本发明公开了一种家具耐磨表面涂层制作工艺,包括以下步骤:a. 选用杨树、柳树或木材经加工后的边角料作为木料原料,并放在天然干燥场地,气干至含水率50%以下;b. 并利用微波为木材作前期干燥处理,将木材制作成家具白身,将制作好的家具白身利用微波再次干燥,将家具白身中的含水率控制在6%‑11%之间;c. 对干燥后的家具白身采用二度PE封固、烘干处理并采用240号沙皮对表面进行打磨;d. 对家具表面喷涂底层漆,底层漆为白刚玉砂粒,并干燥30分钟;在底层漆表面滚涂中涂层漆,所述中涂层漆为脂肪族聚氨酯玻璃鳞片漆,干燥0.5‑1.5小时;e. 对家件表面PE喷涂连续作业2‑5次,使喷涂的PE漆膜须达到3mm以上的厚度。采用本发明有效降低家具涂层的毒性。

一种家具耐磨表面涂层制作工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及家具领域,具体而言,是一种家具耐磨表面涂层制作工艺。
背景技术
传统油漆以植物油、合成树脂为主要成膜物质,辅以各种助剂和颜料,使用时需加入甲苯、二甲苯等有机溶剂稀释,其基料为合成树脂中的小分子容易为人体吸收造成损害,且溶剂为甲苯、二甲苯更是致病物质,在生产这些溶剂时也需要耗费大量能源、材料,排放大量废渣和有毒气体,对环境极为不利。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种家具耐磨表面涂层制作工艺,以解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种家具耐磨表面涂层制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a. 选用杨树、柳树或木材经加工后的边角料作为木料原料,并放在天然干燥场地,气干至含水率50%以下;
b. 并利用微波为木材作前期干燥处理,将木材制作成家具白身,将制作好的家具白身利用微波再次干燥,将家具白身中的含水率控制在6%-11%之间;
c. 对干燥后的家具白身采用二度PE封固、烘干处理并采用240号沙皮对表面进行打磨;
d. 对家具表面喷涂底层漆,底层漆为白刚玉砂粒,并干燥30分钟;在底层漆表面滚涂中涂层漆,所述中涂层漆为脂肪族聚氨酯玻璃鳞片漆,干燥0.5-1.5小时;
e. 对家件表面PE喷涂连续作业2-5次,使喷涂的PE漆膜须达到3mm以上的厚度。
进一步地,所述底层漆的涂层厚度为100μm-120μm。
进一步地,所述中涂层漆的涂层厚度为130μm-150μm。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明中采用多次干燥的方式,避免了白身家具木材缩水大而发生变形、翘曲、开裂的情况;也因多次干燥的处理方式,避免了一次性快速干燥带来的温度过高导致家具表层起泡和木材中水分提取不充分问题。
其次,本发明采用的多种喷涂工艺能显著提高涂层的机械性能和光泽度,从而提高了涂层的耐磨性、抗冲击性及保色保光性。

下面具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
一种家具耐磨表面涂层制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
