Abstract
本发明公开了一种含锌金属皂热稳定剂,按质量百分比计,含锌金属皂热稳定剂的原料包括:主稳定剂10~85%;协效稳定剂15~90%;所述主稳定剂为式(Ⅰ)或式(Ⅱ)所示的化合物,或者为式(Ⅰ)与式(Ⅱ)组成的混合物;本发明提供了一种含锌金属皂热稳定剂,减轻PVC的受热着色性,并抑制PVC的热氧化分解和催化降解。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及助剂的制备领域,尤其涉及一种含锌金属皂热稳定剂。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯(PVC)是五大通用塑料之一产量仅次于聚乙烯(PE),其制品具有广泛的用途。但是,PVC存在热稳定性差的缺点,加工时必须添加适当的热稳定剂以抑制其热降解。目前工业上常用的热稳定剂主要有无机铅盐、金属皂和有机锡等。但是,其中大多数品种是有毒的,对环境和劳动健康造成的危害正随PVC制品生产的持续增长而迅速加深。为保护环境、改善劳动卫生条件,近年来国内、外均已先后制定并实施了限制使用有毒有害化学品的政策和法规。因此,国内外正掀起研究开发并实质性推广应用无毒热稳定剂以取代传统有毒品种的热潮。
无毒产品主要有部分金属皂和部分有机锡产品。但由于价格的因素,市售无毒PVC热稳定剂以价廉的含锌金属皂为主。这些皂类为脂肪酸、环烷酸、取代苯甲酸、取代苯酚、树脂酸(松香酸)甚至氨基酸的锌皂与碱土皂或稀土皂的混合物,可以统称为传统含锌金属皂。
但传统的金属皂有如下缺点:
1、金属含量较低,即有效成份少。
2、与PVC树脂相溶相差,在PVC中呈团状分布,只有团状物表面的金属皂发挥稳定作用,导致稳定效果差。加上其分子量较小产品在使用和贮存过程中稳定剂会以喷霜的形势在产品表面渗出影响产品的美观。
3、传统金属皂稳定剂还要和环氧酯类辅助稳定剂并用才能发挥较好的稳定效果,环氧酯类的加入起到了增塑作用这对生产硬质PVC产品是很不理想的。
CN 100497467 C的专利文献公开了一种用于聚氯乙烯塑料配方的环氧复合锌皂热稳定剂,包括环氧复合锌皂主稳定剂与有机化合物助稳定剂和聚乙烯外润滑剂的最佳量的配合,还可包括阴离子型层状材料、抗氧化和内润滑剂等助剂。该稳定剂体系能用于增塑的或未增塑的聚氯乙烯塑料配方,可良好地应用于PVC给排水管材、型材等硬质品的熔融加工过程。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种含锌金属皂热稳定剂,克服现有的金属皂中有效成分少,与PVC树脂相溶性差的问题。
一种含锌金属皂热稳定剂,按质量百分比计,含锌金属皂热稳定剂的原料包括:
主稳定剂 10~85%;
协效稳定剂 15~90%;
所述主稳定剂为式(Ⅰ)或式(Ⅱ)所示的化合物,或者为式(Ⅰ)和式(Ⅱ)的混合物;
上述主稳定剂即为环氧化聚合桐油二元酸锌皂,由于合成所用原料桐油的产地和品质不同,环氧化聚合桐油二元酸锌皂可以是单一化合物,也可以是式(Ⅰ)和式(Ⅱ)所示同系物以不同比例组成的混合物。
作为优选,所述主稳定剂中环氧含量为5.5~8%,锌含量为14~15%。
作为优选,所述协效稳定剂选自碱土皂、稀土皂、水滑石、碳钠铝石、4A沸石中的至少一种。
所述碱土皂为环氧化聚合桐油二元酸的碱土皂,由于合成碱土皂所用的原料桐油的产地和品质不同,所述碱土皂为式(Ⅲ)或式(Ⅳ)所示的化合物,或者为式(Ⅲ)与式(Ⅳ)组成的混合物;
式中,M选自碱土金属,包括镁(Mg)、钙(Ca)、锶(Sr)、钡(Ba)。
作为优选,所述M为钙离子。
所述稀土皂为环氧化聚合桐油二元酸的稀土皂,由于合成稀土皂所用原料桐油的产地和品质不同,所述的稀土皂为式(Ⅴ)或式(Ⅵ)所示的化合物,或者为式(Ⅴ)与式(Ⅵ)组成的混合物;
式中RE表示稀土元素。
稀土元素包括镧(La)、铈(Ce)、镨(Pr)、钕(Nd)、钐(Sm)、铕(Eu)、钆(Gd)、铽(Tb)、镝(Dy)、钬(Ho)、铒(Er)、铥(Tm)、镱(Yb)、镥(Lu)、钇(Y)。作为优选,所述RE为铈或镧元素。
作为优选,所述协效稳定剂中环氧含量为5.5~8.0%。
作为优选,主稳定剂与协效稳定剂以共沉淀形式存在。
作为优选,所述含锌金属皂热稳定剂,其原料还包括辅助剂,所述的辅助剂为β-二酮类化合物、亚磷酸酯类化合物和多元醇类金属离子钝化剂中的一种或几种的混合物;
按质量百分比计,含锌金属皂热稳定剂的原料组成为:
主稳定剂 10~65%;
协效稳定剂 15~80%;
辅助剂 1~20%。
所述的环氧化聚合桐油二元酸锌皂、环氧化聚合桐油二元酸的碱土皂、环氧化聚合桐油二元酸的稀土皂可以采用如下的通用方法制备。
采用精制桐油和丙烯酸为原料。
第一步:合成丙烯酸聚合桐油,由于桐油产地不同,所含α桐油酸和β桐油酸的比例也不同,反应生成物为一组同系物的混合物,为了方便表述下面的反应式做了一些简化处理。制备流程如下式(Ⅶ)所示,
第二步:环氧化反应制备环氧丙烯酸聚合桐油制备流程如下式(Ⅷ)所示,
第三步:皂化反应制备环氧化聚合桐油二元酸钠皂得到环氧化聚合桐油二元酸钠同系混合物,制备流程如下式(Ⅸ)所示。
第四步:用环氧化聚合桐油二元酸钠皂的水溶液与可溶性锌盐、碱土盐、稀土盐的水溶液起复分解反应制成环氧化聚合桐油二元酸锌皂、碱土皂或稀土皂。
也可以按一定比例将锌盐、碱土盐或稀土盐溶液同时与环氧化聚合桐油二元酸钠皂的水溶液反应生成两种或几种金属的共沉淀皂,见式(Ⅹ)。共沉淀皂制备时要注意几种无机盐的选用,它们之间不能发生反应,比如不能用硫酸锌与氯化钙同沉淀生成钙锌稳定剂,因为会生成微溶于水的硫酸钙。
式中M为碱土金属,包括镁(Mg)、钙(Ca)、锶(Sr)、钡(Ba)。
RE为稀土金属,包括镧(La)、铈(Ce)、镨(Pr)、钕(Nd)、钐(Sm)、铕(Eu)、钆(Gd)、铽(Tb)、镝(Dy)、钬(Ho)、铒(Er)、铥(Tm)、镱(Yb)、镥(Lu)、钇(Y)等。
第五步:后处理
将反应物抽滤,把滤饼水洗,甩干,低温烘干得环氧化聚合桐油二元酸锌皂、环氧化聚合桐油二元酸的碱土皂、环氧化聚合桐油二元酸的稀土皂。由于桐油产地和品质的不同最后得到的产品为同系二元酸盐的混合物。环氧含量在5.5~8.0%。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备的有益效果:
(1)本发明制备的环氧化聚合桐油二元酸金属皂稳定剂较传统一元酸金属皂稳定剂金属含量高,即有效成分高。
(2)本发明制备的金属皂热稳定剂与PVC相溶性好,因此能够均匀分散在塑料制品中发挥作用,并且不易产生喷霜现象。
(3)本发明的产品中引入了环氧官能团,在增强了稳定性同时,使用时不必再添加环氧大豆油等辅助稳定剂,省去了操作上的麻烦,对硬质产品的硬度也不会产生影响。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
一、以下详细描述环氧化聚合桐油二元酸皂的制备方法,以环氧化聚桐油二酸锌为例。
原料:采用精制桐油、丙烯酸、阻聚剂对苯二酚、催化剂三氧化钼、甲酸、35%双氧水、乳化剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠、40%氢氧化钠水溶液、50%硫酸锌水溶液。
设备:采用带氮气底吹管和上部液面扫气管并带回流冷凝器的不锈钢反应釜,开口式反应釜,离心式甩干机,烘干机等。
生产步骤:
1.生产前要对桐油进行检测,测出产品的碘值或由原材料厂家给出桐油的准确碘值,由碘值计算出原料桐油中双键的当量值。
2.关闭回流冷凝器,打开加料口,打开反应釜氮气吹管的阀门,当氮气挤光反应釜内的空气后,关掉底吹氮气。
3.将适量的桐油放入反应釜内,加入1/3桐油双键当量的丙烯酸,最后加入丙烯酸质量1%的对苯二酚阻聚剂,打开液面扫气管使釜中保持氮气氛,开始搅拌并升温至180℃,反应3小时。
4.停止保持160~180℃打开氮气底吹管,连续较大气流吹1小时,吹出未反应的丙烯酸和阻聚剂等杂质,生成聚合桐油二酸(原理见式Ⅶ)。
5.关掉底吹氮气保留液面扫气氮气,当温度低到65℃时,打开回流冷凝器,加入桐油质量3%的甲酸,加入桐油质量0.8%的催化剂改性三氧化钼,边搅拌边滴入35%的双氧水,双氧水总质量应为桐油总质量的78%,控制温度在70℃,在5小时内滴加完毕,再反应1.5小时。
6.继续保持70℃,边搅拌边加入桐油质量5%的乳化剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠,和40%氢氧化钠。氢氧化钠当量要比桐油中的酯基和羧基当量之和过量5%。并向体系内补充水,使体系内水的总质量和桐油质量比为1.5。反当约3小时后,整个物系生成了透明的环氧化聚合桐油二酸钠的水溶液(原理见式Ⅷ)。停止加热,到当温度达到室温时向体系内加入去离子水,搅拌均匀,并把水溶液的pH值调为7.8~8.5。
7.将反应液放入开口反应釜中,在搅拌状态下滴加桐油中酯基2倍当量数的50%硫酸锌水溶液,20分钟滴加完毕。滴加完成后再反应5分钟。反应体系中会有固相成分从液相中分离出来,即为环氧化聚桐油二元酸锌(原理见式Ⅹ)。
8.把反应物过滤,水洗,甩干,低温(60℃)烘干即得成品环氧化聚桐油二元酸锌。
按上述方法制备得到的环氧化聚合桐油二元酸锌环氧含量为7~8%。
二、参考上述方法,第7步中同时加入可溶的锌盐和钙盐溶液制备得到锌和钙摩尔比为2:5,环氧量约7.8%的共沉淀环氧化聚桐油二元酸锌/钙;
或者在第7步中加入碱土金属盐或稀土盐溶液分别制备得到:
环氧量约8%的环氧化聚桐油二元酸钙;
环氧量约7.0%的环氧化聚桐油二元酸铈;
环氧量约7.0%的环氧化聚桐油二元酸镧。
三、与PVC相溶性性能测试
将上述产品和与之相对应的传统一元酸金属皂在PVC的优良的增塑剂DOP中的溶解度进行比较,结果见表1。

根据相似相溶原理,在DOP中溶解度高的与PVC相容性就好。由表1可以看出环氧化聚桐油二酸皂在DOP中溶解度远高于传统一元酸金属皂,由此得出结论本发明的产品与PVC相容性要远远好于传统一元酸金属皂。
四、稳定剂稳定性检测
a.检测试样的制备:
基本配方(质量份)如下:
向上述基础配方中加入不同热稳定体系,加入高速混合机中,捏和均匀,再将混合料用二炼辊在160℃塑炼5min,拉制成厚度约为1mm的试片备用。
b.稳定剂稳定性检测方法:
采用静态热稳定性试验法(烘箱变色法),参照ASTM2115-67,将试片置于铝片上,在热老化试验箱中于180℃恒温加热,每隔10min取样,观测试片颜色变化以评价热稳定性。试片的颜色用数值表示,对应关系见下表2。

由上述测试结果可知,环氧化聚桐油二元酸皂耐热着色性或热稳定效果优于同类普通硬脂酸皂。

由上述测试结果可知,共沉淀环氧化聚桐油二元酸锌/钙皂耐热着色性或热稳定效果优于同类普通脂肪酸的共沉淀锌/钙皂。

由上述测试结果可知,环氧化聚桐油二元酸锌皂和稀土皂协同耐热着色性或热稳定效果优于同类普通脂肪酸锌皂和稀土皂协同效果。

由上述测试结果可知,水滑石与环氧化聚桐油二元酸锌皂耐热着色性或热稳定效果好于同系的水滑石与硬脂酸锌皂。
Claims (10)
1.一种含锌金属皂热稳定剂,按质量百分比计,含锌金属皂热稳定剂的原料包括:
主稳定剂 10~85%;
协效稳定剂 15~90%;
所述主稳定剂为式(Ⅰ)或式(Ⅱ)所示的化合物,或者为式(Ⅰ)和式(Ⅱ)组成的混合物;
2.根据权利要求1所述的含锌金属皂热稳定剂,其特征在于,所述主稳定剂中环氧含量为5.5~8%,锌含量为14~15%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含锌金属皂热稳定剂,其特征在于,所述协效稳定剂选自碱土皂、稀土皂、水滑石、碳钠铝石、4A沸石中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的含锌金属皂热稳定剂,其特征在于,所述碱土皂为式(Ⅲ)或式(Ⅳ)所示的化合物,或者为式(Ⅲ)与式(Ⅳ)组成的混合物;
式中,M选自碱土金属。
5.根据权利要求4所述的含锌金属皂热稳定剂,其特征在于,所述M为钙元素。
6.根据权利要求3所述的含锌金属皂热稳定剂,其特征在于,所述的稀土皂为式(Ⅴ)或式(Ⅵ)所示的化合物,或者为式(Ⅴ)与式(Ⅵ)组成的混合物;
式中RE表示稀土元素。
7.根据权利要求6所述的含锌金属皂热稳定剂,其特征在于,所述RE为铈或镧元素。
8.根据权利要求4-7任一项所述的含锌金属皂热稳定剂,其特征在于,所述协效稳定剂中环氧含量为5.5~8.0%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的含锌金属皂热稳定剂,其特征在于,主稳定剂与协效稳定剂以共沉淀形式存在。
10.根据权利要求1所述的含锌金属皂热稳定剂,其特征在于,还包括辅助剂,所述的辅助剂为β-二酮类化合物、亚磷酸酯类化合物或多元醇类金属离子钝化剂中的一种或几种的混合物;
按质量百分比计,含锌金属皂热稳定剂的原料组成为:
主稳定剂 10~65%;
协效稳定剂 15~80%;
辅助剂 1~20%。
