Abstract
本发明公开了一种家具喷涂工艺,包括以下步骤:a.选择抗弯曲度及耐候性好的密度板基材;b.并利用微波为木材作前期干燥处理,将木材制作成家具白身,将制作好的家具白身利用微波再次干燥,将家具白身中的含水率控制在6%‑11%之间;c.对干燥后的家具白身采用砂带机械砂光,以提高板面平整度和表面涂装的附着力;d.对家具表面喷涂底层漆,底层漆为白刚玉砂粒,并干燥30分钟;在底层漆表面滚涂中涂层漆,所述中涂层漆为脂肪族聚氨酯玻璃鳞片漆,干燥0.5‑1.5小时;e.在中涂层漆上水性漆,然后将上完水性漆的家具在常温条件下采用微波干燥,提取油漆中的水分,使油漆在短时间内固化。采用本发明有效降低家具涂层的毒性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及家具领域,具体而言,是一种家具喷涂工艺。
背景技术
传统油漆以植物油、合成树脂为主要成膜物质,辅以各种助剂和颜料,使用时需加入甲苯、二甲苯等有机溶剂稀释,其基料为合成树脂中的小分子容易为人体吸收造成损害,且溶剂为甲苯、二甲苯更是致病物质,在生产这些溶剂时也需要耗费大量能源、材料,排放大量废渣和有毒气体,对环境极为不利。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种家具喷涂工艺,以解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种家具喷涂工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a. 选择抗弯曲度及耐候性好的密度板基材;
b. 并利用微波为木材作前期干燥处理,将木材制作成家具白身,将制作好的家具白身利用微波再次干燥,将家具白身中的含水率控制在6%-11%之间;
c. 对干燥后的家具白身采用砂带机械砂光,以提高板面平整度和表面涂装的附着力;
d. 对家具表面喷涂底层漆,底层漆为白刚玉砂粒,并干燥30分钟;在底层漆表面滚涂中涂层漆,所述中涂层漆为脂肪族聚氨酯玻璃鳞片漆,干燥0.5-1.5小时;
e.在中涂层漆上水性漆,然后将上完水性漆的家具在常温条件下采用微波干燥,提取油漆中的水分,使油漆在短时间内固化。
进一步地,所述底层漆的涂层厚度为100μm-120μm。
进一步地,所述中涂层漆的涂层厚度为130μm-150μm。
进一步地,所述水性漆的涂层厚度为2-3mm。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明中采用多次干燥的方式,避免了白身家具木材缩水大而发生变形、翘曲、开裂的情况;也因多次干燥的处理方式,避免了一次性快速干燥带来的温度过高导致家具表层起泡和木材中水分提取不充分问题。
其次,本发明采用的多种喷涂工艺能显著提高涂层的机械性能和光泽度,从而提高了涂层的耐磨性、抗冲击性及保色保光性。
具体实施方式
下面具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
一种家具喷涂工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a. 选择抗弯曲度及耐候性好的密度板基材;
b. 并利用微波为木材作前期干燥处理,将木材制作成家具白身,将制作好的家具白身利用微波再次干燥,将家具白身中的含水率控制在6%-11%之间;
c. 对干燥后的家具白身采用砂带机械砂光,以提高板面平整度和表面涂装的附着力;
d. 对家具表面喷涂底层漆,底层漆为白刚玉砂粒,并干燥30分钟;在底层漆表面滚涂中涂层漆,所述中涂层漆为脂肪族聚氨酯玻璃鳞片漆,干燥0.5-1.5小时;

a. 选择抗弯曲度及耐候性好的密度板基材;
b. 并利用微波为木材作前期干燥处理,将木材制作成家具白身,将制作好的家具白身利用微波再次干燥,将家具白身中的含水率控制在6%-11%之间;
c. 对干燥后的家具白身采用砂带机械砂光,以提高板面平整度和表面涂装的附着力;
d. 对家具表面喷涂底层漆,底层漆为白刚玉砂粒,并干燥30分钟;在底层漆表面滚涂中涂层漆,所述中涂层漆为脂肪族聚氨酯玻璃鳞片漆,干燥0.5-1.5小时;
e.在中涂层漆上水性漆,然后将上完水性漆的家具在常温条件下采用微波干燥,提取油漆中的水分,使油漆在短时间内固化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的家具喷涂工艺,其特征在于,所述底层漆的涂层厚度为100μm-120μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的家具喷涂工艺,其特征在于,所述中涂层漆的涂层厚度为130μm-150μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的家具喷涂工艺,其特征在于,所述水性漆的涂层厚度为2-3mm。
