Abstract

本发明提供一种黄芪颗粒及其制备方法,本发明黄芪颗粒由如下原料制成:黄芪800‑1200重量份 糊精100‑300重量份 赤藓糖醇500‑650重量份;或黄芪800‑1200重量份 赤藓糖醇650‑850重量份。本发明的配方、制备工艺合理、稳定、可靠,本发明采用赤藓糖醇代替蔗糖,克服了蔗糖制剂的缺点,口感好,且适宜糖尿病患者等人群服用。

一种黄芪颗粒及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健品及其制备方法,具体涉及一种黄芪颗粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
黄芪为豆科植物蒙古黄芪Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.var.mongholicus(Bge.)Hsiao或膜荚黄芪Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.的干燥根。具有补气升阳、固表止汗、健脾胃益肺气、托毒生肌、利水消肿等功能。现代科学研究证明黄芪具有提高人体免疫力,增强机体抗病能力,增强心肌收缩力,减少血栓形成,降血脂、血糖,抗衰老、抗缺氧、保肝等作用。黄芪含有多种有效成分,如黄酮、皂苷、多糖等。黄酮类成分如芒柄花黄素、3'-羟基芒柄花黄素(毛蕊异黄酮)及其葡萄糖苷、2',3'-二羟基-7,4'-二甲氧基异黄酮、7,2'-二羟基-3',4'-二甲氧基异黄烷及其葡萄糖苷、7,3'-二羟基-4',5'-二甲氧基异黄烷、3-羟基-9,10-二甲氧基紫檀烷及其葡萄糖苷等。皂苷类成分有黄芪皂苷Ⅰ~Ⅷ及大豆皂苷Ⅰ;黄芪甲苷(即黄芪皂苷Ⅳ)与黄芪乙苷。
现有黄芪颗粒制法:取黄芪加水煎煮二次,第一次3小时,第二次2小时,合并煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩至相对密度约为1.21~1.24(60℃),加乙醇使含乙醇量为70%,搅匀,静置,取上清液回收乙醇, 浓缩成相对密度为1.31~1.33((60℃)的清膏。加蔗糖粉及糊精适量,制成颗粒,低温干燥,制成1000g。
现有黄芪颗粒采用蔗糖、糊精作赋形剂,蔗糖不适宜糖尿病患者等人群服用,而黄芪是治疗糖尿病患者的常用药,这样在很大程度上限制了黄芪颗粒在临床上的使用。蔗糖吸湿性强、粘度大,造成在制备过程制粒难等,而且制成的颗粒在贮藏过程中容易引湿受潮、水分增加,甚至发霉变质。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种黄芪颗粒及其制备方法,本发明目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
原料:
黄芪800-1200重量份 糊精100-300重量份 赤藓糖醇500-650重量份;
或黄芪800-1200重量份 赤藓糖醇650-850重量份;
制法:
取黄芪加水煎煮2-3次,每次2-3小时,合并煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩至相对密度约为1.21~1.24(60℃),加乙醇使含乙醇量为65-80%,搅匀,静置,取上清液回收乙醇,浓缩成相对密度为1.31~1.33(60℃)的清膏;加糊精和/或赤藓糖醇,制成颗粒。
原料组成优选为:
黄芪1000重量份 糊精200重量份 赤藓糖醇590重量份;
或黄芪1000重量份 赤藓糖醇790重量份;
制法优选:
取黄芪加水煎煮二次,第一次3小时,第二次2小时,合并煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩至相对密度约为1.21~1.24(60℃),加乙醇使含乙醇量为70%,搅匀,静置,取上清液回收乙醇,浓缩成相对密度为1.31~1.33(60℃)的清膏。加糊精和/或赤藓糖醇,制成颗粒。
实验例1:质量检测总结(考察实施例1颗粒剂)
实验结果(质量鉴定)
本发明实施例1颗粒剂,在设计处方、工艺时应考虑颗粒剂的口感、外观、粒度、水分、溶化性等质量检测。
由上表可知,通过检测配方一、配方二颗粒的口感、外观、粒度、水分、溶化性等对其进行质量评价各项指标均符合要求,表明本发明的配方、制备工艺合理、稳定、可靠。本发明采用赤藓糖醇代替蔗糖,克服了蔗糖制剂的缺点,口感好,且适宜糖尿病患者等人群服用。
实施例1:
配方1:黄芪1000g 糊精200g 赤藓糖醇590g;
或配方2:黄芪1000g 赤藓糖醇790g;
制法
取黄芪加水煎煮二次,第一次3小时,第二次2小时,合并煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩至相对密度约为1.21~1.24(60℃),加乙醇使含乙醇 量为70%,搅匀,静置,取上清液回收乙醇,浓缩成相对密度为1.31~1.33((60℃)的清膏。加糊精、赤藓糖醇,制成颗粒,低温干燥,制成1000g。

Claims (4)

1.一种黄芪颗粒,其特征在于该颗粒由如下原料制成:
黄芪800-1200重量份糊精100-300重量份赤藓糖醇500-650重量份;或黄芪800-1200重量份赤藓糖醇650-850重量份。
2.如权利要求1所述的黄芪颗粒,其特征在于该颗粒由如下原料制成:
黄芪1000重量份糊精200重量份赤藓糖醇590重量份;
或黄芪1000重量份赤藓糖醇790重量份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的黄芪颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于该方法为:
取黄芪加水煎煮2-3次,每次2-3小时,合并煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩至60℃相对密度为1.21~1.24,加乙醇使含乙醇量为65-80%,搅匀,静置,取上清液回收乙醇,浓缩成60℃相对密度为1.31~1.33的清膏;加糊精和/或赤藓糖醇,制成颗粒。
4.如权利要求3所述的黄芪颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于该方法为:
取黄芪加水煎煮二次,第一次3小时,第二次2小时,合并煎液,滤过,滤液浓缩至60℃相对密度为1.21~1.24,加乙醇使含乙醇量为70%,搅匀,静置,取上清液回收乙醇,浓缩成60℃相对密度为1.31~1.33的清膏。加糊精和/或赤藓糖醇,制成颗粒。
