本发明涉及纤维染色技术领域，尤其是一种厂丝、棉混纺纤维的同色性染色方法，首先将厂丝、棉混纺纤维和水加入染缸，然后加温至40℃，加入助剂，10min后再加入染料，10min后开始升温；以1℃/min的速度升温至80℃，保温30min，然后以1℃/min的速度降温至60℃，保温30min，最后排水出缸。本发明所得到的一种厂丝、棉混纺纤维的同色性染色方法，染色的同色性好，两种材料上着色均匀，稳定性高，而且不易产生色花等现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及纤维染色技术领域，尤其是一种厂丝、棉混纺纤维的同色性染色方法。
背景技术
对于混纺纤维的染色同色性难度大，容易出现染色不均等现象。而且现有的技术中，对于厂丝、棉两种材料的混纺纤维由于两种材料的性能差距较大，造成其同色性染色难度大，目前无法达到一致的同色性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种厂丝、棉混纺纤维的同色性染色方法，其染色均匀性好。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所设计的一种厂丝、棉混纺纤维的同色性染色方法，首先将厂丝、棉混纺纤维和水加入染缸，然后加温至40℃，加入助剂，10min后再加入染料，10min后开始升温；以1℃/min的速度升温至80℃，保温30min，然后以1℃/min的速度降温至60℃，保温30min，最后排水出缸。其中所使用的染料、助剂均为本领域的常规技术配方。
本发明所得到的一种厂丝、棉混纺纤维的同色性染色方法，染色的同色性好，两种材料上着色均匀，稳定性高，而且不易产生色花等现象。

下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1：
本实施例描述的一种厂丝、棉混纺纤维的同色性染色方法，首先将厂丝、棉混纺纤维和水加入染缸，然后加温至40℃，加入助剂，10min后再加入染料，10min后开始升温；以1℃/min的速度升温至80℃，保温30min，然后以1℃/min的速度降温至60℃，保温30min，最后排水出缸。
