Abstract
弹性体改性沥青防水卷材及其制备方法,弹性体改性沥青防水卷材,其特征是,包括胎基层、石油沥青层、隔离材料层;胎基层上下面覆盖有石油沥青层,石油沥青层的外表面覆盖有隔离材料层;石油沥青层由按重量份数计的:10#沥青40份、90#沥青15份、机油3份、改性剂SBS9份、滑石粉6份、古马隆树脂5份、石墨7份、沥青改性增粘剂7份、高密度聚乙烯8份组成;胎基层由按重量份数计的:聚酯毡20份、玻纤毡30份、玻纤增强聚酯毡50份组成;具有延伸性能好,耐高低温性能高,不透水性可达到0.7MPa不透水,产品低温柔性可达到‑40℃无裂缝的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明为一种防水卷材的制备工艺,尤其是一种弹性体改性沥青防水卷材及其制备方法。
背景技术
自七十年代开始,世界发达国家在防水材料结构方面开始发生变化,逐步向改性沥青、自粘、合成高分子材料等新型防水材料发展。目前,国外新型防水材料已占市场总量的90% 以上,产品质量、功能、寿命已达到一个较高的水平。而我国防水工程自从上世纪70年代开始应用沥青卷材以来,沥青类防水材料一直成为建筑防水的主导产品,近期占到市场总量的70% 左右,高分子防水材料仅占10% 左右,其他为防水涂料及其他防水材料。弹性体改性沥青防水卷材是一种比较受欢迎的防水材料,但现在市场上的弹性体改性沥青防水卷材仍存在着诸多的问题,如防水性能差、拉伸性能低、环保效果不理想、施工繁琐等问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种以解决普通弹性体改性沥青防水卷材拉伸性能低、环保效果差、寿命短等问题的弹性体改性沥青防水卷材。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
弹性体改性沥青防水卷材,其特征是,包括胎基层、石油沥青层、隔离材料层;胎基层上下面覆盖有石油沥青层,石油沥青层的外表面覆盖有隔离材料层;石油沥青层由按重量份数计的:10#沥青40份、90#沥青15份、机油3份、改性剂SBS9份、滑石粉6份、古马隆树脂5份、石墨7份、沥青改性增粘剂7份、高密度聚乙烯8份组成;胎基层由按重量份数计的:聚酯毡20份、玻纤毡30份、玻纤增强聚酯毡50份组成。改性剂SBS为苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯。
其中,隔离材料层为PE膜、片岩、细沙,其中片岩与细沙按重量份数计为:片岩40份、细沙60份混合后覆盖于石油沥青层的外表面上,然后再覆盖PE膜。
其包括如下步骤:
步骤1:将10#沥青、90#沥青加入到温度在140℃的配料罐内,同时加入机油、滑石粉、并持续搅拌并加热至175℃,后加入改性剂SBS、古马隆树脂、沥青改性增粘剂、高密度聚乙烯,并胶体磨研磨2.5小时后加入石墨,再继续搅拌15分钟后倒入到搅拌罐;
步骤2:在制作步骤1的同时将由聚酯毡、玻纤毡、玻纤增强聚酯毡混合制成的胎基层在油温为120℃的情况下进入浸油池内浸油20分钟;
步骤3:将步骤1中制成的石油沥青层涂抹在由步骤2制成的胎基层的上下面上后,再在石油沥青层外表面上喷洒由片岩和细沙制成的混合物后,再覆盖PE膜后,制成成品。
本发明的优点为:1)优良的延伸性能。采用了高弹性热熔技术与聚酯毡、玻纤毡、玻纤增强聚酯毡复合共混技术,产品的延伸率纵横向分别达到69%、72%;2)采用弹性体SBS改性沥青作为防水卷材的主要原材料,产品不透水性可达到0.7MPa不透水;3)该产品耐高低温性能明显提高,耐热性可达到115℃无滑动、流淌、滴落,能完全满足摊铺沥青混凝土时的高温要求;产品低温柔性可达到-40℃无裂缝。
具体实施方式
实施例1
弹性体改性沥青防水卷材及其制备方法:其包括如下步骤:
步骤1:将按重量份数计的10#沥青40份、90#沥青15份加入到温度在140℃的配料罐内,同时加入按重量份数计的机油3份、滑石粉6份、并持续搅拌并加热至175℃,后加入按重量份数计的改性剂SBS9份、古马隆树脂5份、沥青改性增粘剂7份、高密度聚乙烯8份,并胶体磨研磨2.5小时后加入按重量份数计的石墨7份,再继续搅拌15分钟后倒入到搅拌罐,制成石油沥青层;
步骤2:在制作步骤1的同时将按重量份数计的:聚酯毡20份、玻纤毡30份、玻纤增强聚酯毡50份混合制成的胎基层在油温为120℃的情况下进入浸油池内浸油20分钟;
步骤3:将步骤1中制成的石油沥青层涂抹在由步骤2制成的胎基层的上下面上后,再在石油沥青层外表面上喷洒由按重量份数计为:片岩40份、细沙60份混合物,再在混合物上覆盖PE膜后,制成成品。
本产品可广泛用于各类工业与民用建筑屋面、地下室防水、防渗工程;地铁、隧道、混凝土铺筑路面的桥面、污水处理场、垃圾掩埋场等市政工程防水;水渠、水池、游泳池等水利设施防水。
Claims (3)
1.弹性体改性沥青防水卷材,其特征是,包括胎基层、石油沥青层、隔离材料层;胎基层上下面覆盖有石油沥青层,石油沥青层的外表面覆盖有隔离材料层;石油沥青层由按重量份数计的:10#沥青40份、90#沥青15份、机油3份、改性剂SBS9份、滑石粉6份、古马隆树脂5份、石墨7份、沥青改性增粘剂7份、高密度聚乙烯8份组成;胎基层由按重量份数计的:聚酯毡20份、玻纤毡30份、玻纤增强聚酯毡50份组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹性体改性沥青防水卷材,其特征是,隔离材料层为PE膜、片岩、细沙,其中片岩与细沙按重量份数计为:片岩40份、细沙60份混合后覆盖于石油沥青层的外表面上,然后再覆盖PE膜。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的弹性体改性沥青防水卷材制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
步骤1:将10#沥青、90#沥青加入到温度在140℃的配料罐内,同时加入机油、滑石粉、并持续搅拌并加热至175℃,后加入改性剂SBS、古马隆树脂、沥青改性增粘剂、高密度聚乙烯,并胶体磨研磨2.5小时后加入石墨,再继续搅拌15分钟后倒入到搅拌罐;
步骤2:在制作步骤1的同时将由聚酯毡、玻纤毡、玻纤增强聚酯毡混合制成的胎基层在油温为120℃的情况下进入浸油池内浸油20分钟;
步骤3:将步骤1中制成的石油沥青层复合在由步骤2制成的胎基层的上下面上后,再在石油沥青层外表面上喷洒由片岩和细沙制成的混合物后,再覆盖PE膜后,制成成品。
