Abstract
本发明公开一种透气缓震保健鞋垫,它是由透气网眼布和聚氨酯发泡材料复合而成,其中透气网眼布经纳米银抗菌整理,聚氨酯发泡材料由A组分和B组分两种材料组成,其中A组分是由磁粉、纳米二氧化钛、硅藻土、亲水纤维、去离子水、高活性聚醚、催化剂、匀泡剂等材料制备而成,B组分是异氰酸酯的预聚物。本发明透气缓震保健鞋垫在鞋垫厚度较高时依然保持良好的透气透湿性,同时具有抗菌除臭的作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及材料制品领域,特别是涉及利用一种双透气缓震保健鞋垫。
背景技术
专利申请号201410758029.6制作透气鞋垫用聚氨酯及其制备方法提供了一种制作透气鞋垫的聚氨酯组合物。由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份制成,A组分:聚醚多元醇1:70-80份,聚醚多元醇2:20-30份,水:0.3-0.5份,泡沫稳定剂:0.5-0.9份,催化剂:0.35-0.50份,交联剂:1.5-2份,扩链剂:2-3份,稀释剂30-40份,B组分为改性黑料。其中稀释剂用二氯甲烷。而二氯甲烷是有毒的。
避免采用有毒的稀释剂和发泡剂是本发明优先考虑的,采用全水发泡的工艺是可行的。但全水发泡普遍用于硬泡,软泡方面存在较大缺陷:1.发泡体强度很难达到鞋垫强度要求。2.发泡温度难以控制。水与聚氨酯的异氰酸酯反应主要是生成聚氨酯脲,是一种硬段结构,1个水分子与2个异氰酸酯基团反应,不多的水可以生成大量的脲键结构。采用全水发泡工艺,反应温度高,反应的可控性差,发泡出来的聚氨酯泡沫体良品率低。另外聚氨酯发泡鞋垫薄层具有一定的透气性,但因为发泡结构,一般实用的发泡鞋垫厚度至少要达到了0.3厘米以上,这个厚度时鞋垫透气透湿有限。透气透湿性不好,就舒适性差,气味大。加之聚氨酯发泡材料由聚醚多元醇或聚酯多元醇与异氰酸酯反应而成,反应之后的聚氨酯材料不具有亲水性,透气透湿不好。由于发泡材料的巨大比表面积吸附异味和湿气,鞋垫穿的时间一长,异味很难消失。
研究一种原料环保,鞋垫制成品透气透湿性好,强度适中,抗菌除臭效果好的聚氨酯发泡鞋垫具有意义。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决避免采用有毒有害的原料来生产聚氨酯发泡鞋垫,同时提高聚氨酯发泡鞋垫的透气透湿性和抗菌除臭效果。本发明公开一种透气缓震保健鞋垫,一种透气缓震保健鞋垫由透气网眼布和聚氨酯发泡材料复合而成。其中透气网眼布经纳米银抗菌整理。聚氨酯发泡材料由双组分材料组成,其中A组分里含有3-15%的磁粉,1-10%的纳米二氧化钛,1-5%的硅藻土,1-10%的亲水纤维,其他组分为去离子水1-8%,高活性聚醚50-90%,催化剂0.1-1%,匀泡剂0.1-1%;含异氰酸酯的B组分是异氰酸酯的预聚物。
透气网眼布采用涤纶或尼龙的网眼经编布,优选常熟市大发经编织造有限公司的涤纶或涤纶尼龙复合或尼龙3D经编间隔织物。采用专利ZL200410027496.8一种纳米银溶胶及其制备方法的专利技术所制得的纳米银对网眼布进行抗菌整理。
含异氰酸酯的B组分是异氰酸酯的预聚物,可以参照专利申请号201410758029.6制作透气鞋垫用聚氨酯及其制备方法上关于B组分的制作方法,采用聚醚多元醇或聚酯多元醇与TDI,MDI,PAPI,HDI等异氰酸酯反应而成,也可以直接购买烟台万华的聚氨酯预聚物,异氰酸酯值在10-35%之间。
聚氨酯发泡材料中其中A组分里含有3-15%的磁粉,1-10%的纳米二氧化钛,1-5%的硅藻土,1-10%的亲水纤维,其他组分为去离子水1-8%,高活性聚醚50-90%,催化剂0.1-1%,匀泡剂0.1-1%。采用真空分散设备将上述各成分分散均匀。
其中磁粉优选粘结永磁铁氧体磁粉,粒径0.5-1.5微米。磁粉提供磁保健的同时,可以将A/B组分放热反应的热量传递更均匀,发泡更均匀。
其中亲水纤维优选黏胶纤维,聚乙烯醇纤维的一种或两种,进一步优选是黏胶纤维。纤维长度1-8厘米,细度2.5-12D。黏胶纤维的纵向有沟槽,在自然状态下有13%的回潮率,吸水率可以达到自重的1-3倍,吸湿后显著膨胀,直径可以增加50%以上,提供无数条透气吸湿毛细管通道,增加了透气透湿能力,明显提高鞋垫的舒适性和减轻异味的能力。同时作为纤维补强材料,增加泡沫体撕裂强度25%以上。黏胶纤维本身自带羟基,可以与异氰酸酯反应,形成一个整体。
其中纳米二氧化钛优选是锐钛矿型,具有光催化活性。鞋垫用后人们普遍习惯晒一晒,加入具有光催化活性的纳米二氧化钛,提高了除臭效率。
其中高活性聚醚是几种聚醚的混合物,至少含有部分伯羟基聚醚。
其中催化剂优选二月桂酸二丁基锡与胺的混合物。二月桂酸二丁基锡优先催化羟基与异氰酸酯的反应,而胺类催化剂优先催化异氰酸酯与水的反应。
将聚氨酯发泡材料的A,B组分混合均匀,送入发泡模具中成型后,45摄氏度熟化72小时。熟化完成后分切成片状物与透气网眼布在贴合机上完成贴合,最后用鞋垫模具模切热定型,可以热压出各种LOGO及纹理图案。
本发明的有益效果是,利用磁粉将化学放热热量传递分布均匀,利用黏胶纤维增强泡沫体,利用混合催化剂控制水分和羟基与异氰酸酯的反应速度,提高了全水发泡聚氨酯泡沫体的撕裂强度,加之与透气网眼布复合,整个力学强度得到进一步的提高。本发明采用的原料只有异氰酸酯官能团具有明显毒性,但与水分和带羟基的聚醚多元醇反应后生成聚氨酯官能团,形成热固体,毒性与刺激性消失。聚氨酯泡沫体中利用黏胶纤维的毛细管效应透湿透气,加之纳米二氧化钛的光催化,纳米银的抗菌,聚氨酯泡沫体的巨大比表面积综合提高了鞋垫的小环境,对于抑制细菌和异味具有很好的效果,同时提高了穿着舒适性。
为了验证本发明泡沫体的毒副作用,将本发明的泡沫体切成厚度0.5厘米的片材,按《消毒技术规范》,采用新西兰小白兔做斑贴刺激性测试,斑贴面积2.5厘米*2.5厘米,测试时间1小时、24小时、48小时。
测试结果如下表。
测试结论,本发明的聚氨酯发泡材料无刺激性。
为了验证本发明的聚氨酯发泡材料耐撕裂强度的提高,采用对照配方,保证两个配方的水分含量固定,异氰酸酯与多元醇的比例按1:0.9制模。配方A中不加黏胶纤维,配方B中加入7D黏胶纤维5%,纤维长度3厘米。
测试结果如下表。
测试结论,本发明的聚氨酯发泡材料配方B明显具有更高的撕裂强度。
为了验证本发明的聚氨酯发泡材料的透气透湿的提高,采用对照配方,保证两个配方的中水分含量固定,异氰酸酯与多元醇的比例按1:0.9制模。配方A中不加黏胶纤维,配方B中加入7D黏胶纤维5%,长度3厘米。聚氨酯泡沫体片材的厚度是0.3厘米。
测试结论,本发明的聚氨酯发泡材料配方B明显具有更高的透气透湿性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
在真空搅拌分散机按顺序加入高活性混合聚醚(分子量700,羟基值250mgKOH)95公斤,黏结铁氧铁磁粉SME-256(霸菱)10公斤,2公斤纳米二氧化钛,2公斤的硅藻土,5公斤黏胶纤维,去离子水1.8公斤,混合催化剂0.15公斤,有机硅匀泡剂8002(德固萨)0.5公斤。采用真空分散设备将上述各成分分散均匀。然后将物料转移到发泡箱物料A泵物料箱,在发泡箱物料B泵物料箱加入65公斤WANNATE8107万华聚氨酯预聚物。开启物料A/B计量泵,将上述物料送入混合设备混合均匀。然后将混合好的物料送入发泡箱进行发泡,脱模后45摄氏度熟化72小时,进行聚氨酯发泡材料片材加工,切成厚度0.5厘米的薄片。
采用常熟大发经编织造有限公司的尼龙3D透气网眼布,克重150克/平方米,在滚筒浸扎机浸扎。按ZL200410027496.8一种纳米银溶胶及其制备方法的专利技术所制得的纳米银,网眼布上浸扎纳米银浓度30PPM。然后在贴合机上采用热熔复合方式与聚氨酯发泡片材复合。最后在鞋垫模切定型机中进行模切和鞋垫热定型。这样就得到本专利所诉的一种透气缓震保健鞋垫。
实施例2
在真空搅拌分散机按顺序加入高活性混合聚醚(分子量1000,羟基值320mgKOH)80公斤,黏结铁氧铁磁粉SME-256(霸菱)12公斤,3公斤纳米二氧化钛,2公斤的硅藻土,8公斤黏胶纤维,去离子水3.0公斤,混合催化剂0.3公斤,有机硅匀泡剂8002(德固萨)0.2公斤。采用真空分散设备将上述各成分分散均匀。然后将物料转移到发泡箱物料A泵物料箱,在发泡箱物料B泵物料箱加入70公斤WANNATE8102万华聚氨酯预聚物。开启物料A/B计量泵,将上述物料送入混合设备混合均匀。然后将混合好的物料送入发泡箱进行发泡,脱模后45摄氏度熟化72小时,进行聚氨酯发泡材料片材加工,切成厚度0.3厘米的薄片。
采用常熟大发经编织造有限公司的尼龙3D透气网眼布,克重200克/平方米。在滚筒浸扎机浸扎按ZL200410027496.8一种纳米银溶胶及其制备方法的专利技术所制得的纳米银,网眼布上浸扎的纳米银浓度60PPM。然后在贴合机上采用热熔复合方式与聚氨酯发泡片材复合。最后在鞋垫模切定型机中进行模切和鞋垫定型。这样就得到本专利所诉的一种透气缓震保健鞋垫。
实施例3
在真空搅拌分散机按顺序加入高活性混合聚醚(分子量500,羟基值335mgKOH)100公斤,黏结铁氧铁磁粉SME-256(霸菱)15公斤,5公斤纳米二氧化钛,2公斤的硅藻土,2公斤黏胶纤维,去离子水5公斤,混合催化剂0.8公斤,有机硅匀泡剂8002(德固萨)1公斤。采用真空分散设备将上述各成分分散均匀。然后将物料转移到发泡箱物料A泵物料箱,在发泡箱物料B泵物料箱加入110公斤WANNATE8102万华聚氨酯预聚物。开启物料A/B计量泵,将上述物料送入混合设备混合均匀。然后将混合好的物料送入发泡箱进行发泡,脱模后45摄氏度熟化72小时,进行聚氨酯发泡材料片材加工,切成厚度0.5厘米的薄片。
采用常熟大发经编织造有限公司的涤纶3D透气网眼布,克重250克/平方米。在滚筒浸扎机浸扎按ZL200410027496.8一种纳米银溶胶及其制备方法的专利技术所制得的纳米银,网眼布上浸扎纳米银浓度50PPM。然后在贴合机上采用热熔复合方式与聚氨酯发泡片材复合。最后在鞋垫模切定型机中进行模切和鞋垫定型。这样就得到本专利所诉的一种透气缓震保健鞋垫。
Claims (4)
1.一种透气缓震保健鞋垫,由透气网眼布和聚氨酯发泡材料复合而成,其中透气网眼布经纳米银抗菌整理,聚氨酯发泡材料由A组分和B组分两种材料组成;
所述的聚氨酯发泡材料A组分是采用以下重量百分比配方:磁粉3-15%,纳米二氧化钛1-10%,硅藻土1-5%,亲水纤维1-10%,去离子水1-8%,催化剂0.1-1%,匀泡剂0.1-1%,高活性聚醚 余量;
所述的聚氨酯发泡材料B组分为异氰酸酯的预聚物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气缓震保健鞋垫,其特征在于,所述的聚氨酯发泡材料A组分中的磁粉为粘结永磁铁氧体磁粉,粒径0.5-1.5微米。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气缓震保健鞋垫,其特征在于,所述的聚氨酯发泡材料A组分中的亲水纤维是黏胶纤维和聚乙烯醇纤维的一种或两种,纤维长度1-8厘米,细度2.5D-12D。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气缓震保健鞋垫,其特征在于,所述的聚氨酯发泡材料A组分中的纳米二氧化钛是锐钛矿型,具有光催化活性。
