Abstract
本发明的提供了一种水性印刷电路板清洗剂及其制备方法,该清洗剂制备简单、成本低廉,对电子设备污垢具有较好的溶解性能,且不含破坏大气环境的物质,健康环保,适用于电子元件的清洗,尤其是有残留胶痕的电子元件和助焊剂残留物污染的印刷电路板的清洗。

技术领域
本发明涉及水性印刷电路板清洗剂及其制备方法,适用于电子元件的清洗,尤其是有残留胶痕的电子元件和助焊剂残留物污染的印刷电路板的清洗。
背景技术
电子元器件在组装前需要把表面的胶痕、助焊剂残留等污物除去,如果里面的污垢清除不干净,有可能会导致短路、腐蚀等问题,影响电路板的正常运行。目前多数电路板清洁剂都是以含氟有机物制作而成的,其中使用的最广泛的是1,1,2-三氯三氟乙烷(简称CFC-113)。CFC-113作为清洗溶剂,具有适度的溶解性能、良好的选择性、低粘度、低表面张力、高浸润性、快干性等优点,而且具有不燃、低毒、低腐蚀、化学与热稳定等特征,所以特别适合应用于电子、电机、精密机械、树脂加工及精密光学等元器件的清洗。
但以CFC-113等含氟化合物作为电路板清洁剂不仅成本高,而且污染环境,尤其对臭氧层的破坏较大,有害人体健康,所以发达国家己于1996年1月1日对其禁止使用,我国也在2006年完全淘汰了CFC-113的使用。本发明的目的在于提供了一种水性印刷电路板清洗剂及其制备方法,该清洗剂制备简单、成本低廉,对电子设备污垢具有较好的溶解性能,且不含破坏大气环境的物质,健康环保,适用于电子元件的清洗,尤其是有残留胶痕的电子元件和助焊剂残留物污染的印刷电路板的清洗。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明公开的一种水性印刷电路板清洗剂,由下列重量份的原料制成:
九氟丁基甲醚10-20份、含氟醇1-5份、乙醇15-20份、二甲苯磺酸钠1-2份、聚丙烯酸钠2-3份、EDTA二钠3-4份、三乙醇胺1-2份、焦磷酸四钾1-2、去离子水80-100份。
其具体制备方法为:将九氟丁基甲醚、含氟醇、乙醇加入密闭容器内,在常温常压下搅拌30分钟。然后加入二甲苯磺酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠、EDTA二钠、三乙醇胺、焦磷酸四钾、去离子水,继续混合搅拌30分钟,最后得到所需清洗剂产品。
本发明的关键点为清洗剂配方及其比例。
本发明的水性清洗剂,制备方法简单,成本低廉,对电子设备污垢具有较好的溶解性能,清洗效果很好,无腐蚀性,不易损坏印刷电路板上的电子器件,各项参数性能都可以和CFC-113含氟清洗剂匹敌,并且成分中避免使用可破坏大气环境的含氟的有机物,对人体健康无不利影响,具有绿色环保、安全高效的特点。此外,本发明的助剂能够在电路板表面形成保护膜,隔绝空气,防止大气中水及其它分子腐蚀电路板,抗氧化,防短路,可保持清洁度的持续性,提高了电路板的后续使用性能。
Claims (2)
1.一种水性印刷电路板清洗剂,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:九氟丁基甲醚10-20份、含氟醇1-5份、乙醇15-20份、二甲苯磺酸钠1-2份、聚丙烯酸钠2-3份、EDTA二钠3-4份、三乙醇胺1-2份、焦磷酸四钾1-2份、去离子水80-100份。
2.制备权利要求1所述的水性印刷电路板清洗剂的方法,其特征在于,依次包括下述步骤:将九氟丁基甲醚、含氟醇、乙醇加入密闭容器内,在常温常压下搅拌30分钟;然后加入二甲苯磺酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠、EDTA二钠、三乙醇胺、焦磷酸四钾、去离子水,继续混合搅拌30分钟,最后得到所需清洗剂产品。
