本发明公开一种玉米秸秆非承重保温材料,该保温材料按重量计,包括以下原料:水泥10~20份、石膏20~30份、玉米秸秆50~60份、石粉10~20份、发泡剂2~5份、稳泡剂0.3~0.6份。与现有保温材料相比,本发明保温材料充分利用玉米秸秆,即环保又经济,该保温材料表观密度低,具有良好的保温和隔音效果,可作为建筑非承重墙体使用。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种玉米秸秆非承重保温材料。
背景技术
节约能源是我国经济发展的战略重点,具体在建材领域,1986 年国家建设部颁布了《民用建筑节能设计标准》,2001 年10 月1 日,国家建设部颁发了《夏热冬冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》。从2000 年起,对采暖区热环境差或能耗大的原有建筑的节能改造工作已经开始,2005 年国家已经在重点城镇开始节能改造。发展新型建筑墙体材料以减少建筑围护结构的能量流失,是提高建筑能源利用效率的主要措施之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种玉米秸秆非承重保温材料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种玉米秸秆非承重保温材料,按重量计,包括以下原料:水泥10~20份、石膏20~30份、玉米秸秆50~60份、石粉10~20份、发泡剂2~5份、稳泡剂0.3~0.6份。
所述发泡剂为十二烷基硫酸钠或十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
所述稳泡剂为聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、明胶或淀粉。
所述玉米秸秆的长度为0.5~1cm。
所述石粉的级配为:>10目的占5~10wt%,10~60目的占70~80wt%,余量为<60目的。
上述保温材料的制备过程包括如下步骤:
(1)水泥、石膏与水混合,制成浆体;
(2)向步骤(1)的浆体中依次加入玉米秸秆和石粉,拌匀后,再加入发泡剂和稳泡剂,搅拌1~2小时;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的浆料注模,先在60~70℃下养护12~20小时,再在100~130℃下养护1~2小时,即得到所述的保温材料。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种玉米秸秆非承重保温材料,原料的重量配比如下:水泥10份、石膏20份、玉米秸秆50份、石粉10份、十二烷基硫酸钠 2重量份、明胶0.3重量份。
制备过程如下:
(1)玉米秸秆粉碎至0.5~1cm,石粉按>10目的占5wt%,10~60目的占80wt%,余量为<60目的配制,备用。
(2)将水泥、石膏与水混合,料液重量比为1:3,制成浆体;
(3)向步骤(2)的浆体中依次加入玉米秸秆和石粉,拌匀后,再加入十二烷基硫酸钠和明胶,搅拌2小时;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的浆料注模,先在60~70℃下养护12小时,再在100℃下养护2小时,即得到所述的保温材料。
实施例2
一种玉米秸秆非承重保温材料,原料的重量配比如下:水泥20份、石膏30份、玉米秸秆60份、石粉20份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠 5重量份、淀粉0.6重量份。
制备过程如下:
(1)玉米秸秆粉碎至0.5~1cm,石粉按>10目的占10wt%,10~60目的占70wt%,余量为<60目的配制,备用。
(2)将水泥、石膏与水混合,料液重量比为1:4,制成浆体;
(3)向步骤(2)的浆体中依次加入玉米秸秆和石粉,拌匀后,再加入十二烷基硫酸钠和明胶,搅拌2小时;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的浆料注模,先在60~70℃下养护20小时,再在130℃下养护1小时,即得到所述的保温材料。
本发明充分利用玉米秸秆,保温材料表观密度为360~430 kg/m3,导热系数≤0.27W/(m·K),且具有良好的隔音效果。

Claims (5)

1.一种玉米秸秆非承重保温材料,按重量计,包括以下原料:水泥10~20份、石膏20~30份、玉米秸秆50~60份、石粉10~20份、发泡剂2~5份、稳泡剂0.3~0.6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温材料,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为十二烷基硫酸钠或十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保温材料,其特征在于,所述稳泡剂为聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、明胶或淀粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保温材料,其特征在于,所述玉米秸秆的长度为0.5~1cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的保温材料,其特征在于,所述石粉的级配为:>10目的占5~10wt%,10~60目的占70~80wt%,余量为<60目的。
