Abstract

本发明公开了一种防寒PVC薄膜配方,包括以下重量份的原料:聚氯乙烯树脂35~60份、主增塑剂8~15份、填充剂5~10份、PVC耐寒增塑剂3~12份和热稳定剂1~3份。本发明配方制备的塑料薄膜,且耐寒性好,可低温环境下使用仍可保持其良好的柔韧性,性能好,能够满足低温使用的需求,且成本低廉,制备简单,易操作,适于批量生产,经济效益高。

一种防寒PVC薄膜配方
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料薄膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种防寒PVC薄膜配方。
背景技术
PVC薄膜,全名为Polyvinylchlorid薄膜。主要成份为聚氯乙烯,另有加入其他成分来增强其耐热性,韧性,延展性等。这种表面膜的最上层是漆,中间的主要成分是聚氯乙烯,最下层是背涂粘合剂。
PVC薄膜由于用途的原因,有耐低温要求的PVC薄膜,现有技术中对耐低温抗冲击性能的改善有限;另外,氯化聚乙烯、MBS、亚克力树脂等抗冲击改性剂因为在透明性、耐候性、折白、阻燃性、成本等各自的限制因素,使其在PVC薄膜耐极低温性能改善方面也不能达到理想效果,为此我们设计出了一种防寒PVC薄膜配方来解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种防寒PVC薄膜配方。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种防寒PVC薄膜配方,包括以下重量份的原料:聚氯乙烯树脂35~60份、主增塑剂8~15份、填充剂5~10份、PVC耐寒增塑剂3~12份和热稳定剂1~3份。
优选的,包括以下重量份的原料:聚氯乙烯树脂50、主增塑剂12份、填充剂8份、PVC耐寒增塑剂10份和热稳定剂2份。
优选的,所述PVC耐寒增塑剂为己二酸二辛脂、壬二酸二辛酯、葵二酸二辛脂、邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯中的一种或多种的混合物。
优选的,所述填充剂为碳酸钙、钛白粉等无机材料的混合物。
优选的,所述热稳定剂为双丁基二氯化锡。
优选的,配方制备成薄膜的工艺包括以下步骤:
S1,备料:按照重量份比例称取原料,包括聚氯乙烯树脂、主增塑剂、填充剂、PVC耐寒增塑剂和热稳定剂;
S2,混料:将S1中的原料添加到混料机中,搅拌15~25分钟后,得到混合物;
S3,压延成膜:将S2中的混合物添加到压延机中,得到压延膜,对压延膜进行冷却、定型处理后,收卷得到薄膜成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明配方制备的塑料薄膜,可低温环境下使用仍可保持其良好的柔韧性,耐低温性能好,能够满足低温使用的需求,且成本低廉,制备简单,易操作,适于批量生产,经济效益高。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例一
一种防寒PVC薄膜配方,包括以下重量份的原料:聚氯乙烯树脂35份、主增塑剂8份、填充剂5份、PVC耐寒增塑剂3份和热稳定剂1份,PVC耐寒增塑剂为己二酸二辛脂,填充剂为碳酸钙、钛白粉等无机材料的混合物,热稳定剂为双丁基二氯化锡。
实施例二
一种防寒PVC薄膜配方,包括以下重量份的原料:聚氯乙烯树脂45份、主增塑剂10份、填充剂7份、PVC耐寒增塑剂8份和热稳定剂2份,PVC耐寒增塑剂为壬二酸二辛酯,填充剂为碳酸钙、钛白粉等无机材料的混合物,热稳定剂为双丁基二氯化锡。
实施例三
一种防寒PVC薄膜配方,包括以下重量份的原料:聚氯乙烯树脂50、主增塑剂12份、填充剂8份、PVC耐寒增塑剂10份和热稳定剂2份,PVC耐寒增塑剂为壬二酸二辛酯、葵二酸二辛脂和邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯中的混合物,填充剂为碳酸钙、钛白粉等无机材料的混合物,热稳定剂为双丁基二氯化锡。
实施例四
一种防寒PVC薄膜配方,包括以下重量份的原料:聚氯乙烯树脂60份、主增塑剂15份、填充剂10份、PVC耐寒增塑剂12份和热稳定剂3份,PVC耐寒增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯,填充剂为碳酸钙、钛白粉等无机材料的混合物,热稳定剂为双丁基二氯化锡。
配方制备成薄膜的工艺包括以下步骤:
S1,备料:按照重量份比例称取原料,包括聚氯乙烯树脂、主增塑剂、填充剂、PVC耐寒增塑剂和热稳定剂;
S2,混料:将S1中的原料添加到混料机中,搅拌15~25分钟后,得到混合物;
S3,压延成膜:将S2中的混合物添加到压延机中,得到压延膜,对压延膜进行冷却、定型处理后,收卷得到薄膜成品。
四组实施例的配方通过上述生产工艺制成四组塑料薄膜做防寒性的试验,参照GB5470-85《塑料冲击脆化温度试验方法》进行测试,同时从市场上买来具有防寒功能的塑料薄膜作作为对照组,得到下表:
从上表可看出,通过本发明配方制备的PVC塑料薄膜,其脆化温度明显低于市场上的塑料薄膜,即证明本发明塑料薄膜的耐寒性好。

1.一种防寒PVC薄膜配方,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:聚氯乙烯树脂35~60份、主增塑剂8~15份、填充剂5~10份、PVC耐寒增塑剂3~12份和热稳定剂1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防寒PVC薄膜配方,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:聚氯乙烯树脂50、主增塑剂12份、填充剂8份、PVC耐寒增塑剂10份和热稳定剂2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防寒PVC薄膜配方,其特征在于,所述PVC耐寒增塑剂为己二酸二辛脂、壬二酸二辛酯、葵二酸二辛脂、邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯中的一种或多种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防寒PVC薄膜配方,其特征在于,所述填充剂为碳酸钙、钛白粉等无机材料的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防寒PVC薄膜配方,其特征在于,所述热稳定剂为双丁基二氯化锡。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防寒PVC薄膜配方,其特征在于,配方制备成薄膜的工艺包括以下步骤:
S1,备料:按照重量份比例称取原料,包括聚氯乙烯树脂、主增塑剂、填充剂、PVC耐寒增塑剂和热稳定剂;
S2,混料:将S1中的原料添加到混料机中,搅拌15~25分钟后,得到混合物;
