Abstract
本发明公开了一种替米考星可溶性粉剂。该替米考星可溶性粉剂由以下组分按重量份组成:替米考星1~20份,N‑酰基谷氨酸钠1~10份,天冬氨酸1~10份,三聚磷酸钠1~10份,酒石酸1~10份,葡萄糖40~94份。本发明解决了替米考星在水面漂浮难容问题,为养殖户提供使用方便的替米考星可溶性粉。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种替米考星可溶性粉剂。
背景技术
替米考星是兽药临床上的常用药物,但由于其水溶性差限制了它的的给药途径,造成临床应用不便,此外替米考星的苦味重,影响动物的采食量,也对兽医临床上的使用造成影响。目前增加替米考星在水中溶解性主要是加固体酸,但由于替米考星密度小,且非极性强在水面常成球状物漂浮,很难在短时间内溶解,使用时常常堵塞管道,造成不必要的麻烦。另外掩盖苦味较为有效的方法是将替米考星进行微囊包被,但解决不了其水溶性的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种替米考星可溶性粉剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:替米考星可溶性粉剂,由以下组分按重量份组成:
替米考星7~13份,N-酰基谷氨酸钠3~7份,天冬氨酸1~3份,三聚磷酸钠5~10份,酒石酸1~5份,葡萄糖62~83份。
作为优选,替米考星可溶性粉剂,由以下组分按重量份组成:
替米考星10份,N-酰基谷氨酸钠5份,天冬氨酸2份,三聚磷酸钠7份,酒石酸3份,葡萄糖73份。
本发明的有益效果是:
解决替米考星在水面漂浮难容问题,为养殖户提供使用方便的替米考星可溶性粉剂。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种替米考星可溶性粉的配制,药物配制以每份1000g进行计算。替米考星可溶性粉组合物为:替米考星13份,N-酰基谷氨酸钠3份,天冬氨酸1份,三聚磷酸钠10份,酒石酸5份,葡萄糖68份。配制方法:按照重量称取替米考星13份、N-酰基谷氨酸钠3份,天冬氨酸1份,三聚磷酸钠10份,酒石酸5份;用77份葡萄糖作载体,原辅料充分搅拌均匀后即制成一种可溶性的替米考星可溶性粉。
取100mg该替米考星可溶性粉放入纳氏比色管中,加水50ml,上下翻转10次,在室温26℃中8min内完全溶解,半小时后没有浑浊及固体析出,溶液澄清。
实施例2
一种替米考星可溶性粉的配制,药品配制以每份1000g进行计算。替米考星可溶性粉组合物为:替米考星7份,N-酰基谷氨酸钠7份,天冬氨酸3份,三聚磷酸钠5份,酒石酸1份,葡萄糖77份。配制方法:按照重量称取替替米考星7份,N-酰基谷氨酸钠7份,天冬氨酸3份,三聚磷酸钠5份,酒石酸1份;用77份葡萄糖作载体,原辅料充分搅拌均匀后即制成一种可溶性的替米考星可溶性粉。
取100mg该替米考星可溶性粉放入纳氏比色管中,加水50ml,上下翻转10次,在室温26℃中17min内完全溶解,半小时后没有浑浊及固体析出,溶液澄清。
实施例3
一种替米考星可溶性粉的配制,药品配制以每份1000g进行计算。替米考星可溶性粉组合物为:替米考星10份、N-酰基谷氨酸钠5份、天冬氨酸2份、三聚磷酸钠7份、酒石酸3份、葡萄糖73份。配制方法:按照重量称取替米考星10份、N-酰基谷氨酸钠3份、天冬氨酸2份、三聚磷酸钠7份、酒石酸3份;用73份葡萄糖作载体,原辅料充分搅拌均匀后即制成一种可溶性的替米考星可溶性粉。
取100mg该替米考星可溶性粉放入纳氏比色管中,加水50ml,上下翻转10次,在室温26℃中3min内完全溶解,半小时后没有浑浊及固体析出,溶液澄清。

替米考星7~13份,N-酰基谷氨酸钠3~7份,天冬氨酸1~3份,三聚磷酸钠5~10份,酒石酸1~5份,葡萄糖62~83份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的替米考星可溶性粉剂,其特征在于,由以下组分按重量份组成:
替米考星10份,N-酰基谷氨酸钠5份,天冬氨酸2份,三聚磷酸钠7份,酒石酸3份,葡萄糖73份。
