本发明公开了一种高韧性保温防火的纤维板,其特征在于,该材料按重量份数含有如下组分:杨木屑22-25份、松木屑6-8份、磷石膏粉14-16份、石棉纤维4-6份、聚丙烯纤维5-7份、粉煤灰12-14份、尾矿粉8-10份、硅藻土3-5份、石膏8-10份、发泡剂2-3份、阻燃剂2-3份、灰钙3-4份、聚乙烯蜡2-4份、硬脂酸1-2份、石棉4-6份。本发明具有质轻、环保,保温隔热等功能,磷石膏粉废物利用,利用石膏生产建筑保温材料,保证墙体强度的同时能够有效地防止墙面开裂,将纤维加入能够降低材料的脆性、并减少开裂,同时还对材料的抗渗性、抗冲击性、耐磨性等有所改善,阻燃剂和发泡剂的协同作用,大幅度提高了保温材料的防火性能,增加建筑物的保温隔热效果。

技术领域
本发明属于材料领域,更具体地涉及一种高韧性保温防火的纤维板。
背景技术
密度板(英文:HighDensityBoard(wood))也称纤维板,是将树干材、枝桠材等木质原料或其他植物纤维经热磨、施胶、干燥、铺装后热压而制成的人造板材,胶粘剂主要使用脲醛胶。其质软耐冲击,强度较高,压制好后密度均匀,也容易再加工,在我国许多领域得到广泛的应用,但其缺点是防水性较差,这也在一定程度上限制了其使用范围。
磷石膏废弃物堆分布在磷肥企业周围,增加了企业的堆渣费用,而且由于磷石膏中含有五氧化二磷、氟及游离酸等有害物质,长期堆积也会引起地表水及地下水的污染。充分利用石膏生产建筑保温材料具有重要意义。
目前的有机抢修材料,主要用于修补裂缝、破损、堵漏等作业量较小的工程,无论是材料性能本身或是施工机具,都不适合大规模填埋、加固和新建的工程抢修抢建作业。对于无机类抢修材料,一般都针对性较强,通用性不够,针对不同用途时,主剂成分、功能添加剂以及配比都要发生改变,当进行多用途施工时,配制工艺十分繁杂,无法达到快速抢修的目的。目前的建筑材料一部分纤维虽然能够代替石棉的作用,但由于其经济效果不佳,无法替代石棉用于大规模生产密度板的浆纸机生产设备中。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高韧性保温防火的纤维板,强度高,保温隔热性能好、憎水、防火性好,环境适应性广,在保证墙体强度的同时能够有效地防止墙面开裂。
本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种高韧性保温防火的纤维板,其特征在于,该材料按重量份数含有如下组分:
杨木屑22-25份、松木屑6-8份、磷石膏粉14-16份、石棉纤维4-6份、聚丙烯纤维5-7份、粉煤灰12-14份、尾矿粉8-10份、硅藻土3-5份、石膏8-10份、发泡剂2-3份、阻燃剂2-3份、灰钙3-4份、聚乙烯蜡2-4份、硬脂酸1-2份、石棉4-6份。
进一步的,所述的阻燃剂为羟丙基甲基纤维素、苯酚和三氧化二锑按照重量比2:2:5组成的混合物。
进一步的,所述的发泡剂由体积浓度20%的双氧水和发泡剂NC按照1:1组成的混合物。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明中的杨木屑和松木屑的协同作用,具有质轻、环保,保温隔热等功能,磷石膏粉废物利用,利用石膏生产建筑保温材料,保证墙体强度的同时能够有效地防止墙面开裂,将纤维加入能够降低材料的脆性、并减少开裂,同时还对材料的抗渗性、抗冲击性、耐磨性等有所改善,阻燃剂和发泡剂的协同作用,大幅度提高了保温材料的防火性能,增加建筑物的保温隔热效果。

一种高韧性保温防火的纤维板,其特征在于,该材料按重量份数含有如下组分:
杨木屑22份、松木屑6份、磷石膏粉14份、石棉纤维4份、聚丙烯纤维5份、粉煤灰12份、尾矿粉8份、硅藻土3份、石膏8份、发泡剂2份、阻燃剂2份、灰钙3份、聚乙烯蜡2份、硬脂酸1份、石棉4份。
进一步的,所述的阻燃剂为羟丙基甲基纤维素、苯酚和三氧化二锑按照重量比2:2:5组成的混合物。
进一步的,所述的发泡剂由体积浓度20%的双氧水和发泡剂NC按照1:1组成的混合物。

一种高韧性保温防火的纤维板,其特征在于,该材料按重量份数含有如下组分:
