本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种新型耐酸沥青漆。
背景技术
沥青漆以煤焦油沥青以及煤焦油为主要原料,加入稀释剂、改性剂、催干剂等有机溶剂组成。主要原料的配比一般因气候、温度、使用环境不同而不同,改性剂的使用按需求不同而添加。
沥青漆是一种适用于高温、化学、空气污染及海边盐分高等易于腐蚀环境之钢铁结构、电化铁路系统、船舶、桥梁及各类镀锌器材铁管、浪板、镀锌钢架构造物的防护涂料,目前市面上的沥青漆多用于地下管道防腐工程,存在抗腐蚀性能差、耐热性差、干燥时间长、耐候性能较差等缺陷。

本发明针对现有技术存在的问题,提供了一种新型耐酸沥青漆,解决了现有技术中存在的上述问题。本发明的新型耐酸沥青漆,具有抗腐蚀性能好、耐热性好、干燥时间短、耐候性能较好等特点;生产成本低廉,生产工艺简单,适合批量生产,可推广应用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种新型耐酸沥青漆,由以下重量份数的组分:
石油沥青40-55份、环氧树脂10-20份、石墨粉20-25份、成膜剂5-10份、玻璃鳞片10-15份、渗透剂6-10份、乳化剂1-3份、环烷酸锌2-6份、防腐剂2-3份、去离子水10-15份配置而成。
进一步的,该新型耐酸沥青漆是由以下重量份数的组分组成:
石油沥青50份、环氧树脂16.5份、石墨粉22份、成膜剂7.5份、玻璃鳞12份、渗透剂8份、乳化剂1.5份、环烷酸锌4.5份、防腐剂2份、去离子水13份。
进一步的,该新型耐酸沥青漆是由以下重量份数的组分组成:
石油沥青55份、环氧树脂20份、石墨粉25份、成膜剂10份、玻璃鳞片15份、渗透剂10份、乳化剂3份、环烷酸锌6份、防腐剂3份、去离子水15份。

一种新型耐酸沥青漆,包括以下重量份数的组分:
石油沥青55份、环氧树脂20份、石墨粉25份、成膜剂10份、玻璃鳞片15份、渗透剂10份、乳化剂3份、环烷酸锌6份、防腐剂3份、去离子水15份。
