Abstract

本发明涉及PU皮革领域,特别涉及一种PU皮革面层组合物。一种PU皮革面层组合物,由如下重量份数的组分组成:聚氨酯树脂50~120份;无机有机粉体材料1~5份;松香酸聚氧乙烯酯12~23份;甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯9~16份;溶剂170~250份。使用本发明的面层组合物的PU皮革具有无毒、防臭、防螨、抑菌、抗菌、防霉、透气、抗静电、保温性好、抗紫外线、耐磨、排湿、防水、排气等优点。而且能够使用者更舒服、更容易打理、价格比真皮面料更低廉。

一种PU皮革面层组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及PU皮革领域,特别涉及一种PU皮革面层组合物。
背景技术
在现有技术当中,消费者往往认为传统PU皮革中基材的纤维结构被PU树脂所覆盖。因此,传统的PU皮革和天然皮革相比,存在透气性差的问题。而天然真皮虽然透气性好,但是不但其防水性差,而且容易发霉,不易打理,一样给使用者造成了很大的困扰。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好透气性的PU皮革面层组合物。
本发明所要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种PU皮革面层组合物,由如下重量份数的组分组成:
聚氨酯树脂50~120份;无机有机粉体材料1~5份;松香酸聚氧乙烯酯12~23份;甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯9~16份;溶剂170~250份。
进一步的,所述无机有机粉体材料化学式为(C16H12N6)(C24H28N2O6)Zn;其中,C16H12N6为4,4'-二(4H-1,2,4-三唑-4-基)-1,1'-联苯基,C24H28N2O6为4,4'-((1,7-二氧杂-4,10-二氮杂环十二烷-4,10-二基)二(亚甲基))二苯甲酸根;所述无机有机粉体材料为三斜晶系,P1空间群,晶胞参数为a=23.568(1) Å,b=22.295(4) Å,c=25.634(4) Å,α=87.183(1) º,β=84.721(7) º,γ=88.326(3) º,V=13469.34(8) Å3
进一步的,所述溶剂为丁酮、二甲基甲酰胺、异丙醇中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述聚氨酯树脂的粘度为1000~1500 CPS。
本发明采用新型的无机有机粉体材料具有较大的比表面积,能够有效改善皮革的透气性能,而且还能够在一定程度上增加皮革的耐磨性能。而添加的松香酸聚氧乙烯酯和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯混合物起到类似表面活性剂的作用,使得无机有机粉体材料能够更好的分散在聚氨酯树脂当中,能够有效提高透气性能。而选择聚氨酯树脂的粘度为1000~1500 CPS是为了使得所成的面层组合物具有更好的耐折性能。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
使用本发明的面层组合物的PU皮革具有无毒、防臭、防螨、抑菌、抗菌、防霉、透气、抗静电、保温性好、抗紫外线、耐磨、排湿、防水、排气等优点。而且能够使用者更舒服、更容易打理、价格比真皮面料更低廉。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细的说明,实施例仅是本发明的优选实施方式,不是对本发明的限定。
本发明采用的无机有机粉体材料按照如下方法合成:
将0.1mmol4,4'-二(4H-1,2,4-三唑-4-基)-1,1'-联苯基(英文为:4,4'-di(4H-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)-1,1'-biphenyl)、0.1mmol4,4'-((1,7-二氧杂-4,10-二氮杂环十二烷-4,10-二基)二(亚甲基))二苯甲酸(英文为:4,4'-((1,7-dioxa-4,10-diazacyclododecane-4,10-diyl)bis(methylene))dibenzoic acid)和0.1mmol硝酸锌溶于5mL水、10mL乙腈和5mL二甲基乙酰胺的混合溶剂当中,用氢氧化钠将其pH调节为8.5,在室温下搅拌形成混合液A,然后将所述混合液A在80℃下回流72小时得到混合液B,随后将混合液B转移到聚四氟乙烯高压反应釜中,将其放在180℃烘箱中反应48小时,之后以5℃/小时降至室温过滤得到所述无机有机粉体材料。本发明采用先回流产生小晶核,然后再高温溶剂热得到本发明所用的无机有机粉体材料。
其中,4,4'-二(4H-1,2,4-三唑-4-基)-1,1'-联苯基结构为:
4,4'-((1,7-二氧杂-4,10-二氮杂环十二烷-4,10-二基)二(亚甲基))二苯甲酸结构为:
然后将所得的无机有机粉体材料进行单晶表征。
该无机有机粉体材料的X射线衍射数据是在Bruker Smart Apex CCD面探衍射仪上,用MoKα辐射(λ = 0.71073 Å),以ω扫描方式收集并进行Lp因子校正,吸收校正使用SADABS程序。用直接法解结构,然后用差值傅立叶法求出全部非氢原子坐标,并用理论加氢法得到氢原子位置(C−H 1.083 Å),用最小二乘法对结构进行修正。计算工作在PC机上用SHELXTL程序包完成。
经测试解析可知,该无机有机粉体材料化学式为(C16H12N6)(C24H28N2O6)Zn;其中,C16H12N6为4,4'-二(4H-1,2,4-三唑-4-基)-1,1'-联苯基,C24H28N2O6为4,4'-((1,7-二氧杂-4,10-二氮杂环十二烷-4,10-二基)二(亚甲基))二苯甲酸根;所述无机有机粉体材料为三斜晶系,P1空间群,晶胞参数为a=23.568(1) Å,b=22.295(4) Å,c=25.634(4) Å,α=87.183(1) º,β=84.721(7) º,γ=88.326(3) º,V=13469.34(8) Å3,Z=16。
该无机有机粉体材料配位示意图如图1所示,Zn原子采取4配位的模式,其中每个Zn原子分别与1个4,4'-((1,7-二氧杂-4,10-二氮杂环十二烷-4,10-二基)二(亚甲基))二苯甲酸的2个O原子配位、1个4,4'-二(4H-1,2,4-三唑-4-基)-1,1'-联苯基上的2个N原子配位。
然后将上述的无机有机粉体材料进行比表面积测试。测试条件如下:样品预先在200℃、氮气气氛下处理3 h以上,吸附在液氮,-196℃中进行,采用五点BET法进行BET比表面积的测定。经测试可得比表面积为697 m2/g。
另外,如无特别说明,以下实施例均采用上述合成方法所得的无机有机粉体材料。
本发明的面层组合物的在PU皮革表层的处理方法采用本技术领域常规的常规处理方式即可,因此在本发明中不再详细描述。
实施例1
一种PU皮革面层组合物,由如下重量份数的组分组成:
聚氨酯树脂94份;无机有机粉体材料3份;松香酸聚氧乙烯酯15份;甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯11份;异丙醇200份。
实施例2
一种PU皮革面层组合物,由如下重量份数的组分组成:
聚氨酯树脂79份;无机有机粉体材料1.5份;松香酸聚氧乙烯酯20份;甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯14份;丁酮220份。
对比例1
一种PU皮革面层组合物,由如下重量份数的组分组成:
聚氨酯树脂94份;松香酸聚氧乙烯酯15份;甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯11份;异丙醇200份。
对比例2
一种PU皮革面层组合物,由如下重量份数的组分组成:
聚氨酯树脂94份;无机有机粉体材料3份;异丙醇200份。
然后将所获得的PU皮革进行性能测试
耐磨性按照GB/T 2726-2005《皮革物理和机械试验耐磨性能的测定》进行测试(试验次数为500转);透气性按照QBT 2799-2006《皮革 透气性测定方法》进行测试,实施例和对比例的性能如表1所示。

从以上实施例和对比例的数据可知,本发明采用无机有机粉体材料能够有效增加皮革的透气度和耐磨性能。

1.一种PU皮革面层组合物,其特征在于由如下重量份数的组分组成:
聚氨酯树脂50~120份;无机有机粉体材料1~5份;松香酸聚氧乙烯酯12~23份;甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯9~16份;溶剂170~250份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PU皮革面层组合物,其特征在于,所述无机有机粉体材料化学式为(C16H12N6)(C24H28N2O6)Zn;其中,C16H12N6为4,4'-二(4H-1,2,4-三唑-4-基)-1,1'-联苯基,C24H28N2O6为4,4'-((1,7-二氧杂-4,10-二氮杂环十二烷-4,10-二基)二(亚甲基))二苯甲酸根;所述无机有机粉体材料为三斜晶系,P1空间群,晶胞参数为a=23.568(1) Å,b=22.295(4) Å,c=25.634(4) Å,α=87.183(1) º,β=84.721(7) º,γ=88.326(3) º,V=13469.34(8) Å3
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PU皮革面层组合物,其特征在于,其特征在于,所述溶剂为丁酮、二甲基甲酰胺、异丙醇中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种PU皮革面层组合物,其特征在于,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯树脂的粘度为1000~1500 CPS。
