模板的原材料及制燃,防水,增强导热性,并且绿色环保,顺应可持续发展的趋势。该木塑模板后期可以在其面层进行热塑性或粘贴图纸进行图案处理,以增加美观性。此外,微量或者少量的功能性助剂,例如抗氧剂、着色剂、热稳定剂等不会影响该木塑模板的基本工艺及性能。

具体实施方式
实施例1
称取聚丙烯10Kg、木粉10Kg共混,压制成10mm厚木塑片材。取一块20mm厚木质板材,在两面分别涂覆胶水,然后将木塑片材粘贴于木质板材两面。最后通过双辊进行压制以增加板材牢固性。所得板材裁剪成方形模板,以方便施工运输。
实施例2
称取聚丙烯10Kg、竹粉10Kg共混,压制成8mm厚木塑片材。取一块15mm厚木质板材,在两面分别涂覆胶水,然后将木塑片材粘贴于木质板材两面。最后通过双辊进行压制以增加板材牢固性。所得板材裁剪成方形模板,以方便施工运输。
实施例3
称取聚氯乙烯10Kg、木粉2Kg共混,压制成15mm厚木塑片材。取一块30mm厚木质板材,在两面分别涂覆胶水,然后将木塑片材粘贴于木质板材两面。最后通过双辊进行压制以增加板材牢固性。所得板材裁剪成方形模板,以方便施工运输。
实施例4
称取聚丙烯10Kg、秸秆粉10Kg共混,压制成5mm厚木塑片材。取一块15mm厚木质板材,在两面分别涂覆胶水,然后将木塑片材粘贴于木质板材两面。最后通过双辊进行压制以增加板材牢固性。所得板材裁剪成方形模板,以方便施工运输。
由此可见,本发明提供的木塑模板及其制备方法具有以下优点:
(1)所述木塑模板,可以裁剪成各种需要的形状,并且可以通过热塑的方法在表面增加图案以增强美观性。
(2)本发明所提供的木塑模板,既可达到较好的韧性,还具备增强导热性、阻燃、防水、抗菌等特性。
(3)本专利所用的生物基材料来源广泛,可以从树木、秸秆、木糠或棉花等绿色植物体内提取改性,资源丰富,可避免石化原料所带来的不良后果,符合环保要求。
(4)本发明提供的木塑模板的制备方法工艺简单、生产周期短,易于实现产业化生产,可用于各种建筑模板。

Claims (9)
1.一种木塑模板,其特征在于,包括如下各组份:聚丙烯、生物基材料、镁粉、木质板材、胶水。
面层组分用量为(质量比):
聚丙烯 100
生物基材料 100
阻燃剂 1-200
芯层各组分用量(质量比):
木质板材 尺寸据需而定
胶水用量视板材面积而定,以均匀涂覆板材表面为准。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生物基材料,其特征在于,所述的生物基材料包括木粉、竹粉、秸秆粉等生物基材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃剂,其特征在于,所述的阻燃剂为氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝等无机阻燃材料中的一种多种复配。
4.根据权利要求1所述的胶水,其特征在于,所述的胶水包括PUR胶水、双组份胶水等各种可粘贴胶水。
5.根据权利要求1~4所述的木塑模板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:步骤一:生物基材料与高分子材料于高速混合机中混合5-20min,熔融共混,压制成板材,作为面层;步骤二:在木质板材两面分别涂覆胶水,作为芯层;步骤三:在步骤一中所制备的板材粘贴于步骤二中的木质板材两面,并压实。
6.根据权利要求5所述的木塑模板,其特征在于,所述的夹芯板部分跨度为3~30mm,参照附图1。
7.根据权利要求5所述的木塑模板,其特征在于,所述的上、下面层板材厚度各为1~15mm,参照附图1。
8.根据权利要求5~7所述的木塑模板,其特征在于,所述的模板形状可以是方形、矩形、波浪形等各种形状的板材。
9.根据权利要求5~8所述的木塑模板,其特征在于,所述的模板表面可以增加花纹变成各种图案,也可以粘贴贴纸等增加板材的美观性。
