技术领域
本发明涉及混纺织物,具体涉及咖啡碳纤维和莱竹纤维混纺织物,属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
咖啡碳纤维(Coffee Carbon Fiber)是利用喝完咖啡后剩下的咖啡渣,经煅烧后制成晶体,再研磨成纳米粉体,加入到涤纶纤维中,生产出功能性涤纶纤维——咖啡碳纤维,其主要功能是抑菌除臭、发散负离子和抗紫外线、蓄热保温、低碳环保的功能和特色,其碳排放比竹碳减少48%,比椰碳减少85%。
莱竹纤维,采用无毒的N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物(NMMO)作为溶剂,无任何化学反应,无废水废气排放,不含对人体有害的化学残留物,是环保绿色的再生纤维素纤维。莱竹纤维性能突出,集天然纤维与合成纤维优良性能于一身:棉纤维的舒适、聚酯纤维的强度、粘胶纤维的悬垂、蚕丝的柔软、光泽和高贵,同时还具有天然抑菌杀菌功能,废弃物可生物降解。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供光泽好、色牢度高的咖啡碳纤维和莱竹纤维混纺织物及其染整加工的工艺。
咖啡碳纤维和莱竹纤维织物,以咖啡碳纤维和莱竹纤维为原料,其中咖啡碳纤维和莱竹纤维的重量百分比为咖啡碳纤维:莱竹纤维=30%:40%。
咖啡碳纤维和莱竹纤维织物的加工方法,利用常规方法织造后经过预定型、酶退浆、氧漂、染色、定型工序得到成品,具体将包括以下步骤:
(1)预定型:浸轧柔软液预定型,温度为100℃,时间为2分钟;
(2)酶退浆:退浆液中含有3g/L的氢氧化钠,1g/L中性淀粉酶50℃浸轧,堆置30分钟,然后水洗退浆,浸轧率为65%;
(3)氧漂:退浆后的织物放入双氧水混合溶液中氧漂,浸轧90℃汽蒸,堆置20分钟,60℃热水充分水洗;
(4)染色:采用低温型分散染料染色,染色温度45℃;
(5)定型:浸轧柔软液,将织物放入5g/L的亲水性氨基硅柔软剂进行浸轧热定型,浸轧后的织物于85℃烘干,然后拉复定型。

2.咖啡碳纤维和莱竹纤维织物的加工方法,其特征在于:常规方法织造后经过预定型、酶退浆、氧漂、染色、定型工序得到成品,具体将包括以下步骤:
(1)预定型:浸轧柔软液预定型,温度为100℃,时间为2分钟;
(2)酶退浆:退浆液中含有3g/L的氢氧化钠,1g/L中性淀粉酶50℃浸轧,堆置30分钟,然后水洗退浆,浸轧率为65%;
