本发明公开了一种太阳能电池丝网印刷工艺用清洗液,由C3~C12醚、C3~C9酯、C2~C5醇、C5~C18的醇醚化合物、添加剂组成。本发明是适用于太阳能电池行业的溶剂型清洗液,特别适合清洗金属浆料,树脂,油污及印刷设备,清洗高效,污染小,毒性及对人体损害小,清洗后干燥快,无残留印痕。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种太阳能电池行业的清洗剂,特别适合清洗金属浆料,树脂,油污及印刷设备的溶剂型清洗液。
背景技术:
目前,太阳能电池行业发展迅速,尽管08年底开始的金融危机对太阳能电池行业的影响十分显著,但在国内及国际上,太阳能产业及附属产业的发展势头不减。同时,人体健康和环境保护越来越成为社会和国家关注的重点。当前各国都在发展太阳能光电及光热产业以减少污染排放,改善生态环境及大气环境。当前太阳能产业的发展已经严格限制电池制备过程中的污水和废气排放以及金属化电极中铅的含量,但同时浆料印刷过程中的错印、瑕疵和网版都需要及时进行快速有效的清洗。现在使用的清洗剂大部分为含酮类的强极性溶剂,不仅挥发点低对人体有较大的侵入伤害、有爆炸危险,且溶剂极性大、溶解力强所带来的操作上也十分危险。
酮类溶剂一般都是易爆炸溶剂,遇高温,高热等环境危险系数较高,且化学性质比较活泼,能起卤代、加成和缩合等反应,因此在接触此类溶剂的过程中,侵入皮肤的危险性很大,特别是眼睛和口腔粘膜。当前多数供应太阳能电池企业的网版清洗液都含有多数常用酮类,如甲乙酮和异福尔酮等,这些溶剂的极性和强溶解能力能够穿透6层PE乳胶手套,使之粘连并透过手套损伤皮肤,且气味大,对人体伤害大。而本发明所用溶液对同类乳胶手套无明显渗入及溶解粘连作用,且气味小(挥发温度较高),对人体及环境友好。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种清洗高效,污染小,毒性及对人体损害小,清洗后干燥快,无残留印痕的太阳能电池丝网印刷工艺用清洗液。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种太阳能电池丝网印刷工艺用清洗液,其特征是:由下列体积百分比的成分组成:
C3~C12醚              1~30%
C3~C9酯               1~30%
C2~C5醇               10~60%
C5~C18的醇醚化合物    10~55%
添加剂                 0~5%。
醚是直链或支链醚,酯为脂肪酸酯或芳香族衍生物,醇为一元醇,醇醚化合物为小分子多元醇的低聚体。
添加剂为含络合剂、表面活性剂的混合物。
本发明是适用于太阳能电池行业的溶剂型清洗液,特别适合清洗金属浆料,树脂,油污及印刷设备,清洗高效,污染小,毒性及对人体损害小,清洗后干燥快,无残留印痕。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:
一种太阳能电池丝网印刷工艺用清洗液,由下列体积百分比的成分混合组成:
异丙醚                  2%
乙酸乙酯或乙酸正丁酯    5%
乙醇                    20%~50%
丁醇                    10%~30%
乙二醇丙醚(或二乙二醇乙醚或丙二醇乙醚)    30%~50%
添加剂                  3%
其中添加剂是由EDTA与EO-PO-EO三嵌段共聚物所组成的混合液,且EDTA与EO-PO-EO三嵌段共聚物的体积比为1∶2。
实施例2:
一种太阳能电池丝网印刷工艺用清洗液,由下列体积百分比的成分组成:
C3~C12醚  1~30%(例1%、15%、30%)
C3~C9酯   1~30%(例1%、15%、30%)
C2~C5醇   10~60%(例10%、35%、60%)
C5~C18的醇醚化合物10~55%(例10%、30%、55%)
添加剂0~5%。(例0%、3%、5%)
上述各组分用量之和为100%。醚是直链或支链醚,酯为脂肪酸酯或芳香族衍生物,醇为一元醇,醇醚化合物为小分子多元醇的低聚体。添加剂为含络合剂、表面活性剂的混合物。

1.一种太阳能电池丝网印刷工艺用清洗液,其特征是:由下列体积百分比的成分组成:
C3~C12醚                   1~30%
C3~C9酯                    1~30%
C2~C5醇                    10~60%
C5~C18的醇醚化合物         10~55%
添加剂                      0~5%;
所述醚是直链或支链醚,酯为脂肪酸酯或芳香族衍生物,醇为一元醇,醇醚化合物为小分子多元醇的低聚体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池丝网印刷工艺用清洗液,其特征是:添加剂为含络合剂、表面活性剂的混合物。
