药理作用:1、增强免疫力:小鼠灌服水提取物或肌注醇提取物均能显著增强其网状内皮系统对印度墨汁的吞噬能力。水提取物或枸杞多糖均能促进小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能和血清中溶菌酶活性。给正常或老年小鼠灌服或腹枸杞多糖,能显著增强腹腔巨噬细胞c3b和Fc的受体数和活力,可使老年小鼠抑制性T细胞调节抗体功能恢复到成年小鼠的水平。黑枸杞多糖纯品比粗品具有更显著的免疫应答效应,各项免疫指标(包括非特异性免疫的免疫器官质量、巨噬细胞吞噬作用、特异性体液免疫的血清溶血素,特异性细胞免疫中的退发型变态反应、淋巴细胞转化率、E玫瑰花结形成等)均有显著的差异。
2、保护肝脏、抗脂肪肝:黑枸杞提取物对保护肝脏和抗脂肪肝具有一定的作用。现代医学研究发现,黑枸杞中含有一种有效成分-甜菜碱,它对治疗肝脏疾病很有效。实验表明,甜菜碱有抑制脂肪在肝细胞内沉积,促进肝细胞再生的作用。另外,黑枸杞的中甜菜碱能防止肝脏内过多的脂肪贮存,有防脂肪肝的作用,据报道,长期经大鼠饲喂水提取物或甜菜碱饲料对ccl4引起的肝损害有保护作用,能明显降低转氨酶及肝中脂质的变化,可抑制肝中脂质沉积及促进肝细胞新生,对肝脏脂质过氧化损伤有明显的保护作用。
3、促进造血,黑枸杞提物可使正常小鼠骨髓中爆式红系集落形成单位和红系集落形成单位上升;能促进小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞分泌集落刺激因子,提高小鼠集落刺激活性水平;在体外培养休系中,黑枸杞提取物可加强集落刺激因子的集落刺激活性。还可促进小鼠骨髓造血干细胞的增殖,明显增加骨髓单系细胞数量,促进CFU-GM向粒系分化。
4、美容养颜:黑枸杞能抑制脂质在肝脏内沉积,促进肝细胞新生的作用,黑枸杞中含有的原花青素、胡萝卜素、维生素C等美容成份,具有润泽皮肤,驻颜色,美容之佳品。黑枸杞还可提高皮肤的吸氧能力,能起着美白皮肤的作用。据国外报道,英国和法国科学家研究发现,黑枸杞中含有一种没有见过的物质,取名为“驻颜维生素”。所以黑枸杞具有极强的美容养颜功效。

(二)玛咖提取物(Maca),为十字花科独荇菜属高原草本植物干燥根。是一种生长在南美洲秘鲁安第斯山区海拔3500-4000米的高原植物,富含多种天然营养物质,是秘鲁人生活中不可缺少的营养物质,被称为安第斯人参。2002年我国卫生部正式批准进入我国。近年来,开始在青藏高原海拔3000米以上区域引种成功,种植面积逐年扩大。玛咖补肾气、滋阴壮阳、补血填精。研究发现,玛咖富含高单位营养素,对人体有滋补强壮作用、能促进机体代谢、抵抗压力、抗疲劳、提高能量、提高生育能力和乳汁分泌,并能防治妇女月经不调、不育症、保护卵巢、改善妇女更年期综合症、丰乳、祛斑美容、改善睡眠、延缓衰老,增强脑活力,以及快速增强体能的特性、抗癌等作用,在国际市场上深受欢迎,
化学成份:玛咖含蛋白质,脂肪酸、氨基酸、糖类,植物多酚、生物碱、甾醇、皂角苷、多种矿物质和玛咖烯及玛咖酰胺、芥子油苷等成份。
药理作用:1、改善男女性功能:玛咖可改善男女性功能的作用在60年代就被发现,动物实验表明,通过给用玛咖喂养小鼠,发现小鼠的扑捉能力提高。随后有人对玛咖进行分离提取,研究发现,玛咖含有的玛咖烯和玛咖酰胺,甾醇等物质,喂养小鼠后发现雌性小鼠的性功能有了明显的提高,雄鼠勃起能力也有很大的提高,实验推断,增强雌雄鼠性功能的物质为玛咖烯和玛咖酰胺,而且芥子油苷和异硫氰酸节酯也对改善性功能有一定的影响,而新近研究的报道进一步证明,玛咖无论是在短期还是长期喂养小鼠都会提高雌、雄小鼠的性能力。
2、提高生育能力:据国外报道,玛咖能提高哺乳动物和鱼类的生育能力。如在几内亚猪的饲料中添加6-10%的玛咖,发现产崽率提高了36-45%,猪崽出生重量提高40-73%。玛咖提高生育能力的作用其机理可能是提高动物成熟卵泡小体的数量、精子流动性和精子的数量,因此,于玛咖中含有的生物碱、精氨酸和果糖等成份有关。玛咖中的生物碱可以刺激动物的生殖系统,用生物碱喂养小鼠可以使雌性成熟的卵泡小体成倍增加,雄鼠精子产生的数量增加,而精氨酸对提高生育力也有明显的作用,因为精氨酸是精子的主要成份,而且可以提高精子的运动性,玛咖中的果糖可以为精子提供能量发挥作用。

4、消除黄褐斑:色素斑是由酷氨酸酶活跃性质不稳定,受阳光照射及内分泌紊乱等因素,使面部出现色素斑、晒班等。研究表明,玛咖具体增强女性卵巢功能,促进荷尔蒙分泌,提高荷尔蒙水平,以消除女性因荷尔蒙分泌紊乱所产生的色素斑。

(三)白芷提取物:(Angelica dahurica),为伞形科植物白芷或杭白芷的根。性温、味凉,归胃、大肠、肺经。具有解表,祛风除湿,通窍止痛,消肿排脓的功效。用于感冒头痛、白带、疮疡肿痛、抗炎、解热、抗菌等。现代医学研究认为,白芷有祛黄褐斑,保护皮肤水份、祛痤疮、抗疲劳、增强免疫力,保护胃黏膜、保护视力、清咽、降血脂、减肥、降血压、抗癌、改善睡眠等功效。
化学成份:含挥发油、当归素、氧化前胡素、前胡素、异欧前胡素、花椒素、佛手柑内酯、蛇床素、新白芷醚、多糖及矿物质无机元素。
药理作用:1、解热镇痛:白芷煎剂,醚提取物及水提取物对小鼠扭体反应和热板法均有镇痛作用,白芷15克(生药)1Kg灌胃对兔皮下注射蛋白胨所致发热有的解热作用,效果大于阿斯匹林。
2、抗炎:白芷煎剂对二甲苯所致小鼠急性炎症有显著抑制作用,其镇痛解热抗炎有效成份为脂溶性成份。
3、抗病原体:实验表明,白芷水煎剂对大肠杆菌、宋氏痢疾杆菌、变形杆菌、伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、霍乱杆菌和人型结核杆菌有抑制作用。水浸液对奥杜盎小芽孢癣菌、同心性毛癣菌等致病菌也有一定的抑制作用。
4、皮肤光敏作用:白芷外用可以提高皮肤对紫外线的敏感性,加强紫外线的作用。这种作用可涉及表皮免疫细胞及真皮组织等各方面。白芷制剂内服或外用加黑光照射可以抑制银屑病表皮细胞DNA合成,使增殖性强的银屑病表皮的细胞恢复正常,从而使皮肤治愈。
5、减肥:白芷提取物对脂肪代谢有一定的功效。白芷所含的花椒素、欧前胡内酯和水合氧化前胡素能增强肾上腺素和ATCH所诱导的脂肪分解,抑制胰岛素内诱导的由葡萄糖转化脂肪的合成。因此,具有减肥作用。
6、消斑美容:白芷祛风解表,散寒止痛、除湿通窍、消肿排脓。可改善人体微循环:促进皮肤新陈代谢、消除色素在皮肤组织中堆积,祛除面部色素班,治疗皮肤疱痍疥癣《神农本草经》指出:白芷长肌肤、润泽颜色,可作面脂,无论是“千金面脂方”,还是慈禧太后的驻颜宫廷秘方“玉容散”,白芷都是制作面脂的主药。称之为祛面部黑班。现代药理研究证明,白芷对色素班,痤疮,黑头,粉刺都有一定的疗效。在美白祛班、美容养颜、改善微循环、延缓皮肤衰老等方面都具有独特的疗效。
(四)茯苓提取物(Poria cocos)为多孔菌科真菌茯苓的干燥菌种。性平、味甘、淡。归心、肺、脾、肾经。具有利水渗湿、健脾益胃、宁心安神的功效。用于小便不利,水肿胀满,疾饮咳嗽、脾虚食少,大便泄泻、心悸失眠、心神不安和美尼尔氏综合症等病。现代药理研究,茯苓具有增强免疫力、延缓衰老、抗氧化、改善睡眠、抗疲劳、保护肝脏,消除黄褐班、祛痤疮、通便、降血脂、减肥,抗辐射、改善皮肤水分、改善贫血、改善视力疲劳、丰乳、降血糖、抑制肿瘤、增加骨密度、耐缺氧等功效。
化学成份:含有茯苓酸、乙酰茯苓酸、去氢齿孔酸β-茯苓聚糖、茯苓多糖、茯苓聚糖分解酶、脂肪酶、蛋白酶、蛋白质、胆碱、卵磷脂、麦角甾醇、腺嘌呤、氨基酸、矿物质等成份。
药理作用:1、增强免疫功能:茯苓多糖能显著提高巨噬细胞吞噬能力,拮抗免疫抑制剂对巨噬细胞功能的抑制作用,使胸腺、淋巴结增重、增强细胞免疫反应,促进造血功能。羧甲基茯苓多糖静脉注射对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖,腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能均有明显的促进作用,体外给药对小鼠淋巴细胞的增殖有直接的促进作用。还可使小鼠脾脏抗体分泌细胞明显增多。
2、延缓衰老:茯苓提取物具有抑制自由基过氧化反应,降低脂质过氧化,减少脂褐质的形成。对小鼠血清、心肌的脂褐质均有较对照明显降低作用,故有延缓机体衰老的功效。
3、护肝:茯苓提取物对肝损伤有保护作用,能明显降低谷丙转氨酶活性,防止肝细胞坏死。
4、镇静催眠:茯苓提取物能明显减少实验动物的自发活动,对抗咖啡因所致的过度兴奋作用;与戊巴比妥钠有协同作用。
5、增白:白茯苓具有祛除色素斑的作用。酪氨酸酶为黑色素生成过程中的关键酶,控制其活力即可抑制黑色素的生成。研究发现,白茯苓提取物对酪氨酸酶具有显著的抑制作用且为竟争性抑制,通过抑制酪氨酸酶活性素减少黑色素的生成。
6、促进造血功能:茯苓注射液小鼠皮下注射可促进红细胞系统的血功能。
(五)、阿胶提取物(Donky-hide gelatin),又名驴皮胶,为马科动物马类的皮煎熬,浓缩制成的固体胶。性平,味甘。归肺、肝、肾经。具有补血止血、滋阴润肺的功效。广泛用于治疗血虚痿黄、眩晕心悸、肌痿无力、心烦不眠、虚风内动、肺燥咳嗽、劳咳咯血、吐血,尿血、便血、崩漏、妇女月经不调、妊娠胎痛等症。现代药理研究,阿胶具有增强免疫力,改善营养性贫血,延缓衰老、祛除黄褐斑、改善皮肤水份、抗疲劳、增加骨密度,降血脂、改善睡眠、通便等。
化学成份:含有多种氨基酸、蛋白质、胶原蛋白、肽类、生物酸、糖胺多糖、矿物质和微量元素等。
药理作用:
增强免疫力:给小鼠灌胃阿胶溶液,可明显增加脾脏的免役疫特异性玫瑰花结形成细胞和特异性玫瑰花率炭廓清实验表明,阿胶对小鼠肝脾单核吞噬细胞有促进作用。对小鼠服阿胶7天后,能显著增强自然杀伤细胞活性。阿胶溶液对脾脏有明显的增强作用,可以提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力。
2、促进造血,阿胶对失血性贫血兔有升高血红蛋白,血细胞数和白细胞数的作用,能显著增加小鼠血红蛋白、血红细胞比溶。给小鼠灌服20%阿胶液11天,可明显增加血红蛋白含量。所含的胶原蛋白对造血干细胞的增殖发育有促进作用,糖胺多糖对血细胞增生、造血系统分化有促进作用。
3、抗辐射:研究表明,用60℃射线一次性照射小鼠造成血损伤模型,然后以阿胶溶液给小鼠灌胃,连续16天,检测血红蛋白、红细胞数以及骨髓有核细胞数,结果发现各数值均明显上升。提示阿胶对60℃照射引起的造血损伤具有显著的治疗作用。
4、调经安胎:阿胶可用于血虚,血淤和血热引起的月经不调,有利于补血调经作用。阿胶还具有补阴血、益冲任,故可养胎安胎调治妊娠病。对常见的胎亢不固,胎动不安,甚至流产有很好的治疗作用。
5、美容养颜、祛班:阿胶具有很好的补血作用,通过补血可滋润皮肤,长期服用可使面部红润、皮肤细嫩有光泽,是滋养皮肤、美容养颜佳品。此外阿胶还具有很好的祛除黄褐斑的功效。
(六)、芦荟提取物(Ailebarbadensis),为百合科植物库拉索芦荟的液汁经浓缩干燥物。性寒、味苦、归肝、心、脾、大肠经。具有清肝热、泻下、通便、杀虫等功效。现代药理研究,芦荟具有通便、祛除黄褐斑、促进伤口愈合、祛除痤疮、改善皮肤水份,增强免疫力,降血脂、减肥、抗辐射、降血压、降血糖、改善人体生态、延缓衰老、抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤功效。
化学成份:芦荟含大黄素、芦荟大黄素甙、异芦荟大黄素、高塔尔芦荟素、大黄酚、芦荟多糖、氨基酸、有机酸、酶和多肽,维生素、矿物质等成份。
药理作用:1、增强免疫力:研究表明,芦荟具有免疫调节作用,能增强小鼠对单核细胞增多性李斯特菌感染的抵抗能力,并对网状内皮系统的吞噬细胞有刺激作用。进一步研究发现,芦荟凝胶可提高环磷酸酰胺引起免疫力低下小鼠的胸腺脾脏重量,溶水素抗体含量和巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,增加自然杀伤细胞(NK)活性,提高白介素正常水平。
2、抗菌:动物实验表明,芦荟具有抗大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、须发癣菌等活性。芦荟水浸液试管内对腹股沟表皮癣菌、红色表皮癣菌等有不同程度的抑制作用。其醇浸液对人型结核杆菌在体外也有抑制作用。
3、消炎:芦荟中的缓激肽酶能降低体内缓激肽的活性,其与血管紧张素一起具有抗炎作用。经小鼠腹腔注射,对角叉菜胶诱发的鼠掌水肿有效,其抗炎活性取决于对细胞膜和细胞骨架的稳定性。
4、护肝:芦荟注射液,芦荟总甙和总甙中分离提取的结晶III,对动物实验性化学性肝损伤有保护作用。
5、抗紫外线:研究表明,芦荟多糖具有抗紫外线引起的免役抑制作用和减少IL-10,分泌的作用,调节对环境不良刺激的反应。芦荟提取物对骨髓外造血细胞和辐射所致骨髓造血组织的损伤有明显的保护作用,可提高小鼠的存活率。另有研究,芦荟对紫外线照射的皮肤反应具有抵抗作用。
6、美容养颜、防晒、祛黄褐斑、祛痤疮:芦荟具有美容、营养保湿,促进肌肤新陈代谢,消炎杀菌,防晒抗炎,漂白、祛除色素班防痤疮、除青春痘,防皱、改善伤痕以及护发。研究表明,芦荟提取物还能降低巴豆油对兔皮肤的刺激作用,并能增加豚鼠皮肤胶原中羟脯氨酸的含量。
7、排毒养颜,芦荟具有体内有毒代谢废物的排出,因此,对面部色斑、色泽暗黄等毒素积聚有缓解治疗作用。
8、促进伤口愈合:芦荟具有清热解毒,散淤、软化血管、促进血液循环、促进皮肤组织修复等功效。芦荟蒽醌类化合物中的芦荟酊、芦荟大黄素苷、芦荟苦素等成份在抗菌消炎过程中有促进伤口愈合的作用。新鲜的芦荟汁中含有人体必需的不能被人体合成的多种必需氨基酸;能促进伤口愈合。芦荟外用用于治疗烧伤,药理药效实验证实其具有消肿、止痛和生肌作用,用于各种程度烧伤、灼伤治疗效果良好。
9、减肥:研究显示,芦荟提取物和芦荟汁加入饮水中,让大鼠自由饮用,以比较它们对体重和主要内脏质量的影响,结果减肥效果明显。
10、通便:芦荟大黄素在肠道中释放出大量大黄素而发生刺激泻下作用,实验表明,芦荟提取物通便效果十分明显。
(七)桃仁提取物(Peach kernei)为蔷薇植物桃或山桃的种仁。性平、味苦、甘,归心、肝、大肠经。有活血祛瘀,润肠通便的功效。用于闭经、痛经、跌打损伤、肠燥、便秘等作用。现代药理研究认为:桃仁具有祛除黄褐斑,祛痤疮、通便、改善睡眠、改善贫血、减肥、延缓衰老、抗癌、保肝、抗血栓、抗炎、改善血液循环等功效。
化学成份:桃仁含苦杏仁苷,杏仁酶、脂肪油,挥发油,维生素等成分。
药理作用:1、抗氧化:桃仁提取物对鼠腹腔巨噬超氧阴离子等有抑制作用,有很强的超氧化物歧化酶活性。
2、抗炎:桃仁提取物对二甲苯所致小鼠耳部急性炎症有显著的抑制作用,其机理是对炎症化学介质暑激肽的抑制作用所致。桃仁煎剂能抑制肉芽肿的形成,桃仁提取液还可抑制细胞及纤维细胞增生的作用。
3、保护肝脏:桃仁所含的苦杏仁苷能提高肝脏血流量和提高肝组织胶原酶活性,从而促进肝内胶原分解代谢,减少肝内胶原含量。桃仁提取物治疗四氯化碳所致肝纤维化大鼠,可显著减少纤维肝内的纤维间隔,有利于肝脏组织修复。
4、抗过敏:桃仁能抑制抗体及溶血斑形成细胞产生。桃仁水提取物还能抵制小鼠血清中皮肤过敏抗体。
5、兴奋子宫:桃仁水煎服对离体小鼠子宫具有兴奋作用,其作用与兴奋组织按H1受体及肾上腺素α受体有关。该作用能被异丙嗪和酚妥拉明对抗,但不能被阿托品和消炎痛对抗。
6、改善微循环:给大鼠脾动脉注入桃仁提取液,对肝脏表面微循环有改善作用,并能促进胆汁分泌。
7、润肠通便:桃仁中含有的脂肪酸可以润滑肠道,利于排便。桃仁提取物可制刺激肠壁增加肠蠕动,从而促进排便。
(八)、木瓜提取物(Chinese flowring quince),为蔷薇科植物贴梗海棠的干燥成熟果实。性温,味酸。归肝、脾经。具有平肝、舒经活络、健脾开胃、止痛、祛风除湿之功效。用于预防和治疗、风湿病、霍乱、痢疾、肠炎、消化不良、脚气消肿等作用。现代药理研究认为,具有增强免疫力,祛除黄褐斑、保护肝脏、减肥、降血脂、抗疲劳、改善睡眠、抗炎、抗菌、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等功效。
化学成份:木瓜含木瓜酶、皂甙、黄酮类、齐墩果酸、苹果酸,酒石酸、柠檬酸、熊果酸、鞣酸,维生素C等成份。
药理作用:1、增强免疫力,木瓜水煎剂给小鼠灌胃,能明显抑制小鼠脾指数。提取液腹腔注射可以明显降低小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数。此外,木瓜还有抑制胃移植患者抗血管内皮细胞和T、B细胞抗体的作用。
2、抗氧化:木瓜木瓜粉有较强的抗氧化作用,能够提高脑梗死患者血中超氧化物岐化酶(Soo)活性,降低脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)含量,提高缺血性脑梗死患者的抗氧化功效。
3、保肝:木瓜提取液灌胃对四氯化碳所致大鼠肝损伤有明显的保护作用,能显著降低血清谷丙转氨酶。木瓜中富含的化学成份能增加肝细胞的抵抗力,稳定肝细胞膜,促进肝细胞再生和肝糖原合成,从而促进受损肝脏的修复。木瓜中的齐墩果酸是一种护肝降脂、抗菌消炎的化合物,实验结果表明,齐墩果酸有一定的抗乙型肝炎病的作用。木瓜乙醇提取物具有较好的降酶保肝作用。临床用于治疗肝炎,改善肝功能等疗效。
4、祛斑美白:研究表明,木瓜酶能抑制黑色素的形成,发挥祛斑美白的功效。皮肤晒斑、雀斑、黄褐斑等均是由黑色素沉着引起,而黑色素实质上是蛋白质的衍生物,其形成的与酪氨酸酶的阳光照射作用有关。研究认为,细胞内的酪氨酸在酶的催化作用下会形成黑色素,而木瓜酶能使酪氨酸酶分解,并具有阻断酪氨酸酶的催化过程,从而减少形成黄褐斑的黑色素形成。以达到祛除黄褐斑的作用。
5、抗炎:木瓜提取物对乙酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿的形成均有显著的抗炎作用,能明显延长小鼠的疼痛阀值。抑制小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性、二甲苯小鼠耳廓和大鼠棉球肉芽肿形成。

2、服用方法:每日三次,每次1-1.2克

1.黑枸杞美白祛斑片制作工艺,其特征为:黑枸杞提取物40千克、玛咖提取物30千克、白芷提取物40千克、茯苓提取物30千克、阿胶提取物20千克、芦荟提取物25千克、桃仁提取物30千克、木瓜提取物30千克、石榴提取物40千克、谷胱甘肽10千克、胶原蛋白50千克、橙皮苷15千克、苹果多酚40千克、维生素C15千克、维生素E3千克为原料,经过将上述原料按物理特性混合,充分搅拌均匀,送入压片机,将原料压制成片剂,检验合格,包装成为正式产品。
