Abstract
本发明公开了一种防静电铝箔,抗静电分子层、铝箔基材层、热封涂层,抗静电分子层的上表面涂覆有导电涂层,导电涂层的上表面粘贴有一层聚酯薄膜,聚酯薄膜的上面设置有聚乙二醇薄膜,聚酯薄膜的上表面和聚乙二醇薄膜的下表面相粘合;抗静电分子层的下面从上向下依次设置有聚苯乙烯薄膜、铝箔基材层,铝箔基材层的上表面和聚苯乙烯薄膜相粘合、下表面和正磷酸酯薄膜相粘合;正磷酸酯薄膜和热封涂层之间设置有聚丙烯薄膜和聚烯烃薄膜。本发明在铝箔上设置了抗静电分子层。当药品和包装物直接接触时,可以减少摩擦,进行电性中和,消除聚合物之间的静电反应,从而使药品避免灰尘、细菌的污染,保持药品的稳定性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种铝箔,尤其涉及一种防静电铝箔,属于药品包装领域。
背景技术
目前,药品包装行业中普遍使用高分子复合材料,但分子材料体积电阻率很大,在使用过程中可以产生并带上静电。静电是指当两个物理状态不同的固体相互接触摩擦时,它们各自的表面就会发生电荷再分配,重新分离后,每一个固定表面都将带有比接触前过量的正(或负)电荷。静电现象在聚合物的生产、加工和使用过程中是非常普遍的。由于一般高聚物的电阻率高,其体积电阻率在1010-1020Ω·cm之间,一旦带上静电,便很难消除。这些电荷的积聚将造成很大的危害,比如在医药包装上容易引尘、引菌、降低药品的稳定性。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术所存在的不足之处,本发明提供了一种防静电铝箔。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种防静电铝箔,抗静电分子层、铝箔基材层、热封涂层,抗静电分子层的上表面涂覆有导电涂层,导电涂层的上表面粘贴有一层聚酯薄膜,聚酯薄膜的上面设置有聚乙二醇薄膜,聚酯薄膜的上表面和聚乙二醇薄膜的下表面相粘合;
抗静电分子层的下面从上向下依次设置有聚苯乙烯薄膜、铝箔基材层,铝箔基材层的上表面和聚苯乙烯薄膜相粘合、下表面和正磷酸酯薄膜相粘合;
正磷酸酯薄膜和热封涂层之间设置有聚丙烯薄膜和聚烯烃薄膜。
聚丙烯薄膜的上表面和正磷酸酯薄膜下表面相粘合、下表面和聚烯烃薄膜的上表面相粘合。
热封涂层涂覆在聚烯烃薄膜的下表面上,厚度为0.02-0.09mm。
抗静电分子层的厚度为0.5mm-1.5mm。导电涂层的厚度为0.1mm-0.6mm。
本发明采用铝箔作为药品包装用材料,在铝箔上设置了抗静电分子层。当药品和包装物直接接触时,可以减少摩擦,进行电性中和,消除聚合物之间的静电反应,从而使药品避免灰尘、细菌的污染,保持药品的稳定性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明包括抗静电分子层1、铝箔基材层2、热封涂层3,抗静电分子层1的上表面涂覆有导电涂层4,导电涂层4的上表面粘贴有一层聚酯薄膜5,聚酯薄膜5的上面设置有聚乙二醇薄膜6,聚酯薄膜5的上表面和聚乙二醇薄膜6的下表面相粘合;
抗静电分子层1的下面从上向下依次设置有聚苯乙烯薄膜7、铝箔基材层2,铝箔基材层2的上表面和聚苯乙烯薄膜7相粘合、下表面和正磷酸酯薄膜8相粘合;
正磷酸酯薄膜8和热封涂层3之间设置有聚丙烯薄膜9和聚烯烃薄膜10。
聚丙烯薄膜9的上表面和正磷酸酯薄膜8下表面相粘合、下表面和聚烯烃薄膜10的上表面相粘合。
热封涂层3涂覆在聚烯烃薄膜10的下表面上,厚度为0.02-0.09mm。抗静电分子层1的厚度为0.5mm-1.5mm。导电涂层4的厚度为0.1mm-0.6mm。
导电涂层4通常由基体树脂、导电填料、溶剂和添加剂等组成。基体树脂要选用对塑料附着力好、成膜性高且耐化学品侵蚀的丙烯酸或纤维素;导电填料则根据产品的颜色、透光率来选择;溶剂选用脂类或酮类,如乙酸乙酯、环乙酮。
抗静电高分子材料是随着聚合物应用范围的日益广泛而发展起来的,在抗静电方面作用明显,更适合应用在药品包装领域。由于药品中起作用的是活性化学物质,它的稳定性受包装材料及包装形式的直接影响。采用防静电铝箔材质的包装材料可以避免灰尘、细菌的污染,更好的保护药品的稳定性。

Claims (5)
1.一种防静电铝箔,包括抗静电分子层(1)、铝箔基材层(2)、热封涂层(3),其特征在于:所述抗静电分子层(1)的上表面涂覆有导电涂层(4),导电涂层(4)的上表面粘贴有一层聚酯薄膜(5),聚酯薄膜(5)的上面设置有聚乙二醇薄膜(6),聚酯薄膜(5)的上表面和聚乙二醇薄膜(6)的下表面相粘合;
所述抗静电分子层(1)的下面从上向下依次设置有聚苯乙烯薄膜(7)、铝箔基材层(2),铝箔基材层(2)的上表面和聚苯乙烯薄膜(7)相粘合、下表面和正磷酸酯薄膜(8)相粘合;
所述正磷酸酯薄膜(8)和热封涂层(3)之间设置有聚丙烯薄膜(9)和聚烯烃薄膜(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防静电铝箔,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯薄膜(9)的上表面和正磷酸酯薄膜(8)下表面相粘合、下表面和聚烯烃薄膜(10)的上表面相粘合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防静电铝箔,其特征在于:所述热封涂层(3)涂覆在聚烯烃薄膜(10)的下表面上,厚度为0.02-0.09mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防静电铝箔,其特征在于:所述抗静电分子层(1)的厚度为0.5mm-1.5mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防静电铝箔,其特征在于:所述导电涂层(4)的厚度为0.1mm-0.6mm。
