一种应用于耐高温强酸场合的乙烯基玻璃鳞片涂料,包括质量配比为100:1~3:0.5~1的主剂,固化剂和促进剂三部分;主剂包括以下重量份的组分:乙烯基树脂:32.0-38.0份,增塑剂:2.0-4.8份,消泡剂:0.1-0.2份,脱泡剂:0.1-0.2份,防沉剂:1.0-1.5份,防流挂剂:2.0-3.2份,玻璃鳞片:30.49-50.4份,溶剂:10.00-20.00份;固化剂的组成为:过氧化甲乙酮;促进剂的组成为:异辛酸钴。本发明涂料具备广泛的耐化学品性能、耐热酸(如醋酸等有机酸)性能,在40℃条件下浸泡20wt%盐酸,20wt%醋酸,60wt%硫酸半年后板面不起泡和脱落。还公开了上述涂料的制备方法。

Description

应用于耐高温强酸场合的乙烯基玻璃鳞片涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种应用于耐高温强酸场合的乙烯基玻璃鳞片涂料及其制备方法。 
背景技术
现有技术中公开了一种玻璃鳞片防腐蚀涂料的制备方法,它由环氧树脂、玻璃鳞片、溶剂、钛酸酯偶联剂、改性胺固化剂组成。还有一种技术公开了一种玻璃鳞片胶泥涂料,包括乙烯基酯树脂、玻璃鳞片和添加剂组成,用于烟气脱硫防腐要求高的场所。还有一种技术提出祛湿烟气脱硫设备防腐的乙烯基酯树脂玻璃鳞片面涂涂料,具有抗介质渗透性和抗温变性。这些玻璃鳞片防腐蚀涂料在施工时大部分要在钢铁虎其他金属基材表面涂装底漆以增加防腐蚀性能,防止涂层与基材界面处发生腐蚀。这些底漆可以是环氧无锌底漆、环氧磷酸锌底漆、环氧锌黄防锈漆、无机富锌漆等。底漆的施工增加了施工成本、延长了工期。另外,有时由于施工问题,底漆与玻璃鳞片防腐蚀涂料之间还会发生脱层,影响涂料对基材的保护性能。 
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有良好的防腐蚀性且不易起泡和脱落的应用于耐高温强酸场合的乙烯基玻璃鳞片涂料。 
本发明还提供一种应用于耐高温强酸场合的乙烯基玻璃鳞片涂料的制备方法。 
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是: 
一种应用于耐高温强酸场合的乙烯基玻璃鳞片涂料,包括主剂,固化剂和促进剂三部分,三者的质量配比为100:1~3:0.5~1;主剂包括以下重量份的组分:乙烯基树脂:32.0-38.0份,增塑剂:2.0-4.8份,消泡剂:0.1-0.2份,脱泡剂:0.1-0.2份,防沉剂:1.0-1.5份,防流挂剂:2.0-3.2份,玻璃鳞 片:30.49-50.4份,溶剂:10.00-20.00份;固化剂的组成为:过氧化甲乙酮;促进剂的组成为:异辛酸钴。 
优选的,所述的乙烯基树脂为以酚醛为主要结构的乙烯基树脂。 
优选的,所述的玻璃鳞片的粒径为90~1200,其厚度为2~30μm。 
优选的,所述的增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯。 
一种所述的应用于耐高温强酸场合的乙烯基玻璃鳞片涂料的制备方法,将主剂中各成分添加到反应釜中搅拌均匀,升温至30-40°,保温40分钟,冷却到常温,加入固化剂和促进剂继续搅拌均匀即制得。 
本发明的有益效果为:本发明主要应用于工业上高温耐酸以及广泛的耐化学品的恶劣环境要求,包括有酚醛改性乙烯基树脂,溶剂,玻璃鳞片,固化剂,促进剂的防腐涂料及其制备方法。由主剂,固化剂,促进剂三组分混合后得到乙烯基玻璃鳞片重防腐涂料。此种涂料具备广泛的耐化学品性能,更具有优异的耐热酸性能,尤其是对于醋酸等有机酸的防护。在一些化学品储罐、化工厂管道等领域起着重要的防护作用。本发明在40℃条件下浸泡20wt%盐酸,20wt%醋酸,60wt%硫酸半年后板面没有任何起泡和脱落现象。

实施例1: 
本发明是一种应用于耐高温强酸场合的乙烯基玻璃鳞片涂料,包括主剂,固化剂和促进剂三部分,三者的质量配比为100:1~3:0.5~1;主剂包括以下重量份的组分:乙烯基树脂:32.0份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯:4.8份,消泡剂:0.1份,脱泡剂:0.2份,防沉剂:1.0份,防流挂剂:3.2份,玻璃鳞片:30.49份,溶剂:20.00份;固化剂的组成为:过氧化甲乙酮;促进剂的组成为:异辛酸钴。 
实施例2: 
一种应用于耐高温强酸场合的乙烯基玻璃鳞片涂料,包括主剂,固化剂和促进剂三部分,三者的质量配比为100:1~3:0.5~1;主剂包括以下重量 份的组分:乙烯基树脂:38.0份,增塑剂:2.0份,消泡剂:0.2份,脱泡剂:0.1份,防沉剂:1.5份,防流挂剂:2.0份,玻璃鳞片:50.4份,溶剂:10.00份;固化剂的组成为:过氧化甲乙酮;促进剂的组成为:异辛酸钴。 
实施例3: 
一种应用于耐高温强酸场合的乙烯基玻璃鳞片涂料,包括主剂,固化剂和促进剂三部分,三者的质量配比为100:1~3:0.5~1;主剂包括以下重量份的组分:乙烯基树脂:35.0份,增塑剂:3.5份,消泡剂:0.15份,脱泡剂:0.15份,防沉剂:1.3份,防流挂剂:2.8份,玻璃鳞片:40.0份,溶剂:15.0份;固化剂的组成为:过氧化甲乙酮;促进剂的组成为:异辛酸钴。 
所述的乙烯基树脂为以酚醛为主要结构的乙烯基树脂。 
所述的玻璃鳞片的粒径为90~1200,其厚度为2~30μm。 
一种所述的应用于耐高温强酸场合的乙烯基玻璃鳞片涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,将主剂中各成分添加到反应釜中搅拌均匀,升温至30-40°,保温40分钟,冷却到常温,加入固化剂和促进剂继续搅拌均匀即制得。

2.根据权利要求1所述的乙烯基玻璃鳞片涂料,其特征在于,所述的乙烯基树脂为以酚醛为主要结构的乙烯基树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的乙烯基玻璃鳞片涂料,其特征在于,所述的玻璃鳞片的粒径为90~1200,其厚度为2~30μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的乙烯基玻璃鳞片涂料,其特征在于,所述的增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯。
5.一种权利要求1-4中任一项所述的应用于耐高温强酸场合的乙烯基玻璃鳞片涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,将主剂中各成分添加到反应釜中搅拌均匀,升温至30-40°,保温40分钟,冷却到常温,加入固化剂和促进剂继续搅拌均匀即制得。
