Description
一、技术领域:本发明属于高端功能营养果酱,尤以青藏高原天然无污染优质绿色枸杞(黑枸杞)、蜂蜜、菊粉、维生素E等原料,采取现代先进工艺加工而功能果酱。
二、背景技术:本发明以枸杞(黑枸杞)、蜂蜜、菊粉、维生素E等原料制成的功能性果酱。该产品以天然无污染优质绿色枸杞为主要原料,含有丰富的营养物质,具有滋补肝肾、滋阴养血、益精明目、增强免疫力、抗氧化、美容养颜、祛斑、抗疲劳、延缓衰老、保护视力和改善视疲劳、减肥、降血压、降血脂、降血糖、抗辐射、增加肠道菌群、防癌抗癌、通便等功能。目前市场上还没有同类产品,创新研发该产品,纯度高、生物活性强、吸收利用好、食用方便、味道鲜美、无任何毒副作用、效果明显、适用于各年龄段男女老幼食用。
三、发明内容:随着我国经济的快速持续发展,国民的生活水平不断提高,加之人类预期寿命延长,人们对营养、健康和天然、无污染、绿色食品需求越来越大,这也给营养健康产业带来巨大的活力。因此,创新研发本产品。
四、原料配方:枸杞(黑枸杞)10-60千克、蜂蜜20-40千克、菊粉1-10千克、维生素E100-200克为原料。
五、技术方案:
(一)、枸杞(Medlar),枸杞是生长在青藏高原绿色生态环境,纯天然珍品药食两用植物枸杞干燥果实。枸杞是一种稀有珍贵的原生态高端滋补品。枸杞为茄科植物枸杞成熟果实。性平,味甘。归肝、肾经。具有滋补肝肾、益精明目、润肺的功效。用于虚劳精亏、腰膝酸痛、眩晕耳鸣、内热消渴、血虚萎黄、提高视力、目昏不明等。现代医学研究认为,枸杞具有增强免疫力、抗疲劳、降血压、降血脂、降血糖、保护肝脏、美容祛斑、减肥、抗衰老、抗癌等功能。
化学成分:枸杞含多糖、氨基酸、甜菜碱、胡萝卜素、维生素B、维生素C、烟酸等多种维生素以及锰、铬、锌、铜、镁、钙、锗、钴等微量元素。
药理作用:1、增强免疫力:小鼠灌服水提取物或肌注醇提取物均能显著增强其网状内皮系统对印度墨汁的吞噬能力。水提取物或枸杞多糖均能促进小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能和血清中溶菌酶活性。给正常或老年小鼠灌服或腹注枸杞多糖,能显著增强腹腔巨噬细胞c3b和Fc的受体数和活力,可使老年小鼠抑制性T细胞调节抗体功能恢复到成年小鼠的水平。枸杞多糖纯品比粗品具有更显著的免疫应答效应,各项免疫指标(包括非特异性免疫的免疫器官质量、巨噬细胞吞噬作用、特异性体液免疫的血清溶血素,特异性细胞免疫中的退发型变态反应、淋巴细胞转化率、E玫瑰花结形成等)均有显著的差异。
2、保护肝脏、抗脂肪肝:枸杞提取物对保护肝脏和抗脂肪肝具有一定的作用。现代医学研究发现,枸杞中含有一种有效成分-甜菜碱,它对治疗肝脏疾病很有效。实验表明,甜菜碱有抑制脂肪在肝细胞内沉积,促进肝细胞再生的作用。另外,枸杞的中甜菜碱能防止肝脏内过多的脂肪贮存,有防脂肪肝的作用,据报道,长期经大鼠饲喂水提取物或甜菜碱饲料对ccl4引起的肝损害有保护作用,能明显降低转氨酶及肝中脂质的变化,可抑制肝中脂质沉积及促进肝细胞新生,对肝脏脂质过氧化损伤有明显的保护作用。
3、促进造血,枸杞提取物可使正常小鼠骨髓中爆式红系集落形成单位和红系集落形成单位上升;能促进小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞分泌集落刺激因子,提高小鼠集落刺激活性水平;在体外培养休系中,枸杞提取物可加强集落刺激因子的集落刺激活性。还可促进小鼠骨髓造血干细胞的增殖,明显增加骨髓单系细胞数量,促进CFU-GM向粒系分化。
4、美容养颜:枸杞能抑制脂质在肝脏内沉积,促进肝细胞新生的作用,枸杞中含有的胡萝卜素、维生素C等美容成份,具有润泽皮肤,驻颜色,美容之佳品。枸杞还可提高皮肤的吸氧能力,能起着美白皮肤的作用。据国外报道,英国和法国科学家研究发现,枸杞中含有一种没有见过的物质,取名为“驻颜维生素”。所以枸杞具有极强的美容养颜功效。
5、防晒、美白:研究表现,枸杞具有很强的防晒美白作用。研究证实,枸杞能抑制酪氨酸酶的产生,有效防止雀斑、黄褐斑的产生,能控制的黑色素生成。还能抑制紫外线引起的色素沉着。从而达到皮肤美白的作用。多项动物实验发现,枸杞有助于防止紫外线导致皮肤氧化,缓解晒伤皮肤引发的皮炎和浮肿。

8、延缓生殖系统衰老:据国内报道,一项研究成果表明,枸杞通过作用“下丘脑-垂体-性腺”轴线,可对被损伤的生殖系统产生作用。实验结果表明,枸杞通过促性腺素作用促进垂体分泌性腺激素,对“下丘脑-垂体-性腺”轴线,产生·多层调节作用,对保护卵巢具有重要作用,能延缓卵巢衰老和抗肿瘤的作用。
9、降血脂、防治动脉硬化:枸杞提取物动物及临床实验均具有良好的降血脂作用。多糖对高血脂家兔的血脂有明显的作用,能明显降低血清胆固醇及三酰甘油的含量。枸杞还可降低大鼠血胆固醇,并明显抑制灌喂胆固醇和猪油的家兔血清胆固醇升高,还具有抗动脉硬化的作用。枸杞具有显著的降血脂和胆固醇作用,据国内报道,动物实验结果显示,枸杞能显著降低饲用高胆固醇饲料大鼠血清中总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白的含量,同时测定大鼠粪便中胆固醇,结果表明,枸杞能阻止消化道对胆固醇的吸收,因此,在高脂饮食大鼠粪便中出现大量的胆固醇。另有实验结果显示,喂养枸杞饲料的雄性大鼠6周后,大鼠血清和肝脏中的甘油三酯和胆固醇均有下降34.4%和18.1%,其作用机制是枸杞能够增强肝脏CYP7AI的活性和表达,促进胆固醇向胆汁酸转化,通过增强胆汁酸的有效排泄而降低血液总胆固醇水平。
10、降血压和保护心脑血管:血管中的弹性纤维逐渐氧化变硬,是导致高血压的主要原因。枸杞可通过提高血管弹性而降低血压。实验证明,枸杞提取物能降低血液中胆固醇水平,减少血管壁上胆固醇沉积及抑制血管紧张素酶活性来降低血压。另有研究,在大鼠饲料中添加枸杞提取物、铬、锌成分,而实验组血压明显低于对照组,其机理是枸杞提取物降低了自由基的形成,改善胰岛素的敏感性。
11、抗氧化:枸杞具有良好的抗氧化作用。枸杞能抑制血浆中的脂质过氧化自由基生成作用,又能阻断脂质过氧化作用。在保护DNA、蛋白质和膜结构免遭氧化损伤起着重要作用,已知人体晶状体、角膜及玻璃体中的超氧化物歧化酶活性低,老年人血浆和组织,这是一种维持机制减弱,可能是老年人血浆过氧化脂质含量增高以及易患白内障等疾病的重要原因之一,具有强大的抗氧化作用,可以逆转这一过程。
12、降血糖:防治继发性糖尿病:枸杞提取物具有显著的降血糖和防治糖尿病的功能。研究表明,枸杞多糖对正常小鼠的血糖和糖耐量的影响以及对四氧嘧啶致高血糖小鼠的保护作用表明,分别给正常小鼠灌喂一定量的枸杞多糖,其结果使血糖明显降低。糖耐量实验表明,一定量的枸杞多糖可明显对抗正常小鼠给予一定量葡萄糖引起的血糖升高。研究明显,枸杞多糖对正常及糖尿病模型动物均有降血糖作用。另据研究,枸杞可有效控制餐后血糖,明显降低餐后血糖峰值,从而形成血糖峰值期胰岛素的需求量,减轻胰岛素细胞分泌胰岛素的负荷,从而达到保护胰岛素细胞的作用。长期服用还能降低空腹血糖的作用。实验表明,无论对正常人,还是对糖耐量降低者服用后都可以降低餐后血糖峰值和降低餐后血糖水平,防止继发性糖尿病。还有报道,动物实验结果表明,枸杞有助于降低糖尿病患者的血糖。能使动物胰腺细胞胰岛素产量增加50%。
13、防治糖尿病视网膜病变:糖尿病视网膜病变是视网膜微血管病变,其表现为,糖尿病人血糖波动对会引起血压、血管等相应变化,造成眼底血管出血等连锁反应,影响到视网膜的功能。研究表明,枸杞具有强大的抗氧化功效,有保护糖尿病大鼠视网膜氧化损伤的作用。临床研究显示,枸杞可降低糖尿病视网膜患者血清中LPO含量,升高维生素C含量和SOD活性,具有显著的防治糖尿病视网膜病变的作用。
(二)、蜂蜜(honey),为蜜蜂科昆虫中华蜜蜂或意大利蜜蜂在蜂窠中酿成的糖类物质。性平、味甘、归心、脾、胃、肝、大肠经。具有补中益气、润燥、润肺止咳、生津止喝、止痛、解毒、通便等功效。现代医学研究证实,蜂蜜具有有增强免疫力、抗氧化、延缓衰老、保护肝脏、抗菌消炎、促进组织再生、消除疲劳、增强体力、美容养颜、改善睡眠、润肠通便、增强记忆力、抗肿瘤等功效。
化学成分:蜂蜜含有蛋白质、氨基酸、糖类、有机酸和酚酸、酶类、多种矿物质和多种维生素、糊精、树胶、芳香物质等成分。
药理作用:1、增强免疫力:实验用1%和5%的椴树蜜和杂花蜜对小鼠体液免疫功能的影响,结果表明,5%的椴树蜜可显著增加抗体分泌细胞数,增强体液免疫功能。
2、抗菌:研究显示,蜂蜜对葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、变性杆菌、痢疾杆菌等多种细菌具有抑制和杀灭作用。
3、消除疲劳、增加体力:蜂蜜能帮助人们迅速的消除疲劳,增加体力和耐力,对于长跑、摔跤、游泳、登山等激烈运动项目的运动员能显著改善其竞技状态。因为蜂蜜中含有大量的葡萄糖,它不必经过消化,食用后迅速就被吸收进入人体血液,然后被输送到肝脏,使葡萄糖转变为肝糖原贮存起来,随着血液的循环进入人体各部位,经体内代谢产生大量的能量。因此,运动员和从事强体力劳动者食用蜂蜜不仅能增加体力,还能增加耐力。另外,对于身体虚弱者、肠胃不舒等食用蜂蜜后都能使精力充沛,精神燃发;蜂蜜还能帮助脑力劳动、熬夜、工作疲劳等消除疲劳。

7、解毒:蜂蜜能延长小鼠川乌粉的中毒死亡时间,直接降低川乌水煎液的毒性,对川乌中毒小鼠具有解毒作用,能以多种形式解乌头的毒性,其中以对水煎液的解毒效果最佳。
8、保护肝脏:研究发现,蜂蜜是一种医治肝脏病的功能食品。蜂蜜对肝脏的保护作用主要有两个方面,一是蜂蜜中葡萄能转化为肝糖原物质贮存待用,为肝脏的代谢提供能量,从而保证了肝功能的正常发挥;二是蜂蜜能刺激肝细胞再生,起到修复组织损伤的作用。
9、润肠通便:蜂蜜有很好的润肠作用,能明显增强小鼠肠蠕动,加速其粪便排出,蜂蜜给小鼠灌服,对小肠蠕动有明显的促进作用,可缩短排便的时间。
10、改善睡眠:蜂蜜中含有的葡萄糖、维生素E以及镁、磷、钙等物质能够调节神经系统,从而起到促进睡眠的作用,尤其是对神经衰弱者效果更好。有国外研究报道,在1-2大匙蜂蜜加入半个柠檬的果汁中,在睡前给神经质的失眠症患者服用,获得的催眠效果,比其它任何药物都有效。
11、美容养颜、祛斑:研究表明,蜂蜜内服或外用,可改善皮肤的营养状况,能促进皮肤的新陈代谢,增强皮肤的活力和抗菌能力,减少色素沉着,防止皮肤干燥,使皮肤柔软、洁白、细腻,并可减少皮肤的皱纹和防治粉制等皮肤疾患。
12、抗肿瘤:蜂蜜具有显著的抗肿瘤和肿瘤转移的作用。实验肿瘤接种前10天预先给大鼠注入蜂蜜,可使肿瘤生长明显减慢,并抑制其转移过程。单用蜂蜜液治疗动物肿瘤一个疗程,其病灶的生长受到抑制;另外,蜂蜜还能加强环磷酰胺和5-氟脲腺嘧啶的抗肿瘤疗效,并且减少其毒副作用。
另外,蜂蜜还具有抗氧化、延缓衰老、祛黄竭斑、抗辐射、防治胃肠炎和胃溃疡、强心、防治呼吸道感染等作用。
(三)、菊粉(inulin)又称菊糖,是从天然植物菊芋中提取的果聚糖化合物。是目前发现的最好的水溶性膳食纤维之一。菊粉为体内双歧杆菌增长因子,也是一种重要的脂肪替代品,热量低,溶解性好,为白色无定形粉末,相对分子量6000。
主要成分:菊粉含β-1,2-糖键连接的聚合果糖,聚合度为30-60混合物,平均聚合度为10,含少量单糖、双糖。
生理功能:1、改善肠道环境、促进益菌增殖:菊粉在消化道上端不能被消化,以完整的形式到达大肠被双歧杆菌利用,促进大肠的双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌等生长、发酵产生的SCFA使大肠内PH值下降,从而抑制大肠内一些不耐酸的病源微生物如沙门氏菌等腐败菌的生长改善肠道环境,减少肠道内腐败物质的产生。
2、防治便秘:菊粉是水溶性膳食纤维,能使大肠蠕动,有利于大肠内容物向大肠运动,增加排便次数,有利粪便排出。同时菊粉具有很强的吸水性,增加大便中的含水量,由此导致大便变软,重量增加,排便因而变得轻松。
3、降血脂:一些研究数据显示,菊粉可以降低血清总胆固醇(TC)和低度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDC-C),改善血脂状况。其原因,一方面是因为菊粉作用为膳食纤维可吸收肠内脂肪,形成脂肪-纤维复合物随粪便排出,有助于血脂水平的降低。另一方面,菊粉发酵终产物主要为短链脂肪酸SCFA(乙酸、丙酸、丁酸)和有机酸(乳酸、琥珀酸、丙酮酸等),其中丙酸可以抑制胆固醇的合成,同时增加胆汁分泌量;乳酸盐调节肝脏代谢,从而降低血脂水平。
4、降血糖:经过大量的研究发现,糖尿病人摄入高纤维的食品后不但不会加重餐后高血糖,而且还可以改善患者的葡萄糖耐量和对胰岛素的敏感性,因此具有降血糖作用。菊粉系果糖聚合物,是非常好的水溶性膳食纤维,能延缓碳水化合物的消化吸收;故可以减轻餐后高血糖。另外还可以使胰岛素依赖型患者的胰岛素需要量减少30%-40%,非胰岛素依赖型患者的胰岛素需要量减少75%-100%。并可以使患者血压下降,抑制患者的体重增加。
5、减肥:研究表明,菊粉是可溶性膳食纤维,在口腔、胃和小肠内不能被消化吸收,只能被肠道某些细菌完全发酵,是低热量食品。能在胃中吸水膨胀,形成黏膜胶体,使人易产生饱腹感并能延长胃的排空时间,从而减少食物的摄入量,减少食物在小肠的时间,还能在小肠与蛋白质,脂肪等物质形成复合物,不利于这些营养的吸收,因此达到减肥的目的。另外菊粉还能吸收胆汁酸,降低胆固醇的合成吸收,不能经由糖-脂代谢途径合成脂肪,所以来减肥。
6、增强免疫力:菊粉通过对双歧杆菌的增殖作用,能产生大量的免疫性物质,如S-TGA免疫球蛋白,它在肠壁的附着力明显大于其他免疫球蛋白。菊粉还能显著提高抗体细胞的数目和NK细胞活性。此外,有益菌代谢产物的增多和有害菌的减少,有益机体细胞免疫和体液免疫增强。
(四)、维生素E(VI t E)又名生育酚。即E、β、γ与a生育粉,E、β、γ与a-三烯生育酚8种同族系统为维生素E。其中a一生育酚的生物活性最强。维生素E属于脂溶性维生素。
生理功能:1、抗氧化:维生素E是一种很强的抗氧化剂,在保护细胞膜免受自由基的损害。脑细胞含有大量的不饱和脂肪酸,维生素E能防止不饱和脂肪酸被氧化,从而保护大脑细胞的正常代谢与活动,防止大脑氧化衰退。维生素E还可保护神经系统,骨骼肌、视网膜免受氧化损害,人体神经系统的正常发育和视网膜,需要充足的维生素E。神经系统在产生神经递质过程中伴有大量的自由基产生,因此维生素E在防止线粒体和神经系统的触突膜免受自由基损害方面是必需的。
2、降血压:研究发现,抗氧化剂维生素E有助于降低血压。维生素E即能中和破坏细胞的游离基的复合物。其机理使通过保护体内起放松血管作用的氧化氮的供应而发挥作用。据美国加州大学的范齐里博士指出,抗氧化剂是一种强大的血压调节器,它有降低高血压。通过白鼠试验证实,尽管高血压是一种病因非常复杂的疾病,但氧化氮和氧化应激在调节血压中起关键作用。
3、防治糖尿病并发症:天然维生素E是一种强抗氧化剂,并能参与机体多方而的代谢过程。近年来,也用于医治糖尿病慢性并发症,尤其是心血管并发症,而心血管并发症约占糖尿病人死亡原因的70%左右。
糖尿病慢性并发症中,由于高血糖的毒性作用,造成血管病变,肾脏病变,脂代谢紊乱,神经病变,眼部病变等,维生素E可防止糖尿病并发症。糖尿病研究中心研究发现,维生素E可以降低胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者红细胞脂质过氧化,在早期糖尿病血管病变治疗非常重要。糖尿病人存在着血小板和内皮异常,而维生素E可改善血小板和内皮细胞功能。
4、防治冠心病:维生素E可预防心脏冠状动脉硬化和血栓的形成,从而避免引起冠心病或心肌硬死。维生素E具有抗氧化作用,能防止过氧化脂质在血管壁沉积,预防动脉硬化的发生。维生素E可降低血液黏稠度,使血液流通顺畅,从而增加心脏的供氧,减轻心脏负担。许多流行病学研究表明,补给维生素E能使心血管病发病率、死亡率明显降低。
5、促进乳房丰满:维生素E能促使卵巢发育成熟,增加卵巢细胞,调节雌激素分泌,从而促进乳腺管增长,有助于胸部发育促使乳房丰满。此外维生素E可防治宫内放环月经量过多,产后缺乳、安胎等。
6、延缓皮肤衰老:天然维生素E被誉为”葆青春”维生素。由于独特的抗氧化作用,能使血管扩张,促进血液循环,活跃皮肤细胞新陈代谢,滋润皮肤,增加皮肤弹性和光泽,对消除色素沉着、黄褐斑、老年斑、妊娠纹与浅表疤痕也有较好的作用。
7、延缓皱纹产牛:皮肤皱纹往往是由于皮下脂肪损失,弹性纤维的断裂和胶原组织的降解而产生的,维生素E能阻止过氧化脂质的形成,保护组织联系;使皮肤保持弹性。维生素E还有治疗雀斑的作用。
8、抗紫外线:研究表明,皮肤的抗氧化体系能够减少紫外线辐射对皮肤的损伤,而存在皮肤中的维生素E是具有保护皮肤,降低紫外线辐射伤害皮肤有重要作用,摄入维生素E会积累在皮肤中,而皮肤的维生素E可以吸收一些可见光紫外线,或者将紫外线”反射”或”折射”。另一方面维生素E具有很强的抗氧化功能,降低自由基含量,以维持细胞的免疫系统活性。
另据报道,紫外线照射会产生大量的高活性自由基,维生素E作为自由基的强力清除剂,能修复辐射产生的表皮损伤。
据国外报道,德国杜塞尔多夫大学科研小组研究证实,维生素E能使人体具备更强的抗紫外线能力,即维生素E它能够强化其它防紫外线物质的功能,并加强皮肤更好抵御辐射的能力,这是医学上首次证明这一可能。实验证明,在抗紫外线作用上,未服用维生素E要比服用维生素E的人低29%。因此,维生素E能够增强人体抗紫外线的能力,防止晒斑的产生。此外,维生素E还可以减少晒伤引起的黄褐斑。
9、防治黄褐斑和色素斑:色素斑医学称为”老年性色素斑”。它是一个叫脂褐质色素的化学物质,也是不饱和脂肪酸的氧化物,即脂褐质。维生素E是机体最重要的抗氧化剂,能防止体内不饱和脂肪酸的过氧化,并具有清除自由基的功能,以减少脂褐质的生成,因此,维生素E可以抑制色素斑的产生。
据国外报道,大剂量维生素E持续3~9个月,能使面部黄褐斑和色素斑减少,甚至消退,有效率可达70%~90%,其机理主要是抑制氧化脂质生成,逆转皮肤衰老。另据报道,维生素E具有治疗雀斑的作用。
10、抗肿瘤:维生素E对人类所有类型的肿瘤中超过90%的恶性肿瘤有抑制作用,其半数有效浓度为5-10mg/L,在此浓度下可以显著抑制乳腺癌、子宫癌、结肠癌,淋巴癌等组织肿瘤的生长,而对正常生长细胞无影响,对比实险也表明,单独使用维生素E,高维生素C可使乳腺癌发生的风险降低20%。另有报道,维生素E能阻止癌细胞最初阶段的生长和癌细胞的失控繁殖。维生素E作为一种抗氧化剂,能吸附到受损细胞的表面,并激发它的“自杀”。同时它也能增强人体免疫力,防止癌细胞浸入血管内,从而截断肿瘤获得营养。
此外,维生素E还能改善头部皮肤血液循环,具有防止脱发,白发的作用,皮肤毛孔会分泌出含有维生素E皮脂、保持头发的健康与亮丽。
综上所述:该产品以天然无污染优质绿色枸杞为主要原料,含有丰富的营养物质,具有滋补肝肾、增强免疫力、抗氧化、美容养颜、祛斑、抗疲劳、延缓衰老、保护视力和改善视疲劳、减肥、降血压、降血脂、降血糖、抗辐射、增加肠道菌群、防癌抗癌、通便等功能。
六、制作工艺:
1、原料处理:先将枸杞清洗干净;
2、加热软化:将清洗过的枸杞加入10-20%水煮沸0.5-1小时,使枸杞均匀软化。
3、打浆:将软化后的枸杞连同汁液送入孔径为0.5-1.5毫米的打浆机,将枸杞打成为果浆。
4、调配混合:将蜂蜜调配成75%的蜂蜜液,菊粉加水调配成糊状与枸杞果浆混合,搅拌均匀。
5、浓缩:将混合后枸杞浆液送入浓缩锅,浓缩至可溶性固体物含量达60-70%时,加入维生素E搅拌均匀,即可出锅。
6、灌装封盖:将浓缩后的枸杞果酱送入灌装机,使果酱灌装于瓶中,并封盖。
7、杀菌:将灌装封盖后的果酱瓶,在100℃沸水中杀菌10-20分钟,即可冷却至30-40℃。
8、检验装箱:将杀菌后的枸杞果酱,检验合格,装箱为成品。

八、具体实施方式:
实施例:取枸杞(黑枸杞)10-60千克、蜂蜜20-40千克、菊粉1-10千克、维生素E100-200千克为原料,经过将枸杞清洗干净,加入10-30%的水煮沸0.5-1小时,使枸杞均匀软化,送入孔径0.5-1.5毫米的打浆机,将软化的枸杞打成为果浆,再将蜂蜜调配成70%的蜂蜜液,菊粉加水调成糊浆,与枸杞果浆混合,搅拌均匀,送入浓缩锅,浓缩至可溶性固体物含量达60-70%时加入维生素E搅拌均匀,即可出锅,再将出锅后的枸杞果酱送入灌装机,使果酱灌装于瓶中,并封盖,在100℃沸水中杀菌10-20分钟,即可冷却至35-40℃,检验合格,装箱为成品。

1.高级金枸杞营养果酱的制作工艺、原料处理、加热软化、打浆、调配配合、浓缩、灌装封盖、杀菌、检验装箱为成品。
2.工艺特征:枸杞(黑枸杞)10-60千克、蜂蜜20-40千克、菊粉1-10千克、维生素E100-200千克为原料,经过将枸杞清洗干净,加入10-30%的水煮沸0.5-1小时,使枸杞均匀软化,送入孔径0.5-1.5毫米的打浆机,将软化的枸杞打成为果浆,再将蜂蜜调配成70%的蜂蜜液,菊粉加水调成糊浆,与枸杞果浆混合,搅拌均匀,送入浓缩锅,浓缩至可溶性固体物含量达60-70%时加入维生素E搅拌均匀,即可出锅,再将出锅后的枸杞果酱送入灌装机,使果酱灌装于瓶中,并封盖,在100℃沸水中杀菌10-20分钟,即可冷却至35-40℃,检验合格,装箱为成品。
